  • 본 연구는 산학연구로 위탁된 가스레인지 신규 개발에 필요한 설계 인자를 선행적으로 파악할 목적으로 시판 중인 가정용 가스레인지를 선정하여 성능에 미치는 주요 설계 인자들의 영향을 실험적인 방법으로 파악하였다. 수행된 연구는 가스레인지에 공급되는 연료 공급압력, 연료 노즐의 분사 위치와 적재 높이에 따른 열효율과 연소 배기가스량을 측정하여 이들 변수들이 종합 성능에 미치는 영향에 대해서 주로 조사되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 성능에 영향을 주는 최적화된 적재 높이와 연료 노즐 분사위치가 존재함을 확인하였으며, 이러한 결과는 업체의 신규 개발에 유익한 정보로 활용될 예정이다.

  • In this paper a new remote control system for operating indoor gas(LPG) range safely based on PLM(Power Line Modem) and telephone is developed because it would make disasters of properties and lives by user's carelessness or worker's bad installation, etc. The system includes the following elements: a telephone line interface system for user to call from the outdoors to the indoors, a communication system using the power line as a communication media, a system of cutting off gas and a alarm system.

A Study on the Natural Mapping between Burner and Switch of Gas Range by Color coding (가스레인지에 있어서 칼라코딩을 통한 버너와 스위치의 자연적 대응에 관한 연구)

  • People store information not only in their Drain but also material things. Norman called it knowledge in the world. The general way to store the information is to paste labels. 4 burner gas range force user to make conceptual model between burner and switch to see labels. but those are cognitive stress. Norman suggested spatial analogies for natural mapping between display and control. However the way of his methods in spatial analogies was not compatible with kitchen atmosphere. To solve those problems 1 suggested color coding . This study hypothesized that the mapping between burner and switch is realized by color coding. To testy the hypothesis 1 compared A group using general gas range with B group using color coded gas range. The result showed difference between A and B in accuracy ( F (1, 38) = 17.892, p < 0.01) and response time ( F (1, 38) = 6.726 p < 0.05). The result of this test is to certify that color coding affect peoples by presenting the difference accuracy and response time. As result this study presents that color coding can be compatible the product having importance to certify in the design process.

Effect of Heating Methods on the Oxidative Stability of Deep-fat Fried Instant Noodles in Cooking (조리시 가열방법이 유탕면의 산화안정성에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of cooking methods (cooking apparatus and reaction level of oxygen) on the rancidity, reactive oxygen species (ROS), and furans produced while cooking deep-fired instant noodles. The sample rancidities showed a decreasing trend regardless of the cooking apparatus, as the available oxygen content in the cooking pot was reduced. In particular, soaking and then cooking using a microwave oven was found to be the most effective method to retard rancidity development. The ROS concentration after cooking had a similar trend to the rancidity. The furan concentrations of the samples significantly decreased under all cooking conditions as compared to the control, and the lowest value was 10.69 ppb for the sample cooked in a microwave oven without a cooking pot lid after soaking. The results indicate that cooking in a microwave oven with soaking was the most effective method for the oxidative stability of deep-fried instant noodles.
