A Study on the Economic Validity of Hybrid Coal-to-Liquid process (Hybrid형 석탄액화 공정의 경제적 타당성에 관한 연구)

  • Hybrid형 석탄액화 공정은 직접액화 (Direct Coal Liquefaction, DCL)공정과 간접액화 (Indirect Coal Liquefaction, ICL)공정으로 구성 되며, 공정의 경제성을 분석하기위하여 주요 제품 (디젤, 납사) 생산량이 50,000barrel per day (BPD)의 Hybrid형 석탄액화공정을 선정하고 공정에 적합한 검토기준을 세워 건설비용 및 매출액등을 산정하였다. 또한 석탄액화공정에 대한 중요 변수들의 가격 변동에 따른 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 생산량을 기준으로 선정된 원료탄(Illinois #6 유연탄)의 사용하였을 때, 총 투자액은 $4,114,730,000 로 나타났으며, 고정비는 $93,610,000, 변동비는 $407,225,000으로 분석되었다. 경제성 분석결과 내부수익률 (internal rate of return, IRR)은 기본조건에서 11.48%로 나타났으며, 순현가(net present value, NPV)는 $526,478,000으로 나타났다. 원금상환 기간은 6.9년으로 나타났으며, 민감도 분석 결과 제품가격, 원료석탄가격, 건설비의 변동률 순서로 수익률에 변화를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 민감도가 가장 높은 제품 가격 25% 상승 시, IRR과 NPV는 각각 17.24%, $2,804,919,000로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the agricultural product market efficiency of the three e-commerce platforms from the perspective of consumer price fairness perception, analyze the quality and price gap of invalid brands, and help agricultural products enterprises to formulate reasonable price strategies. The characteristics of farm products sold in e-commerce platforms(quality, origin, taste, safety level) were selected as output indicators and the prices of products were selected as input indicators to evaluate the efficiency of the market through DEA analysis. According to the analysis, JD mall has the largest proportion of effective brands, while YHD.com has the highest average market efficiency, and northeast rice has the largest difference in average efficiency among the three platforms. The results show that price inefficiencies still exist in the electronic market. The development of online market for agricultural products should pay attention to consumer price fairness and pay attention to the coordination between price and quality. The limitation of this paper is that it does not focus on the influence of words of mouth marketing in internet market and consumer experience, which can be the future research direction.

Impact of a Brand Image Matching with the Advertising Model on Price Fairness Perceptions: Focus on Sports Advertising (브랜드 이미지와 광고모델의 일치성이 가격공정성 지각에 미치는 영향 : 스포츠 광고를 중심으로)

  • This study sets out to examine how a brand image that matches the advertising model has a positive impact on brand attitude and price fairness perceptions. We reviewed the constructs on the basis of previous studies and each of the concepts has been redefined. One such concept, "image congruence," refers to the harmony, fitness, and matching quality of images. For example, how well celebrity advertising model is matches the brand image shows image congruence. Results are summarized as follows: First, the congruence of brand image and sports advertising model has no significant impact on brand attitude certainty and persistence. Second, the individual's brand attitude certainty and brand attitude persistence has a positive impact on the perceptions of price fairness. Third, the congruence of brand image and sports advertising model has a positive impact on the perceptions of price fairness. The first and the third results suggest that the positive impact on the price fairness perceptions is temporary but it has insignificant effects on the formation of brand attitude causing ongoing purchases. In other words, in order to influence consumers' long-term confidence on the brand, improving the quality of products or services has to precede promotional strategies such as advertising. When an advertising model is inappropriate for the brand image, consumers perceive product price changes as a negative issue in the short term. However, in the long term, attitude formation such as consumers' repurchase intentions and word of mouth will be not affected. The second result suggests that an already existing positive brand attitude can contribute more positively to change the perceptions of price fairness. In particular, attitude persistence has greater influence than attitude certainty on the price fairness. It suggests that persistence issues such as the trading period and the frequency of transactions must be managed and controlled because they are more important than the certainty issues such as strength of belief or trust. For example, when a commercial model for expensive sporting goods matches up with the brand image, consumer feels less pressure on the price changes. However, it does not determine the consumer's repeated purchases or sustainable transactions and it also has no absolute impact on the brand trust. In other words, consumer brand attitude should be recognized and approached as a routine strategy in view of the result that it is of great value as a causal variable in the process of consumer decision-making.

Analysis of The Mediating Effect of Food Quality and Price Fairness in The Relation between Servicescape and User Satisfaction - A Case Study of A University Student Cafeteria Evaluation - (서비스스케이프가 이용만족 간의 관계에서 음식의 품질과 가격공정성의 매개효과 분석 -A대학 학생 식당 사례를 중심으로-)

  • This study analyzed what the Servicescape factor of the student cafeteria in university is, whether food quality and price fairness show any mediating effect in relation between Servicescape factor and user satisfaction. First, analysis shows that Servicescape factors of cafeteria for university students are 'extensity', 'cleanness', 'aesthetic' and 'agreeableness'. Second, 'cleanness and 'aesthetic' factors are found to have positive(+) influences on user satisfaction. Third, 'cleanness', 'aesthetic' factors are found to have positive(+) influences on food quality. Fourth, 'cleanness' factors of food quality shows complete mediating effect in the influential relation between Servicescape factor and user satisfaction and 'aesthetic' factors shows partial mediating effect. Fifth, significant influence was not seen in all factors of price fairness by Servicescape factors of student cafeteria in university. Sixth, price fairness was found to play no mediating role in the influential relation between Servicescape factor and user satisfaction. This study will help understand the mediating effect of food quality and price fairness in the relation between the Servicescape of student cafeteria in university and user satisfaction.

대기압 플라즈마를 이용한 탄소섬유 안정화 공정

  • 지속 가능한 발전을 위해, 한정된 자원인 석유의 고갈을 막기 위해 석유를 수송에너지로 주로 사용하는 자동차에서 바이오 디젤이나 연료전지, 전기자동차 등 다양한 대안이 제시되고 있다. 그러나 식량 가격 상승, 낮은 안정성, 인프라 확충 등의 문제의 해결이 필요할 뿐만 아니라, 석유의 소비를 감소시키는 대신, 지구에서 소비할 수 있는 다른 형태의 에너지를 소모한다는 측면에서 근본적인 에너지 문제의 해결책의 모색이 필요하다. 19세기 후반, 백열전구의 필라멘트 용도로 사용되기 시작한 탄소 섬유는, 철에 비해 5배 가볍고 강도는 10배가 높으며 내열성이 뛰어난 소재로서, 복합소재의 형태로 제조되어 비행기, 우주선, 풍력 발전 블레이드 등 다양한 산업 분야에서 소재의 장점을 발휘하는 재료로 적용 분야가 확대되고 있다. 특히 비행기 분야에서는 최근 비행기 몸체 구조에 기존 알루미늄 합금을 탄소섬유복합재가 대체하고 있으며, 최근에는 부피 기준 50% 가량까지 탄소섬유 복합재를 사용하여 비행기를 제작하고 있다. 이에 따라 기존에 비해 20% 가량 연료 소모가 감소하여, 비행기 한 대 당 연간 2,700톤의 이산화탄소 배출을 저감하고 있다. 이와 같이 탄소섬유 복합재를 다양한 분야에 적용함으로써, 에너지 문제에 대한 보다 근본적인 접근이 가능하다. 그러나 탄소섬유 복합소재는 금속 등 기존 재료에 비해 높은 가격으로 상용 자동차 등 에너지 소비량이 많은 분야에 널리 적용되는데 한계가 존재한다. 이와 같이 높은 탄소섬유의 가격은, 원가의 50% 가량을 차지하는 PAN 원사 가격과 나머지 반절에 해당하는 안정화/탄화 공정 비용에서 기인하는 것으로, 미국의 ORNL (Oak Ridge National Laboratory), 한국의 KIST 복합소재연구소 등에서는 원사, 안정화 공정, 탄화 공정 등 다양한 측면에서 탄소섬유 복합재의 가격을 절감할 수 있는 방안을 연구 중이다. 미국 ORNL에서는 마이크로웨이브 플라즈마를 이용하여 기존에 열을 이용해 수행하던 탄화 공정 비용을 크게 절감하고 있으며, KIST에서는 대기압 플라즈마를 이용하여 기존에 열을 이용해 2시간 가량이 소요되는 안정화 공정을, 대기압 플라즈마를 이용하여 30분여로 단축된 시간에 수행하는 공정을 개발 중이다. 본 발표에서는 탄소섬유 복합재의 개요와, 탄소섬유 가격 절감 방안으로서의 플라즈마에 대해 논의하며 대기압 플라즈마의 다양한 응용에 대해 소개할 예정이다.

Price Fairness Perception on the AI Algorithm Pricing of Fashion Online Platform (패션 온라인 플랫폼의 AI 알고리즘 가격설정에 대한 가격 공정성 지각)

  • This study explores the effects of providing information on the price fairness perception and intention of continuous use in an online fashion platform, given a price difference due to AI algorithm pricing. We investigated the moderating roles of price inequality (loss vs. gain) and technology insecurity. The experiments used four stimuli based on price inequality (loss vs. gain) and information provision (provided or not) on price inequality. We developed a mock website and offered a scenario on the product presentation based on an AI algorithm pricing. Participants in their 20s and 30s were randomly allocated to one of the stimuli. To test the hypotheses, a total of 257 responses were analyzed using Process Macro 3.4. According to the results, price fairness perception mediated between information provision and continuous use intention when consumers saw the price inequality as a gain. When the consumers perceived high technology insecurity, information provision affected the intention of continuous use mediated by price fairness perception.

경쟁측면에서 본 정보통신 분야의 규제개혁 문제점 및 개선방안

  • 가격상한제가 효율적으로 시행될 경우 통신사업의 생산성 향상, 신규서비스 도입촉진 등으로 보수율 규제방식에 비하여 사회후생에 긍정적 효과가 기대된다. 즉 가격상한제는 규제대상의 사업자에게 제한된 범위내에서 요금설정의 자율성을 부여함으로써, 생산성 향상의 결과를 사업자가 일부 향유할 수 있어 원가절감의 유인을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 기술발전에 따른 신규서비스 도입과 수요행태에 부응하는 다양한 요금제도의 도입을 촉진할 수도 있다. 따라서 명시적인 규제기준과 합리적인 운용절차가 설정될 경우 경쟁활성화, 요금규제의 투명성 확보 및 공정경쟁 강화 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Economic Evaluations of Direct Coal Liquefaction Processes (직접석탄액화 공정의 경제성 평가)

  • This report examines the economic feasibility of a commercial 50,000 barrel per day direct coal liquefaction(DCL) facility to produce commercial-grade diesel and naphtha liquids from medium-sulfur bituminous coal. The scope of the study includes capital and operating cost estimates, sensitivity analysis and a comparative financial analysis. Based on plant capacity of 50,000BPD, employing Illinois #6 bituminous coal as feed coal the total capital cost appeared $3,994,858,000. Also, the internal rate of return of DCL appeared 6.60% on the base condition. In this case, coal price and sale price of products were the most influence factors. And DCL's payback period demanded a long time(12.3 years), because of high coal price at the present time. According to sensitivity analyses, the important factors on DCL processes were product sale price, feed coal price and the capital cost in order.
