전시회 - 세계 유일 서체디자인그래픽 비엔날레 '타이포잔치 2013' 개최

  • '타이포잔치 2013: 서울 국제 타이포그래피 비엔날레'가 8월 30일 개막식을 시작으로 10월 11일까지 문화역서울284(구 서울역사)에서 열린다. 이 행사는 문화체육관광부(장관 유진룡)가 주최하고 (재)한국공예디자인문화진흥원과 한국타이포그라피학회 공동 주관으로 진행된다. 특히 10월 8일에는 '한글날 전야제'가 문화역서울 284, RTO 공연장에서 열린다.

  • 본 연구는 기업가정신 글로벌비즈니스 세미나 과목의 과제로써 기업가정신이 무엇인지 확립하고 기업가정신과 연관 지을 수 있는 주제를 선정하여 스스로 연구함으로써 그 의미를 구체화 하고 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고자 하는데 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 저자들은 '문화'가 갖는 상대성에 주목하여 기업가 정신을 해석하였으며 재학 중 배웠던 '홉스테드의 문화 특성' 이론과 접목시켜 문화가 기업가 정신에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 연구하였다. 글로벌 기업가정신 모니터(GEM)의 글로벌 기업가 지수 순위 조사 결과와, 홉스테드 인사이트(Hofstede-insight)의 6가지 차원에 따른 국가별 문화지수 파일을 접목시켜 수치화하고, 시각적 그래프 및 엑셀 데이터 다중 회귀분석을 통하여 결과를 도출하였다. 홉스테드의 문화 특성이 기업가 정신 순위에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 가정하고 분석한 결과, 홉스테드의 6가지 차원 중 하나인 불확실성 회피성향이 기업가 정신에 가장 높은 영향을 미친다는 사실을 발견하였다. 이번 연구를 통해기업가 정신을 계승하는 기업문화를 제고하고 경제학과 인류학 통합 연구의 필요성을 제시한다.

A Study on Awareness of Cultural Welfare Worker on Empowerment (문화복지 실천가의 역량강화 인식에 대한 연구)

  • This study profoundly analyzed cultural welfare workers to find out how they command a strategy of empowerment according to types of action. The analysis result shows that cultural welfare workers perceive cultural welfare as an unstable human service job. Activity types of cultural welfare workers can largely be categorized into professional workers and vocational workers, and they are two extremes and continuum at the same time. On this account, a strategy of empowerment depends on types of action conducted by cultural welfare workers. There are accelerative elements that boost empowerment strategies positively and there are impediment elements that work adversely. These cultural welfare workers are making suggestion to prepare an official requirement for them to be acknowledged as a specialized worker and to increase various types of educational spectrum to meet their level. This study has significance for providing basic data for education, supervision, and policy for training human resources in future.

  • This research analyzed that what factors affect to the change of social positioning of 'multi-cultural family(MCF)' centered on 'multi-cultural family in Jecheon City using Social Construction. The purpose of this research analyze the social positioning of MCF in Jecheon City, policy design depending on that social positioning and the effect of social perception. Therefore, this research carried out qualitative analysis method that analyzed news articles, legislations and interviews from 1990 to 2013 based on social construction theory. For the purpose, first, the time scope could be divided into four periods such as 'the quickening period in 1990s', 'quantitative growth period from 2000 to 2005', 'qualitative growth period from 2006 to 2011', 'the period of antagonism after 2012' of MCF.

The practitioners' perceptions on settlement of cultural welfare policy (문화복지 제도정착에 관한 실천가 인식)

  • This study was based on politic reality which is being developed within the ambiguity of cultural welfare, and discussed what sort of awareness the practitioners show in the settlement process of the cultural welfare policy in depth. 4 elements were discovered in the settlement process of the cultural welfare policy which the practitioners are aware of. The elements are value(pursuit of comprehensive mankind), element of practice(process of operation), elements of external influences(process of policy settlement), and elements of internal influences(reinforcement of practitioners capability). This means that not only the process of policy settlement in a narrow sense, but also value, practice, and reinforcement of practitioners' capability for the provision of better service should be considered for the settlement of the policy. This study which analyzed the cultural welfare practitioners' awareness of policy settlement process is significant in that it provides the basic data for future settlement of the cultural welfare policy.

A Qualitative Study for Building up the Concept of Culture Welfare (문화복지 개념 정립을 위한 질적 연구 - 휴먼서비스 실천가들의 인식을 중심으로 -)

  • This study aimed to build up the concept of culture welfare. For this purpose, we analyzed the practitioners' understanding about culture welfare in culture and social welfare by Modified Grounded Theory Approach. The results showed that the practitioners did not understand the concept of culture welfare clearly, and revealed being in confusion. Their understandings about culture welfare were classified into five types, 1) a type denying a terminology, culture welfare itself, 2) a type without awareness about culture welfare, 3) a type regarding culture welfare as sub realm in the special domain of culture and social welfare, 4) a type undividing and integrating culture and social welfare, 5) a type recognizing an independent domain of culture welfare. But despite of large deviation like this, the practitioners were common to give emphasis on giving opportunities to everyone in the enjoyment of culture, for heightening the quality of life. Summing up, culture welfare is defined as 'all direct and indirect effort in culture and arts, in a narrow sense to economical vulnerable class, and in a broad sense to everyone, to raise cultural susceptibility, creative thinking, and potential competence for realization a life worthy of man. The significance of this study is in establishment the definite and practical concept of culture welfare through a deep analysis the practitioners' understanding. This will give the theoretical basis to the study and the development of various programs in culture welfare.

The Relationships between Family-Friendly Organizational Culture, Corporate Entrepreneurship, and Innovative Behavior: Moderating Effects of Gender (가족친화적 조직문화, 사내기업가정신 및 혁신행동의 관계 : 성별의 조절효과)

  • This study examines the relationships between family-friendly organizational culture(FFOC), corporate entrepreneurship, and innovative behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship on the relationship between FFOC and innovative behavior. Also we examine the moderating effects of gender between FFOC and corporate entrepreneurship. Research sample consisted of 1,037 employees who were working in various manufacturing companies in Korea. The results of this research is as follows: First, FFOC showed a positive effects on corporate entrepreneurship. Second, FFOC had a positive effect on employee' innovative behavior. Third, corporate entrepreneurship partially mediated effect on the relationship between FFOC and innovative behavior. Finally, gender had moderating effect in the relationship between FFOC and corporate entrepreneurship. Specifically, the positive effect of FFOC on corporate entrepreneurship was stronger in women than in men when FFOC was higher. In particular, this research concludes with implications for future research of corporate entrepreneurship, limitations of this study, and practical application.
