This paper is a comprehensive study on how the family´s psychological environment affects juveniles in this ever-changing modern society by conducting a survey on teenagers living in Jinju, southern part of Korea. The survey was conducted on 402 students in Junior high schools in the Jinju city. The results are as follows. 1. On the students satisfaction with his/her families psychological environment, the respondents gave 3.5 points of the perfect 5. With regard to social. demographical and individual factors that affect their family lives, most of the teenagers pointed to economic power and self-esteem. 2. When asked how well they adapt to their school lives. the teenagers save 3.31 points out of 5. On social, demographical and individual factors that affect their school lives, the respondents mentioned gender economic power, a monthly allowance, mothers job and self-esteem. 3. The family´s psychological environment of adolescent was shown to be the most important factor on their school life.

The Purpose of this study is to suggest strategies for environmental education through the Practical Arts(TechnologyㆍHome economics) Subject in a viewpoint of the clothing & textiles resources to resolve problems in the clothing life area. For this, this study was carried out through review of literature which is related with the consumption, the environmental problems, the environmental policies, and regulations of the government and new environmental technologies, of clothing & textiles industries and environmental education. The major findings of the study were as follows; 1) The environmental education system model in a viewpoint of the Clothing & Textiles resources was developed. This model system is consisted with interactions on school, government, industry, home and non-government organizations. Thus, the fact that Practical Arts(TechnologyㆍHome economics) Subject were the most effective subject to teaching the environmental education viewpoint of the Clothing & Textiles resources was confirmed. 2) The standards were analysed out to analyse the contents in the clothing area of the Practical Arts(TechnologyㆍHome economics) Subject. It were consist of 4 factors and 12 elements under the factors: Awareness of clothing & textile resources(clothing consumption, production of clothing & textile and environmental problems). Planning and buying of clothing(planning, buying), Management of clothing(understand of textile. human body & environment, laundering and Environmental pollution, arrangement & conservation) Recycling & exhaust of clothing(contribution, redesign, recycling, exhaust) 3) Analysing the current Practical Arts (TechnologyㆍHome economics) subject from the Environmental education in the clothing section, the environmental education related with clothing were taught the most in the middle school course, and environmental contents were concentrated in the recycling factors. but not so much on other factors. 4) After analysing the Practical Arts (TechnologyㆍHome economics) subject, the strategies were suggested for reinforcing the environmental education in the clothing of the Practical Arts(TechnologyㆍHome economics) subject.

Based on basic studies on the current status index of BF certification application for school facilities according to the BF certification implementation, this study sought to improve the direction of the different BF certification evaluation indexes for school facilities by investigating and analyzing the status of BF Reservation Certification for elementary schools. A comparative analysis of the status and evaluation indexes of 30 elementary schools in the Gyeongsang region that included indicators of external and internal facilities, sanitary facilities, guidance facilities, and other facilities indicated that school facilities are insufficient to discriminate based on criteria and thus need to be updated for accurate grading. For school facilities that are open for anyone to use, quality improvement should be induced by improving standards and adjusting points for items that earn middle and lower grades.

사회와 생활수준의 발달로 인간은 자연환경하에서 생활보다 인공적 환경하에서의 생활이 증가하게 되었다. 따라서 인간은 쾌적한 생활공간을 요구하게 되었고 이를 위한 온열환경에 대한 연구가 진행되어져 왔다. 이러한 생활공간에서의 쾌적한 온열환경에 영향을 주는 물리적 요인으로는 온도와 습도 그리고 기류 등이 있다. 또한 온열환경에 대한 인간의 감성적 측면도 쾌적한 온열환경을 결정하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 겨울철 대류난방시 인간에게 가장 쾌적한 환경을 제시할 수 있는 기류 속도의 범위를 찾고, 이를 평가하는데 객관적인 지표를 설정하기 위해 온도에 따른 기류조건을 제시하고, HRV 분석을 통하여 인체의 자율신경계의 변화를 관찰하였다. 실험결과 18$^{\circ}C$, 21$^{\circ}C$, 24$^{\circ}C$ 각각의 온도에서 draft를 초래하지 않는 0.15m/sec의 기류속도일 때 가장 높은 MF/(LF+HF) 값을 보여 쾌적한 기류조건으로 나타났고 이는 쾌불쾌감신고(CSV)와 동일한 결과를 나타내었다. 이러한 심전도 신호를 통한 HRV 분석은 기류조건에 따른 온열쾌적성의 평가에도 객관적이고 신뢰성 있는 지표로 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 다른 환경하에서의 감성평가 척도로도 이용될 수 있을 것이라고 생각되어진다.

본 논문은 가정이나 사무실, 차량 등의 인간의 생활환경과, 각종 전기 및 전자, 기계 장치에 근거리 무선 통신 창치가 설치된 유비쿼터스 환경에서, 개인이 장소를 옮겨가더라도 선호하는 환경을 자동적이고 지능적으로 구축해주는 개인 환경 서비스에 관한 것이다. 제안된 서비스는 그 목적과 내용이 구체적이고 일반 사용자에게 매우 유용하므로 유비쿼터스 홈 서비스의 킬러 애프리케이션이 될 것이다.
