  • Multi-lingual query answering system is the system which answers on the queries with several languages. LASSO[l] is the system that aims to answer the multi-lingual query. In this paper, we design and implement a Korean analysis system for LASSO. The Korean analysis system for query answering needs processing techniques of dialogue style. And the system must be practical and general so as to use on various domains. This system uses not dialogue processing techniques with high cost and low utility but heuristic rules with low cost and high utility. It is designed and implemented as a Korean interface of multi-lingual query answering system. The techniques of this system highly contribute to information retrieval and Korean analysis researches.

  • As network technology advances hacking techniques are also evolving. This paper proposes design of a packet analyzer to monitor and analyze data packets in networks. The proposed packet analyzer offers functions such as packet sniffing, filtering and statistics. We implemented a prototype packet analyzer in C# .NET development environment using SharPcap.

  • To construct distance learing servers and provide their service using the WWW(World Wide Web), it is necessary that we use a real-time processing mehtod rather than the processing after downloading method for multimedia data transmission and their processing.To fulfill such requirements, we developed a real-time processing muduloe for distance education which can process multimedia data in AVI and WAV formats in distrbuted eviroments.We in turn developede a real-time WWW server that can provide real-time services of hypertxt and motion poctures data in temsw of adding the real-time porcessing modute to the MuX framework and intergarting them with WWW. We frnally developed as distance lerming system for real-time interactive chinese character learming, bassed on the results from the pre-vious steps.

Integrative Review of Nonviolent Communication Intervention Studies (비폭력대화를 이용한 의사소통 중재연구의 통합적 고찰)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to uncover the evidence for developing effective communication intervention programs by analyzing and evaluating Communication Intervention Studies using Nonviolent Communication (NVC-CI). The specific purposes were to analyze general characteristics of NVC-CI studies, intervention contents, and the effectiveness of the studies. Methods: This was an integrative review that analyzed NVC-CI studies published from 2005 to 2015 identified through searches of five Korean electronic databases. The method proposed by Whittemore and Knafl was applied. This contains four stages: problem identification, literature search, data evaluation, and data analysis. Results: Twelve studies met the inclusion criteria. Most of the experimental designs were Quasi-experimental studies. These included 9 papers (75%), one qualitative study, one mixed methodology, and one case study (8.3% respectively). Most NVC-CI studies used group intervention. In order to effectively change communication patterns, interventions needed about 10~11 sessions 1~2 times a week. Conclusion: Future research with well-designed clinical trials using NVC-CI needs to be done in the area of mental health nursing to promote communication skills.

  • In this study, the dialog syntax-based video content production flow for the character set, 'Form Noah' chart using the mouse, lip-sync Animation been making 3D characters were applying. Vertex Animation Morphing techniques by expressing the natural shape of the mouth for the characters engaging and the transmission of visual information for the viewers to be able to get a high intelligibility is considered.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 ETRI에서 개발 중인 유/무선 전화망을 통한 다국어간 대화체 음성번역서비스 시스템에 대해서 소개한다. 전화망을 통한 자동음성번역서비스 시스템은 여행대화영역을 서비스 대상영역으로 하고 있고 자동음성번역서비스를 필요로 하는 사용자들은 동일한 장소에서 대면하고 있으며 서로 다른 언어를 사용하기 때문에 서로 의사 소통에 어려움을 겪고 있다고 가정한다. 따라서 여기서 말하는 자동음성번역 시스템의 특징은 인간과 기계간의 인터페이스를 그 대상으로 하는 것이 아니라 인간과 인간사이의 인터페이스를 그 대상으로 하고 있다는 정이다. 인간과 인간사이의 인터페이스 상황에서는 인간의 이해력이 시스템 오류를 정정할 수 있는 여지를 지니고 있다. 따라서 시스템이 사용자의 말하는 의도 혹은 개념만 잘 전달할 수 있다면 서로 다른 언어를 사용하는 사용자들 사이에서도 이러한 시스템을 통한 의사소통이 가능하다. 자동음성번역서비스 시스템은 크게 음성인식모듈 문장해석 및 번역 모듈, 음성합성모듈, 시스템통합 모듈 그리고 전화망 인터페이스 모듈로 나뉜다. 여기서는 자동음성번역 서비스 시스템의 각 모듈들의 주요 특징과 상호 인터페이스 방법에 대해서 소개한다.

  • 인터넷 쇼핑몰 분야에서 한국어 인터페이스에 대한 필요성이 대두되면서 이와 관련한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 이러한 기존 연구들의 문제점은 다른 응용 분야에 대한 확장성이 떨어지고, 대화식 질의 문장을 처리하기 위해 필요한 상황 지식을 사용할 수 없다는 것이다. 확장성을 위해 한국어 인터페이스는 내부 구현의 변경 없이 도메인 지식의 교체만으로 다른 분야에 대한 적용이 쉬워야 한다. 아울러, 한국어 질의 문장을 SQL이나 ACL과 같은 여러 응용 분야의 인공 언어에 쉽게 변환할 수 있으려면 모호성이 전혀 없는 의미 구조로 표현되어야 한다. 이렇게 표현된 의미 구조는 상황 지식의 표현과 적용을 용이하게 한다. 본 논문은을 Sowa의 개념 구조를 이용하여 의사 의미 구조를 유형 정의, 관계형 정의, 액터와 같은 도메인 지식베이스를 이용하여 표준 의미 구조로 변환하는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문은 먼저 필요한 도메인 지식베이스의 종류와 역할 등을 설명하고, 상황 지식을 이용하여 불완전한 의미 구조를 완전한 의미 구조로 변환하는 방법을 보인다. 아울러, 같은 의미를 갖는 여러 형태의 의사 의미 구조가 하나의 표준 의미 구조로 변환됨으로서 시스템의 일관성을 유지하는데 용이함을 보일 것이다. 본 시스템에서 생성한 의미구조는 중간 언어의 역할을 하므로, 제안하는 한국어 인터페이스 시스템은 데이터베이스 분야뿐만 아니라 에이전트 분야, 시맨틱 웹 분야 등에서도 손쉽게 적용할 수 있다는 장점을 가진다.

  • We see that the Interactive Entertainment Industry on the internet has a great potential to grow in the 21st century. There will be many kinds of internet content. Internet contents can be classified with six categories such as identity, entertainment, learning, shopping, community. However, we see that shopping and community have a higher market share among the six. Recently, community has become more important in making an internet business sucessful, because it is valuable in creating virtual society in cyber space. A chatting program has been an effective means to form community. So we developed the animation graphic chatting program that functions to express an emotion effectively compared to the text chatting.

  • In the 21s1 century, it may be possible to offer comprehensive service by integrating all communication media under the development of digital technology without the classification of broadcasting and communication. In addition, it will be begun to perform HDTV broadcasting by focusing on the Metropolitan area in 2001yr and will permit over 100 channels for satellite communication, thus multi-channel TV broadcasting age has come in Korea. Therefore, this study is to identify the future environment of TV broadcasting and service area in ISDB age and to present new interactive type publication satellite TV transmission system, which provides customizing type digital screen book publication, by analyzing satellite broadcasting technology to create Korean cultural area around the Korean peninsula.

  • A topic segmentation module is to divide statements or conversations into certain topic units. Until now, topic segmentation has progressed in the direction of finding an optimized set of segments for a whole document, considering it all together. However, some applications need topic segmentation for a part of document which is not finished yet. In this paper, we propose a model to perform topic segmentation during the progress of the statement with a supervised learning model that uses a convolution neural network. In order to show the effectiveness of our model, we perform experiments of topic segmentation both on-line status and off-line status using C99 algorithm. We can see that our model achieves 17.8 and 11.95 of Pk score, respectively.
