Nowadays, it is hard to imagine one's life without smart phones or the internet. Furthermore, not only do people form groups offline, but also online. Based on the cognitive dissonance theory, there have been many studies about how an offline group's initiation affects attitudes toward the group. However, there has not been a study about how an online group's initiation can affect attitudes toward the group. Therefore, this study aims to find out how cognitive dissonance aroused by initiation affects the attitudes toward the online community, which represents groups that are formed online. In addition, this study examined how perceived similarity affects changes in attitude aroused by cognitive dissonance. Participants were assigned to a group in three ways as follows: without a registration process, with a simple registration process, and/or with a complex registration process. Perceived similarity was calculated by the difference between the current body mass index (BMI) and the target BMI of the participant. Attitudes toward the online group were measured by perceived source credibility, perceived information quality, satisfaction, information usefulness, and continuance intention. Contrary to the cognitive dissonance theory, the results showed that when applied to offline social groups, there were conflicting results. There were cases where there was no difference in the evaluation between initiation conditions. However, other cases showed that groups with the most complex registration process were found to have the worst evaluation. People were more favorable toward the group when the perceived similarity was larger. Interestingly, people who had higher perceived similarity had more positive attitudes toward the groups that had been assigned with a registration process compared to the group formed without a registration process. Conversely, people with lower perceived similarity had more positive attitudes toward the group when there was no initiation process. Online communities may use the results of this study to design more suitable registration processes for their communities.

주민등록번호 도용 문제가 사회적 문제가 되고 있고, 인터넷 사이트 가입시에 현재 가입자에 대한 본인확인이 정확히 수행되고 있지 않다. 대체수단은 성인 인증과 인터넷 사이트 가입시에 적용되며, 기존의 주민등록번호를 대체하여 인터넷 가입시에 활용 가능한 가입자 식별번호를 발급하고 폐지하는 절차와 프레임워크를 정의하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 정보통신부가 추진하고 있는 주민등록번호 대체수단의 개요, 동작원리, 대체수단의 종류, 논쟁거리, 향후 발전 방향을 제시한다. 본 고는 주민등록번호 대체수단의 정책 결정에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 무선 모바일 단말의 보급으로 인해 이동성이 보장된 멀티미디어 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. Proxy Mobile IPv6(PMIPv6)는 이러한 수요를 만족시켜 줄 수 있는 차세대 이동성 네트워크 관리 프로토콜로써 주목을 받고 있으며 멀티캐스트 기술 또한 사용자의 멀티미디어 서비스에 대한 욕구를 충족시켜주기 위하여 주목을 받고 있다. 하지만 PMIPv6 환경에서의 멀티캐스트는 핸드오버 시 발생하는 바인딩 절차 및 그룹 가입 절차로 인한 통신 단절로 인해 사용자에게 만족할만한 수준의 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공해 줄 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 버퍼링을 이용하여 핸드오버 시 발생하는 바인딩 절차 및 그룹 가입 절차로 인한 단절을 보완하고 사용자에게 끊김 없는 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공해 주는 방안을 제안한다.

The private health insurance covers areas that are not covered by the national health insurance to reinforce insurance guarantee. Realistically, however, many people renunciate small sum insurance claims because the inconvenient claim procedures require a certificate from the hospital for resubmission to the insurance company, which is very time consuming. Therefore, One-stop insurance payout claiming system that is capable of one stop processing of the issuance of e-page safer technology-based certification to claiming of insurance payout by utilizing authorized electronic address (#-mail) through the utilization of private information concealment technology and identification certification technology for the convenience of the subscribers and the simplification of operation was developed.

In this paper, an efficient network configuration method is proposed for mobile nodes in LR-WPAN (Low Rate Wireless Personal Area Network) based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard. The proposed MSBS (mobile sensor beacon setup) method can be used to implement a joining procedure by which an improved processing rate can be achieved. This improvement is achieved by using BOP (Beacon only Period). In this method, the performance of mobile nodes is enhanced by using information on depth, traffic, and RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication). By using the MSBS method, trusted data can be transferred and traffic overloads that occur at specific nodes can be prevented. The information obtained from the mobile nodes in wireless networks is analyzed using the proposed method, in order to study the performance of the method. Simulation results show that the MSBS method can be used to obtain an efficient network configuration according to the mobility of nodes in LR-WPAN.

WTO는 범세계적 글로벌 경쟁상황에서 국가간 무역거래를 제한하고 자원배분을 왜곡하여 결과적으로 세계 후생의 감소를 가져오는 개별 국가들의 관세 및 각종 비관세장벽, 그리고 자원의 효율적 배분을 왜곡하는 각국 정부의 보조금 정책 시정을 위해 창설되었다. 항공기산업에 있어서 보조금 논쟁의 특징은 주로 선-선진국간 분쟁에 국한된다는 점에서 기존의 WTO에서 많은 갈등을 빚고 있는 선-후진국간의 분쟁과는 큰 차이가 있다. 한국이 주도적으로 대규모 개발사업을 추진하면서 정부보조금을 지급할 경우에는 장기적으로 보조금 분쟁에 휘말릴 가능성이 있다. 그러나 미국/유럽간 쌍무협정 체결 내용에서 보듯이 개발보조금 지급 비중이 전체 개발비의 33%이상이 되지 않을 경우는 큰 문제가 없을 것으로 예상되며, 추가적 지원이 필요할 경우에는 직접적 개발비 보다는 관련 지 원인프라 지원을 통해 특정성 문제를 회피할 필요가 있다. 또한 한국은 아직 WTO 민간 항공기 협정 미가입 상태이기 때문에 WTO로부터 당장 규제대상은 아니다. 실제로 WTO 회원 가입 절차는 WTO로부터 요청 후 국내 검토를 거쳐 예비회원가입(2년 소요)-정회원의 절차를 거치게 된다. 또한 보조금 지급에 의한 경쟁자의 산업 피해가 직접적으로 드러날 때까지는 더 많은 시간이 소요되기 때문에 실제로 WTO 제재를 받기까지는 상당한 시간을 확보할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 WTO 회원이 되면 항공기산업의 육성에 많은 제약이 따르므로 사전적으로 충분한 정부 지원을 통해 조속히 국제경쟁력을 키우는 전략이 필요한 것으로 보인다.
