  • Video-On-Demand system provides electronic video rental services from remote video servers on a broadband communication networks. Most of proposed VOD systems are typically designed for one-to-one conncetion between a user and video server. Therefore, video server stream services to customers individually by allocating a dedicated transmission channel and a set of video server resources for each customer. However, it is inefficiency and wxpensive way when server support multiple users who access the same video stream with a dedicated video channel. Therefore, to achieve cost-effectiveness, batching have studied method that uses multicast communication to simultaneously service all users requesting the same video with a single video with a single video stream. However, the application of the multicast communication by batching detract from the VCR-like function and on-demand nature of the system. In this paepr, we propose a scheme that can support an interactive VCR for all user requesting the same video stream with batching. To reduce a server I/O and network bandwidth requirement, dynamic buffer is allocated to access node which has variable playout poit. Consequently, it makes possible interactive VCR operation as if customer uses true VOD system. Also, this scheme can just deliver a multicast stream without delay after an initial request or VCR action occurred. The policy can guarantee acceptable services to number of users at minimum cost.

  • In these days, rapid advances of the computer system and the high speed network have made the multimedia services popularized among various applications and services in the internet. Internet live broadcasting, a part of multimedia services, makes it possible to provide not only existing broadcasting services including audio and video but also interactive communications which also expand application scopes by freeing from both temporal and spatial limitation. In the Paper, an interned Personal-live broadcasting server system is developed by allowing individual users to actively create or join live-broadcasting services with such basic multimedia devices as a PC camera and a sound card. As the number of broadcasters and participants increases, concurrent multiple channels are established and groups are to be expanded. The system should also guarantee High Availability (HA) for continuous services even in the presence of partial failure of the cluster. Furthermore, a transmission mode switching is supported to consider network environments in the user system.

  • It is strongly beliefed that Video on Demand(VOD) will become one of the most promising services in Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network(B-ISDN) for the nest generation VOD service can be classified into two types of services 'Near VOD(NVOD) and Interactive VOD(IVOD). For both services, some video servers should be installed at some nodes(especially, at the root node for NVOD service) in the tree structued VOD network,so that each node with video server stores video programs and distribules stored programs to customers. We consider thre kinds of cost.a program transmission cost, a program storage cost, and a video server installation cost. There exists a trade-off relationship among those three costs according to locationsl of video servers and the kinds of programs stord at each video server. Given a tree structured VOD network, and the total number of programs being served in the network, the resource allocation problem in a VOD network providing both IVOD and NVOD services is to determine where to install video servers for IVOD service, which and how many programs should be stored at each video server for both IVOD and NVOD services, so as to minunize the total cost which is the sum of three costs for both IVOD and NVOD services. In this paper we develop an efficient cynamic programming algorithm for solving the problem. We also implement the algorithm based on a service policy assumed in this paper.

  • MPEG-4 표준은 저작자가 정지영상, 텍스트, 2D/3D 그래픽스, 오디오, 심지어 임의형의 비디오 등과 같이 다양한 형태의 객체들을 개별적으로 구성하고 이들을 시/공간자적으로 다루기 용이하게 해 준다. 이와 같은 객체 기반 코딩 특성에 의해서 대화형 방송 콘텐츠를 제작하는데 가장 유용한 방식으로 고려할 수 있다. 피러나, 콘텐츠의 제작, 전송, 소비 관전에서 고려해 달 때, 콘텐츠 제작자 또는 저작권자의 보호 및 관리가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 최근에는 OPIMA (Open Platform Initiative for Multimedia Access), SDMI (Secure Digital Music Initiative) and MPEG(Moving Picture Expert Group) OPIMATfMr(Intellectual Property Management & Protection)와 같은 국제 표준 단체들이 콘텐츠 보호 및 관리에 대한 관심을 가지게 되었다. 특히, MPEG의 경우에 MPEG-4 IPMP를 표준화하여 디지털 콘텐츠와 저작권에 대한 보호를 체계적이고 효과적으로 다루는 연구를 가장 활발히 해오고 있다. 이 논문에서 우리는 MPEG-4 콘텐츠 저작자가 MPEG-4 규격에 맞게 보호화 된 객체 기반 방송용 콘텐츠를 쉽고 편리하게 제작학 수 있도록 하기 위한 MPEG씨 콘텐츠 및 저자권 보호를 위한 MPEG-4 IPMP 저작 도구를 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 MPEG-4 콘텐츠 및 저작권 보호 저작 도구는 저작자에게 친근한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하여 편집 및 수정이 용이한 텍스트 포맷인 IPMP회된 XMT(extensible Mpeg-4 Textual format) 파일을 생성한다. 또한, 콘텐츠 전송 및 저장의 효율성을 위해 이진 포멧인 IPMP화된 MP4 파일을 생성할 수 있다.으로써, 에러 이미지가 가지고 있는 엔트로피에 좀 근접하게 코딩을 할 수 있게 되었다. 이 방법은 실제로 Arithmetic Coder를 이용하는 다른 압축 방법에 그리고 적용할 수 있다. 실험 결과 압축효율은 JPEG-LS보다 약 $5\%$의 압축 성능 개선이 있었으며, CALIC과는 대등한 압축률을 보이며, 부호화/복호화 속도는 CALIC보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다.우 $23.87\%$($18.00\~30.91\%$), 갑폭 $23.99\%$($17.82\~30.48\%$), 체중 $91.51\%$($58.86\~129.14\%$)이였으며 성장율은 사육 온도구간별 차는 없었다.20 km 까지의 지점들(지점 2에서 지점 6)에서 매우 높은 값을 보이며 이는 조석작용으로 해수와 담수가 강제혼합되면서 표층퇴적물이 재부유하기 때문이라고 판단된다. 영양염류는 월별로 다소의 차이는 있으나, 대체적으로 지점 1과 2에서 가장 낮고, 상류로 갈수록 점차 증가하며 지점 7 상류역이 하류역에 비해 높은 농도이다. 월별로는 7월에 규산염, 용존무기태질소 및 암모니아의 농도가 가장 높은 반면에 용존산소포화도는 가장 낮다. 그러나 지점 14 상류역에서는 5월에 측정한 용존무기태질소, 암모니아, 인산염 및 COD 값이 7월보다 다소 높거나 비슷하다. 한편 영양염류와 COD값은 대체적으로 8월에 가장 낮으나 용존산소포화도는 가장 높다.출조건은 $100^{\circ}C$에서 1분간의 고온단시간 추출이 적합하였다. 증가를 나타내었는데, 저장기간에 따른 물성의 변화는 숭어에 비하여 붕장어가 적었다.양식산은 aspartic acid 및 proline이 많았다. 또한 잉어는 천연산이

  • This study aims to analyze movies which contain various stories according to the size of their shots. To achieve this, it is needed to classify dataset according to the shot size, such as extreme close-up shots, close-up shots, medium shots, full shots, and long shots. However, a typical video storytelling is mainly composed of close-up shots, medium shots, full shots, and long shots, it is not an easy task to construct an appropriate dataset for extreme close-up shots. To solve this, we propose an image cropping method based on the region of interest (ROI) detection. In this paper, we use the face detection and saliency detection to estimate the ROI. By cropping the ROI of close-up images, we generate extreme close-up images. The dataset which is enriched by proposed method is utilized to construct a model for classifying shots based on its size. The study can help to analyze the emotional changes of characters in video stories and to predict how the composition of the story changes over time. If AI is used more actively in the future in entertainment fields, it is expected to affect the automatic adjustment and creation of characters, dialogue, and image editing.

Relationship Between Academic Stress and Hopelessness Among Female High School Students (일부 여자고등학생들의 학업스트레스와 절망감과의 관련성)

  • This study identified the relationship between academic stress and hopelessness among female high school students. The self-administered questionnaires were given to 334 female high school students located in D-city during the period from August 20, 2018 to September 20, 2018. As a result, the distribution of the level of hopelessness among those surveyed was 61.6% for the normal range group, 23.1% for the mild range group, 12.9% for the moderate range group, and 2.4% for the severe range group. The level of hopelessness, according to the academic stress of the study subjects, was significantly higher in the higher academic stress group than that in the lower academic stress group (p=0.000). Hopelessness also showed significant positive correlation with academic stress (r=0.371, p<0.01). The results of the logistic regression analysis showed that the risk ratio of hopelessness was significantly increased 9.27 times in the higher academic stress group when compared to that in the lower academic stress group. According to the multiple regression analysis, the significant variables affecting hopelessness were satisfaction with school life, conversation with parents, eating regularly, stress due to tests, stress due to studies and stress about career paths. Given the above results, the hopelessness of female high school students is significantly related to academic stress. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement programs that can properly control academic stress factors.

  • The purpose of this study was to show how to organize small groups on the project method class in technical high school. The subjects of this study were two classes including 40 second-year students (20 students in each class) of architecture design course in D technical high school located in Taejeon metropolitan city. The method of this study was to investigate the ego-state by the ego-gram practicing Transactional Analysis. Total 10 small groups were organized. Each group had 4 members. And the same quality of egostate small group was organized by the 4 students who have high score on NP and AC. The different in kind small group was organized by the 4 students, each of whom has NP leading, A leading, FC leading and AC leading score. After the target small group was video- taped, students' verbal interaction was written into transcripts. Their individual states were analysed by the frame of verbal interaction. The result of this study was that the same quality of TAOK small group had more active interaction(110 times) than different in kind small group(87 times). The frequency of complementary transaction was also higher plenty in the same quality of TAOK small group.

항만운영정보시스템의 데이터전송방식 개선에 관한 연구

  • 해양수산부가 개발 .운영 중인 항만운영정보시스템(PORT-MIS)은 선박입출항 관련 업무, 수출입 화물 반출입에 관한 업무, 항만시설물관리에 관한 업무, 의사결정지원시스템에 관한 업무 등 크게 4개 업무오 구성되어 있으며, 총 19개의 전자문서와 1,500여개의 단위 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 그동안 PORT-MIS를 권역별로 확대 운영하면서 발생한 여러 가지 문제점들을 보완하기 위해 해양수산부와 정보통신부(한국전산원)가 공동으로 $\ulcorner$수출입화물 일괄처리시스템 구축$\lrcorner$ 용역 사업을 현재 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구는 용역과업 내용에 포함되어 있지 않으면서 개선이 필요한 외항선(국전선.외국전선 포함) 선박입항보고서(최초.변경.최종)와 선박출항보고서(최초.변경.최종), 내항선입.출항신고서, 예선사용허가신청서 및 지정서, 도선사용허가신청서 및 지정서 등의 민원업무를, 사용자로 하여금 최소한의 노력으로 처리할 수 있도록 제출방법을 개선(EDI방식에서 온라인방식으로)하여 행정소요시간을 단축함으로써 PORT-MIS의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 노력을 통해 PORT-MIS EDI업무가 개선되어 선박입.출항보고를 1회롤 처리할 수 있다면 연간 29만9천건의 서류절감으로 약 1억3천7백만원의 물류비를 줄일 수 있으며, 시간 단축에 따른 간접비용을 계산하면 보다 많은 효과가 있다고 판단된다. 그리고 내항선입.출항신고서 및 예.도선업무를 EDI방식에서 온라인방식으로 전환함으로써 선사와 예선업체 및 도선사협회가 대화형식으로 업무처리가 이루어져 분쟁을 최소화 할 수 있다면, 전자문서 31만6천건/년 절감으로 1억3백만원/년의 예산이 절감될 것으로 예상된다.rr로 변화시켰고 inductive power는 200~800watt, bias voltage는 0~-200voltage로 변화시켰으며 식각마스크로는 SiO2를 patterning 하여 사용하였다. n-GaN, p-GaN 층 이외에 광소자 제조시 필수적인 InGaN 층을 100% Cl2로 식각한 경우에 InGaN의 식각속도가 GaN에 비해 매우 낮은 식각속도를 보였다. Cl2 gas에 소량의 CH4나 Ar gas를 첨가하는 경우와 공정압력을 감소시키는 경우 식각속도는 증가하였고, Cl2/10%Ar 플라즈마에서 공정 압력을 감소시키는 경우 식각속도는 증가하였고, Cl2/10%CHF3 와 Cl2/10%Ar 플라즈마에서 공정압력을 15mTorr로 감소시키는 경우 InGaN과 GaNrks의 선택적인 식각이 가능하였다. InGaN의 식각속도는 Cl2/Ar 플라즈마의 이온에 의한 Cl2/CHF3(CH4) 플라즈마에서의 CHx radical 형성에 의하여 증가하는 것으로 사료되어 진다.$ 이상을 나타내었다. 박막의 Sn/In atomic ratio는 0.12, O/In의 비율은 In2O3의 화학양론적 비율인 1.5보다 작은 1.3을 나타내었다.로 보인다.하면 수평축과 수직축의 분산 장벽의 비에 따라 cluster의 두께비가 달라지는 성장을 볼 수 있었고, 한 축 방향으로의 팔 넓이는 fcc(100) 표면의 경우 동일한 Ed+Ep값에 대응하는 팔 넓이와 거의 동일한 결과가 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 비대칭적인 모양을 가지는 성장의 경우도 cluster 밀도, cluster 모양, cluster의 양 축 방향 길이 비, 양 축 방향의 평균 팔 넓이로부터 각 축 방향의 분산 장벽을 얻어낼 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 기대할 수 있는 여러

Pattern Study on smartphone addiction group (스마트폰 중독 정도에 따른 패턴연구)

  • The smartphone addiction research to identify the pattern according to your smartphone addiction. Recovery of 689 to 1429 parts by distributing the total recovery is 48.22%, respectively. Were utilized to study 650 data. Smartphone addiction group was divided into low, group care, group into three groups according to the degree of severity smartphone addiction. The response that smartphone addiction severity group 135 people 86.5%, lower addiction group 59 people% smartphone smartphones note 165 people group 50.2%, 35.5 'no' do you think about the own smartphone addiction (p <0.001). Showed that exceeds 50% of the smartphone severe poisoning group and attention should use having a chat group with respect to the smart phone. Also showed that beyond a midnight bed time group the more severe the smartphone addiction. Usual findings for bedtime showed a tendency to sleep late pass midnight smartphone addiction show higher water shortage phenomenon. Could be used as the basis for the study which may be a healthy life to predict the degree of occurrence of a pattern according to the type of smart phone poisoning by identifying the factors of the individual according to the degree of poisoning smartphone pattern.

  • Software streaming allows the execution of stream-enabled software on desktop or portable computing devices like PC, PDA, laptop, cellular phone, etc., even while the transmission/streaming from the server may still be in progress. In this paper, we present an efficient streaming system called Software On-Demand(SOD) streaming system to transmit stream-enabled applications in addition to automatic installation of program registry, environment variables, configuration files, and related components. In particular, we design and implement a SOD system in Linux to provide the user with the instant look-and-click software execution environment such that software download and installation are internally proceeded in a completely user-transparent way. Therefore, the SOD system relieves the user from the tricky, failure-prone installation business. In addition, the software developer now obtains a new, powerful means to advertise and propagate their software products since the user can use software packages via user-friendly UI window or web browser by look-and-click interactive operation. In the paper, we also make a couple of SOD streaming experiments using a spectrum of popular softwares. Based on the analysis of the experiment results, we also propose two performance improvement schemes.
