This study attempted a convergence approach of family therapy and family coaching as the importance of convergence application of counseling and coaching has rapidly spread around the academic and clinical world with one individual client around the world since the 2000s. For this, based on previous domestic and foreign literature studies, coaching techniques that can increase clinical satisfaction and effectiveness by combining with coaching among the main theories of family therapy were presented. This researcher examined whether family therapy can be applied convergently with family coaching, and what benefits are available when the main theories of family therapy are combined with coaching in the clinical field. For this purpose, double binding and communication coaching, pseudo-mutuality and true rapport, marital schism and conflict mediation, differentiation and dissociation were compared and analyzed. Based on this study, it is hoped that a convergence approach of family therapy and family coaching will be attempted in the field of counseling and psychotherapy, and through this, it will contribute to establishing a new clinical treatment model and academic establishment of family coaching.

Method: Data were obtained by the 54 couples who used to visited in order to participate on family-birth at two teritary women's hospital in G-city. Result: There was a significant difference in pregnant woman's attitude : the status of having a job(Z=-2.01, p=.044) & type of nuclear family(Z=-2.17, p=.029), planned pregnance(Z=-2.54, p=.011). The spouse who partly participated in the process of family-birth showed higher(t=2.30, p=.030) compared to the spouse who participated in the whole process of family-birth. Conclusion: The results of the study suggest that hospitals and women's hospitals should support pregnant woman's social work and encourage spouse who partly participation and develop education programs.
This review aimed to analyze characteristics and performances of patient and family-centered care interventions and evaluate the convergence effectiveness. Randomized controlled trials were searched, selected, data extracted and quality-assessed using the Risk of Bias in 15 databases. Characteristics suggested from 21 studies were provision of information, education, communication and family and friend participation. There were 89 measurement variables of performances. Patient outcome was measured by mortality, length of hospitalization, etc., indicated as significantly improved in 18 studies. This review has provided evidence that patient and family-centered care improved experience and performance of diverse patients, families and health-care providers. There is need to convergence adopt patient and family-centered care and conduct evidence-based studies for improvement of quality of healthcare and patient safety in the future.
The purpose of this convergence study was to evaluate and to identify predictors of health-related quality of life(HRQoL) of families with cancer survivor(FCS) focusing on the comparison of families with cancer patient(FCP) receiving treatments. The research was conducted with the data for 153 FCS and 115 FCP taken from the 6th wave of the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. The independent variables included socio-demographic, health related, psychological and social factors. The data were analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 18.0. The results showed different patterns of predictors on the HRQoL of FCS and FCP. In FCS, the statistically significant factors were stress(${\beta}=-.192$, p<.05) and exclusion from economic activities(${\beta}=-.191$, p<.05). Therefore, families of cancer patients also need appropriate interventions for each stage of the disease.
This study is a descriptive study to identify the burden of family burden, general characteristics, and disease characteristics of patients undergoing cranial nerve rehabilitation in hospitalized rehabilitation hospitals and to identify the factors influencing the integration. The questionnaire was administered to 113 family members who were the primary care providers of rehabilitation in rehabilitation hospitals and analyzed using the SPSS statistics 22 program. The results of this study showed that the level of burden of the patient family was 3.16, the burden of the family was significantly different in the age of the caregiver, the educational level, and the relationship with the caregiver. There was no difference. Finally, the factors influencing family burden were identified as predictors of carer's age, education, religion, and relationship with the patient. It will be necessary to consider general characteristics in the development of an intervention program that lowers the burden of family rehabilitation.
This study was conducted to empirically analyze the prevalence and risk of chronic diseases in the family history of chronic diseases using data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2019. Based on 5,691 people, after controlling for socio-demographic variables that were related to family history of chronic diseases, logistic regression analysis was performed to verify the odds ratio, which was the risk of family history of chronic diseases for the prevalence of chronic diseases. The main results were founded that Odds ratio, which was the risk of chronic diseases in groups with a family history compared to those without a family history, was statistically significant at hypertension(2.623), dyslipidemia(1.868), diabetes(1.964), and arthritis(1.435) when gender, age, income status, education level and residence were controlled. These results suggest that it is not only necessary to develop a standardization tool for family history tests, but also a health and disease management system for members with a family history in terms of preventive medicine in health care. This study is significant in that it proposed a practical plan in terms of health care by controlling variables that affect the prevalence of chronic diseases and empirically identifying the risk of family history of chronic diseases.
The purposes of this study were to find the correlation of variables, and to explore the mediating role of family resilience between stress, depression and internet game addiction. The subject of the survey was 204 multicultural adolescents. The data were analyzed with frequency, Pearson's correlation and structural equation modeling by SPSS and AMOS. The major findings were as follows; stress and depression were positively correlated with internet game addiction. Family resilience was negatively correlated with internet game addiction. Stress and depression influenced negatively family resilience. Family resilience influenced negatively internet game addiction. Family resilience mediated the effects of stress, depression and internet game addiction. When negative cognition's burden and neutral one's demand in their caregiving appraisal were low and positive cognition's satisfaction and mastery in their caregiving appraisal were high, emotional function in their family function was high. There is a need to develop nursing interventions for strengthening positive cognition's satisfaction and decreasing neutral one's demand in their caregiving appraisal to improve emotional function and communication of senile dementia patients' families.

Data analysis was performed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Multiple linear regression. According to the result, the burden of assess & mean of care and the future of the patient was the highest score for family caregivers. Factors that affect the burden of family caregiver with burn patients were marital status, time, care, skin transplants, body surface area (%) and these factors explained 25.9%. This study concludes that intervention program is developed to reduce physical and emotional burden and nursing care services is required to adjust the amount time to care for the family caregivers with burn patients for a long time.

The data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 21.0 program, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient calculation and multiple regression analysis. Differences in family stress job stress depression according to general characteristics of middle-aged men showed significant difference in economic status and old age instability. The variables affecting depression are job stress(${\beta}=0.288$, p<.001), aging anxiety(${\beta}=0.142$, p<.001), economic status(${\beta}=0.035$, p<.001), family stress(${\beta}=0.016$, p<.001).
