  • There are various methods to assess to company's outcome. Among them, the customers satisfaction, which is assessed by customers, is the most important. If the customers satisfaction is measured by the CSI based on the proper reliability and validity, you can apply the result for various marketing methods. Therefore, this study develops a model to assess CSI for an industry, specifically, local automotive industry based on the SEM that is already proven valid through assessing models such as ACSI, KCSI and NCSI. Moreover, this research can be utilized for marketing strategy helping customers to decide as an AHP model, one of the decision making method.

  • 고객 만족도조사 (Customer Satisfaction Index)는 기업 외부 관점에서 고객의 만족도를 조사하여 기업의 서비스 품질 개선에 기여한다. 그러나 기업 외부 관점의 고객만족도만의 서비스 평가뿐 아니라 내부 직원의 업무 평가를 통한 서비스 품질 개선도 필요하다. 내부 직원의 업무 평가는 직원 개개인의 능력까지 평가할 수 있는 COI(Customer Orientation Index)통해 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 CSI 와 COI를 연계 분석하면 기업 외,내부 관점에서의 효과적이 서비스 품질 개선이 가능하다. 또, 고객만족을 위한 높은 서비스 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 서비스 품질 개선뿐 아니라 지속적인 관리와 모니터링도 필요한데 CSI 만으로는 한계가 있다. 이를 위해 CSI 분석 결과 도출된 핵심관리 프로세스를 지표화 하여 관리하기 위해 서비스 수준 계약서 (Service Level Agreement)에 반영하여 관리할 수 있다.

Survey on Physical Layer Security in Downlink Networks

  • In this paper, we discuss physical layer security techniques in downlink networks, including eavesdroppers. The main objective of using physical layer security is delivering a perfectly secure message from a transmitter to an intended receiver in the presence of passive or active eavesdroppers who are trying to wiretap the information or disturb the network stability. In downlink networks, based on the random feature of channels to terminals, opportunistic user scheduling can be exploited as an additional tool for enhancing physical layer security. We introduce user scheduling strategies and discuss the corresponding performances according to different levels of channel state information (CSI) at the base station (BS). We show that the availability of CSI of eavesdroppers significantly affects not only the beamforming strategy but also the user scheduling. Eventually, we provide intuitive information on the effect of CSI on the secrecy performance by considering three scenarios: perfect, imperfect, and absence of eavesdropper's CSI at the BS.

채널상태정보를 이용한 OFDM-단축블륵터보코드의 성능 분석

  • 본 논문에서는 OFDM 변조와 단축블록터보코드를 사용하는 시스템에서 단축블록터보코드를 반복 복호하는 과정에서 채널상태정보(Channel State Information : CSI)값을 적용한 방법을 새롭게 제안하였다. 새롭게 제안된 시스템의 경우 1회의 같은 반복 횟수를 가지는 경우에 BER 성능이 신호의 변조방식에 따라 4.5[dB] $\sim$ 10.0[dB] 정도의 뛰어난 전능 향상을 보였다. 또한 CSI값을 적용하고 1회 반복 복호한 시스템이 CSI값을 적용하지 않은 기존의 복호 시스템의 4회 반복 복호한 경우보다도 1[dB] $\sim$ 7.0[dB]의 성능 향상을 보임으로써 반복 복호의 시간을 70[%] 이상 감소시킬 수 있다. 따라서 단축블록터보코드를 반복 복호하는 경우에 CSI값을 적용한 시스템이 뛰어난 성능 향상과 더불어 반복 복호 시간을 줄임을 알 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of sports involvement and consumer attitude on fashion advertisement using sports star models(CAATTM) according to demographics and to investigate the effect of sports involvement to CAATTM. The subjects selected for final analysis were 398 adults living in Daejeon. The statistics used for analysis included factor analysis, ANOVA, multiple range test, regression, $Cronbach'\alpha$, and frequency. The results were as follow: 1. Sports Involvement was divided Cognitive Sports Involvement(CSI) and Emotional Sports Involvement(ESI). The CSI and ESI were different according to sex. And CSI was different according to age, education level and marriage status. 2. CATTM was divided into three factors: Emotional Attitude(EA), Cogitive Attitude(CA), and Ethical Attitude(ETA). CA was different according to sex, age, income, and marriage status. 3. The sports involvement affected CAATTM. People who were high in CSI and ESI showed high attitude in EA and CA.

An Indoor Positioning Method using IEEE 802.11 Channel State Information

  • In this paper, we propose an indoor positioning system that makes use of the attenuation model for IEEE 802.11 Channel State Information (CSI) in order to determine its distance from an Access Point (AP) at a fixed position. With the use of CSI, we can mitigate the problems present in the use of Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) data and increase the accuracy of the estimated mobile device's location. For the experiments we performed, we made use of the Intel 5300 Series Network Interface Card (NIC) in order to receive the channel frequency response. The Intel 5300 NIC differs from its counterparts in that it can obtain not only the RSSI but also the CSI between an access point and a mobile device. We can obtain the signal strengths and phases from subcarriers of a system which in turn means making use of this data in the estimation of a mobile device's position.

  • After World Trade Center's Terror in 2001 and promulgating Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA, 2002) and Security and Accountability For Every Port Act (SAFE Port Act, 2006) in the United States, most of the attention on security of international transportation including marine carrier and facility has focused increasingly. Inspection stations in foreign seaport terminal including Busan, South Korea, have been installed by Container Security Initiative (CSI) and Customs Trade Partnership against Terrorism (C-TPAT). The inspection station, however, may directly and indirectly affect delay of truck turnaround time in the seaport, especially high and severe level of security. This paper was analysed a risk for the additional average delay of truck turnaround time incurring by the inspection station under the all level of security, C-TPAT and CSI. As a result of this risk analysis, the higher weighted inspection time based on raising security level, the less number of trucks to be inspected, which will derive high delay in the inspection station.

Limited Feedback Interference Alignment in MIMO Power Line Communication with Common-mode Reception

  • This paper considers a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) power line communication (PLC) network where interference alignment (IA) technique is used to mitigate the interference that arises in multi-user networks. IA as a precoding technique requires perfect channel state information (CSI) to achieve maximum multiplexing gain. Due to the common-mode reception at the receiver ports, we assume imperfect CSI for the IA precoding design. Here, the CSI is quantized and sent via feedback to the transmit ports. For different levels of CSI quantization, we evaluate the performance of various IA algorithms via Monte Carlo simulations. Simulation results reveal the superior performance of the proposed scheme due to common-mode reception in IA MIMO PLC networks. It is shown that for a quantization level of 5 bits, the CM reception improves the sum-rate by up to 70%.

  • The government of South Korea has introduced various security measures in the supply chain, such as CSI (including a 24-hour rule) and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), in compliance with global security trends and the war on terror. However, many participants in the import and export process are still unfamiliar with the purposes and functions of CSI, the 24-hour rule, and AEO. As such, considering these risks as obstacles or as factors that interfere with the import and export process, this study suggests proper management schemes, which can identify, measure and evaluate these risks.

Nutrient Intakes and Cholesterol - Saturated Fat Indices of Foods Accompanied by Drinking Alcohol in Industrial Workers (사업장 근로자의 음주에 따른 영양소 섭취와 식품의 cholesterol - saturated fat index)

  • The present study was conducted to evaluate nutrient intakes of industrial workers with hyperlipidemia and cholesterol-saturated fat indices(CSI) of their daily meals and various side dishes accompanied with alcohol. Thirty eight male subjects of 41.0$\pm$6.5 years whose average serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels were 222.9$\pm$37.7 and 282.3$\pm$139.3mg/이 were interviewed on daily intakes of foods and drinking habits including types and amounts of side dishes using 24-hour recall and questionnaire methods. Average energy habits including twenty six non-drinkers and twelve drinkers were 2365$\pm$41 and 2822$\pm$417kcal, respectively but intakes of other nutrients were not very different between two groups. Carotene intakes was, however, low in drinkers. Intakes of saturated fat, cholesterol and CSI of subjects' daily meals were 15.4$\pm$5.4g, 229$\pm$114mg and 27.1$\pm$10.4 for non-drinkers and 18.7$\pm$7.8g, 238$\pm$69mg and 30.8$\pm$9.8 for drinkers. CSI of their daily meals varied from 10 to 60 without much differences in energy values and were positively correlated with serum cholesterol levels(r=0.2606, p<0.05). Average alcohol intakes obtained from subjects' drinking habit was 89.5$\pm$46.8g per day and major side dish was roasted beef giving 660$\pm$234kcal of energy and 24.3$\pm$8.0 of CSI. From the present study, it is concluded that industrial workers are more prone to have hyperlipidemic diets due to alcohol. To improve their diet and health, an appropriate nutrition education should be necessary and CSI of various Korean foods and meals can be used as handy self-control education tool.
