Preliminary design for satellite image situation board linkage and display system (위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템 예비설계)

  • 본 연구에서는 위성영상 활용 지능형 재난관측·감시 기술 개발을 목적으로 위성영상과 멀티소스(CCTV, 항공영상, 공공DB 등)와의 연계·융합을 통해 재난상황관리의 정확도 향상과 위성영상 활용성 제고 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 위성영상 수집·배포시스템으로부터 전달되는 위성영상과 멀티소스의 연계 융합을 통한 재난상황정보의 표출을 목적으로 상황판연계 표출시스템 가동 절차와 위성영상 수집을 통한 위험탐지 알고리즘과의 연계를 위해 재난상황업무 기반 시스템 가동절차를 수립하고, 위기관리표준 매뉴얼 상 상황업무절차를 적용해 예비설계를 진행하였다. 상황실 실무자 설문을 통해 작성된 시스템 요구사항과 규격서를 기반으로 상황업무절차를 적용해 먼저업무시스템 설계를 진행하였다. 평시에는 GIS통합상황판에서 관리됨을 전제로 위성영상 수집에 대한국가적 예산 투입 측면을 고려해 중대본 설치가 필요한 대형재난 발생상황을 가정하여 상황판연계·표출시스템의 가동되도록 설계하였다. 또한, 위성영상 분석을 통한 피해위험도와 재난이력통계 등 멀티소스와 중첩한 결과를 실시간으로 표출함에 따라 상황실근무자는 재난확산 여부를 판단하고, NDMS를 통해 재난상황을 전파할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 상황판연계 표출시스템의 원활한 데이터 입/출력을 위해 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스 정의, 유스케이스 ID(요구기능)와 1:1 또는 1:n매칭을 수행하여 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스를 정의하였다. 정의된 클래스는 유스케이스인 요구기능과 매칭을 수행하였고, 시스템 가동절차 중 피해위험도분석, 재난이력통계, 중첩결과표출, NDMS 상황전파에 대한 상황업무절차를 기반으로 산불·홍수·산사태·대설·태풍 총 5종의재난별 시퀀스를 설계하였다. 마지막으로 화면정의서와 UI/UX설계서를 기반으로 Figma를 통해 시스템구동화면을 사전에 모의하였다. 향후, 진행되는 연구에서는 위성영상과 멀티소스를 연계한 화면을 실체화하여 더욱 정확한 재난상황관리가 가능하도록 NDMS 연계 상황판 표출 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

  • Ad-Hoc network technology is a mobile internet technology of the future that will be used widely not only in Mobile Network but also in Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN) and Ubiquitous Network For this to occur, distributed routing protocol design, loop prevention for link information reduction in overhead for control messages and route restoration algorithm must be improved or complemented. Security techniques that can guarantee safe com-munication between Ad-Hot nodes net also be provided. This study proposes and evaluates a new authentication mechanism for MANET. The mechanism segregates the roles of certification authority to keep with the dynamic mobility of nodes and handle rapid and random topological changes with minimal over-head. That is, this model is characterized by its high expandability that allows the network to perform authentication service without the influence of joining and leaving nodes. The efficiency and security of this concept was evaluated through simulation.

  • Auto-Pilot System uses heading angle information via the position sensor and the rudder device to control the ship direction. Most of the control logics are composed of the state estimation and control algorithms assuming that the measurement device and the actuator have no fault except the measurement noise. But such asumptions could bring the danger in real situation. For example, if the heading angle measuring device is out of order the control action based on those false position information could bring serious safety problem. In this study, the control system including improved method for processing the position information is applied to the Auto-Pilot System. To show the difference between general state estimator and F.D.F., BJDFs for the sensor and the actuator failure detection are designed and the performance are tested. And it is shown that bias error in sensor could be detected by state-augmented estimator. So the residual confined in the 2-dim in the presence of the sensor failure could be unidirectional in output space and bias sensor error is much easier to be detected.

  • Multi-layered stone masonry monuments, such as stone pagoda can be modeled as a multi-degrees of freedom system. The dynamic behavior of these structures are mainly influenced by contour condition of contacting surface of stones. In this case the mass of the system can be easily estimated, mean while the estimation of stiffness at junction is not simple. In this paper a method for estimating the spring constant at the contacting surface of stone in proposed. This paper describes a method of computational modelling technique for structural analysis of stone pagodas using measurement of natural frequency and eigenvalue analysis. For this purpose Five story stone pagoda in Cchongnimsa site was selected as a model.

  • In this study, we have developed the SMPS(Switched-mode power supply) power module for the medical kit. It is used the medical kit for improved supplying power better than the existing power module in performance, safety and reliability. The developed SMPS(Switched-mode power supply) is composed of the three fundamental electronic circuits, first one is for converting AC power to DC power, second one is for converting to high frequency, and the other is for absorbing noise frequency and preventing malfunction. It is possible for developed SMPS module to enlarge applications for PC, home appliances, switchboard as well as medical instruments.

  • With the radical improvement of wire and wireless communication technologies, home network which interconnects various home appliances is approaching ripening stage. Digitalization of the home environment will break down the boundaries of information, communications and broadcasting, and enable us to realize many breakthroughs on the home front and connect to our home. In order to enable users to access securely to their home network, we first construct secure home network model which can authorize users using their permission policy. In this paper, we examine various security technique used in home network and propose home network security scheme which can service constantly.

  • We present a fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) scheme without key switching based on ring- learning with errors (RLWE) problems and some other assumption. Previous FHE schemes based on LWE needed a step called key switching to reduce the dimension of ciphertext. The key switching step actually needs a heavy computation and severe increasement of keys. So the key switching step is a big burden for implementing FHE Schemes. We suggest a FHE scheme without key switching step by reducing the dimension of ciphertexts in other way. Instead of throwing away key switching, we need another hardness assumption of the difficulty of solving quadratic equation over rings.

$CO_2$ 냉매의 증발열전달 특성

  • 환경친화적인 냉매를 탐색하는 과정에서 자연냉매 $CO_2$는 1990년대 초에 많은 사람들의 관심을 다시 끌게 되었고, 그 이후 구미 선진국 위주로 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 $CO_2$는 탄화수소계 냉매가 안전상의 이유로 사용되기 어려운 차량용 냉방 시스템과 온수제조용 열펌프 시스템에 대하여 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔으며 최근에는 가정용 냉난방 시스템에 대한 연구도 진행되고 있다. $CO_2$를 냉매로 사용하는 냉동 시스템에 있어서 증발기는 시스템의 중요한 구성 요소이므로 제품 개발을 위해서는 증발기에서의 열전달 및 압력손실 특성에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 한다. $CO_2$의 증발 열전달에 있어서 작동매채인 $CO_2$의 비체적, 비열, 점성계수, 표면장력 등의 물성치가 크게 변화하므로 기존에 널리 사용되던 냉매의 중발열전달과는 상당히 다른 결과가 나타난다. 예를 들면 기존의 냉매에서는 건도가 증가함에 따라 열전달계수가 증가하는 것으로 알려져 있으나 $CO_2$의 경우에는 오히려 열전달계수가 감소하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이처럼 $CO_2$는 증발열전달 과정에서 기존 냉매의 경향으로부터 예측하기 힘든 결과가 나타나므로 다양한 형상의 증발기에 대하여 실험적으로 압력손실과 열전달계수를 구하는 연구는 성공적인 $CO_2$ 냉동 시스템의 개발을 위하여 필수 불가결하다. 본고에서는 $CO_2$ 냉동 시스템의 개발에 도움이 될 수 있도록 지금까지 국내외에서 수행된 $CO_2$ 증발 열전달에 관한 문헌조사를 통하여 연구결과들을 비교, 분석하고 향후의 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Accident occurred by gas explosion in house or building causes damage on lives and properties. To avoid secondary damage, this study drew area ratio of vent area with the experiment for pressure variation with vent area versus building volume by selection of model for different size and shapes of vent area generated by explosion. In addition, Appropriate model was chosen to predict the damage by minimum pressure with the experiment of opening are shapes. This model can prevent secondary damage with the selected vent area and shape to guarantee building safety.

Quantitative Risk Assessment for Gas-explosion at Buried Common Utility Tunnel (지하 매설 공동구 내부 가스 폭발에 대한 위험성 평가)

  • Keeping the gas pipelines in the common utility tunnel is useful because it has a lower risk of corrosion than conventional burial, and can prevent from excavating construction. But, explosions in common utility tunnels can cause greater damage from the blast overpressure compared to outdoor explosions, due to nature of the confined environment. Despite this fact, however, research on common utility tunnels has been limited to fire hazard and little has been studied on the dangers of explosions. This study developed scenarios of methane gas explosion caused by gas leak from gas piping within the common utility tunnel followed by unknown ignition; the study then calculated the extent of the impact of the explosion on the facilities above, and suggested the needs for designing additional safety measures. Two scenarios were selected per operating condition of safety devices and the consequence analysis was carried out with FLACS, one of the CFD tools for explosion simulation. The overpressures for all scenarios are substantial enough to completely destroy most of the buildings. In addition, we have provided additional measures to secure safety especially reducing incident frequency.
