Allylamine계 항균제의 합성 및 그 항균성에 관한 연구(II) (A Study on the Antimicrobial Activity of Allylamine Polymers(II))

  • The antimicrobial activities of the copolymer of N,N'-dimethyl- N,N'-diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) and diallyl amino(DA) were investigated. The copolymer of DMDAAC and DA was prepared by free radical Polymerization through an intra-intermolecular propagation mechanism ie, cyclopolymerization. The copolymer was, then, reacted with cyanuric chloride for reactivity with hydroxyl group of cellulose. Cotton fabrics were finished by synthesized polymer, and their antimicrobial activities and fastness to launderings were tested. Dichlorotriazinyl DMDAAC-DA copolymer has MIC value of 1ppm against S. aureus and 10ppm against K pneumoniae. The antimicrobial fastness of the finished cotton to launderings were good enough to show colony reduction above 70% against S. aureus and K pneumoniae after 50 repeated laundering in anionic commercial detergent. Optimum treatment concentrations of the polymer were 0.5% in cold pad-batch method, and 0.1% in pad-dry method.

아민화 표면 처리된 면직물의 제독 성능 연구 (Detoxification Properties of Surface Aminated Cotton Fabric)

  • Pursuing the fabric materials for military chemical warfare protective clothing with the improved detoxification properties, this study investigated the simple and effective cotton treatment method using pad-dry-cure process and 3-aminopropyltrimethox ysilane(APTMS) solution for surface amination. Detoxification properties of the untreated and treated cotton fabrics were evaluated via decontamination of chemical warfare agent simulant, DFP(diisopropylfluorophosphate). The surface aminated cotton fabric increased the rate of the hydrolysis of DFP by the factor of 3 and the decontamination ratio reached 88.2% after 24h. Therefore, the surface amination of the cotton fabric with APTMS can be an effective pathway to prepare the material for protective clothing against chemical warfare agents.

  • Automation(자동화)은 1946년 Ford 자동차회사에서 출생한 이래 반도체공업의 기술정보를 배 경으로 한 Computer, NC, Digital 정보처리기술, 도형정보처리기술등의 개발로 급격히 발전하 였다. 1970년대에 접어들면서 공업계기의 발달로 계장 system의 Hardware가 성능이나 신뢰성이 실용화레벨에 올라서 Roqort, 인공화능, man-machine system까지도 나타나게 되었다. 생산 system의 자동화에 있어서도 생산공정의 소재관리, 기계가공, 조립, 검사, 포장등을 일관서있는 연속작업이 되도록하는 종래의 Machanical Automation이 있다. 이는 소품종 다량생산체제에서 고능율, 고도의 가공효율의 요구에 따라 제품의 품질관리 및 제조를 자동전용기에 의한 양산체 제라 하겠는데 이것이 선진국의 1950년대의 자동화의 형태라 할수 있다. 1960년대에 들어서 앞서 기술한 전기 전자 기술의 발달과 제품에 대한 사회의 요구와 그것에 부응하기 위하여서는 생산 Line의 자동화가 점차 지능화하는 경향을 보이고 있으며 이를 Mechatronical Automation이라 부르기도 하나 이 점이 종래의 자동화와 성격이 다르다고 하겠다. 여기서는 생산시스템의 자동 화에 대한 새로운 경향이 어떠한 것이며 또 앞으로의 전망등을 살펴보기로 한다.

  • An aspheric mirror, which requires less than $\lambda/2\;(\lambda=632.8nm)$ of form error for the $\phi$ 200mm reference curved surface, has been manufactured with an ultra-precision turning machine. We have known through several tests that the deformation patterns of the reflecting surface is related with bolting positions. In this paper the effect of main factors on deformation of a reflector is studied with a FE code. The considered factors are angular velocity, natural frequencies for a mirror, temperature increment during machining. The obtained test results are similar to the deformation shape due to the assumed temperature increment.

  • A study on machining electrode for LEO(Light Emitted Diode) mold with shaped end-mill is presented. The electrode machining by shaped end-mill has been used for maximizing the productivity in manufacture of semiconductor mold. However, it has not been researched systematically for many difficulties such as the making of shaped end-mill, generation of tool path due to distinctive tool geometry, and so on. Tool path is generated on the shaped end-mill geometry and cutting force to provide accurate and efficient machining of electrode. The verification program can drive enhancement of productivity, selecting cutting conditions from experiment function of cutting force. Also, compensation of tooting and machina error can make the electrode accurate by modifying tool path. Therefore, the research on machining with shaped end-mill can contribute to enhancement of accuracy and productivity in building semiconductor mold.

사출성형품의 공정 조건에 따른 내환경응력균열 특성에 관한 연구 (Influence of Molding Conditions on Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance of Injection Molded Part)

  • Environmental Stress Cracking(ESC) is one of the most common causes of unexpected brittle failure of thermoplastic polymers. The exposure of polymers to liquid chemicals tends to accelerate the crazing process, initiating crazes at stresses that are much lower than the stress causing crazing in air. In this study, ESC of acrylonitirile butadiene styrene(ABS) was investigated as a function of the molding conditions such as injection velocity, packing pressure, and melt temperature. A constant strain was applied to the injection molded specimens through a 1.26% strain jig and a mixture of toluene and isopropyl alcohol was used as the liquid chemical. In order to examine the effects of the molding conditions on ESC, an experimental design method was adopted and it was found that the injection velocity was the dominant factor. In addition, predictions from numerical analyses were compared with the experimental results. It was found that the residual stress in the injection molded part was associated with the environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR).

  • The antimicrobial activities of the copolymer of N,N'-dimethyl-N,N'-diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and acrylamide(AA) were investigated. A series of copolymers with various ratios of DMDAAC and AA were prepared by free radical initiation via an intra-intermolecular propagation mechanism, ie, cyclopolymerization, and the antimicrobial activities of the prepared copolymers were measured by minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) test. The copolymers were, then, methylolated under basic condition for reactivity with hydroxyl group of cellulose. Both antimicrobial activity and fastness to laundering of the cotton fabrics finished using the methylolated copolymers were evaluated. From the results it was shown that the copolymers with different ratios of DMDAAC and AA have MIC values in the range of 1∼100ppm. As the ratio of AA in the copolymers increases, the anitmicrobial activity decreases. The fastness of the cotton fabric finished by the methyolated copolymers to 10 repeated launderings in anionic commercial detergent is good enough to show colony reduction above 90% regardless of DMDAAC and AA ratios.

$CO_2$ 초임계 염색법을 적용한 메타 아라미드 직물의 basic dye에 대한 염색성 (The dyeability of m-Aramid Fabrics with Basic Dye Using Supercritical $CO_2$)

  • 본 실험에서는 메타 아라미드 섬유의 basic dye에 대한 염색성 특히, 물과 acetophenone을 적용한 수계 염색과 친환경 염색 매개체인 이산화탄소 초임계유체를 사용한 염색을 수행한 후에 염색된 시료에 대한 염색성을 평가하였다. 수계염색의 경우, co-solvent carrier로 acetophenone 사용하였으며, 초임계유체 염색에서는 ethanol을 co-solvent로 사용하였다. 염색된 시료의 염색성 평가는 색차계를 사용하여 실시하였으며, 최대흡수파장에서 표면반사율에 따른 Kubelka-Munk식을 적용하여 K/S값을 계산하였다. 수계 및 초임계 염색에 의해 염색된 시료가 동일한 K/S 값을 가지기 위해서는 초임계염색이 상대적으로 높은 농도의 염료가 요구되어졌다. 또한 UV-vis. 분광분석법과 광학현미경을 통한 염색시료의 염색성의 평가가 이루어졌다.

볼엔드밀 가공시 이송변화에 따른 가공형상 특성 (Machined Profile Characteristics for Feedrate Change in Ball End Mill Cutting)

  • Due to the development of the CNC machine tool and CAM software, sculptured surface machining can be broadly used in die and mold industries and ball end milling process is often used for the sculptured surface machining. It is found out how feedrate affects the precision of the machining and also tried to study the most suitable feedrate in specific cutting condition. Two eddy current sensors were used far measuring tool deflections of X, Y axis, dynamometer for cutting force and roundness tester for roundness. It was found that the tool deflection is getting better as tool path is going to further from the center of convex surface. The reason is that the cutting force is increased as the tool approaches to the center. Examining the roundness, cutting force and tool deflection characteristics, it was found that the most suitable feedrate is 90mm/min in convex surface and 120mm/min in concave surface.

초 중량물 핸드링 로봇의 성능평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Evaluation of Heavy Duty Handling Robot using Laser Tracker)

  • The aim of this research is to evaluate movement and path characteristics of developed heavy duty handling robot using laser tracker(API T3) according to the ISO 9283 robot performance evaluation criteria. As carry out 3D modeling and simulation using CATIA, a test cube was set up to select moving and measuring range of robot. Performance test for pose and distance accuracy, path and path velocity accuracy under payload zero and 440kgf was accomplished. The resulted output data show the reliability of the developed robot.
