복섬, Takifugu niphobles의 산란기 및 비산란기에 따른 성적이형 비교 (Comparative Analysis of Sexual Dimorphism Between Spawning Season and Non-Spawning Season in the Grass Puffer, Takifugu niphobles)

  • A closely associated set of characteristics was analyzed using both classical and truss dimensions to discriminate sexual dimorphism between spawning season and non spawning season in grass puffer, Takifugu niphobles. In non-spawning season, $1{\times}10/Ls$ of classical dimension was significantly different between male and female (P<0.05). In spawning season, $1{\times}9/Ls$ and $1{\times}10/Ls$ of classical dimension, $3{\times}8/Ls$, $3{\times}9/Ls$, $3{\times}10/Ls$, $4{\times}8/Ls$, $4{\times}9/Ls$ and $8{\times}9/Ls$ of truss dimension and $7{\times}9/HL$ of head part dimension were significantly different between male and female (P<0.05). The results of this study may be useful as basic information of other fish species to compare the change of sexual dimorphism between spawning season and non spawning season.

Electronic structures of Na adsorbed 6H-SiC(0001) $\sqrt{3}$$\times$$\sqrt{3}$ and 3$\times$3 surfaces

  • 이전에 수행된 연구에서 표면에 수직하게 dangling bond를 가지는 adatom으로 장식된 6H-SiC(0001) {{{{ SQRT { 3} }}}}$\times${{{{ SQRT { 3} }}}} 표면은 단일 전자 모형으로는 설명되어지지 않는 반도체적 성질을 가지는 것으로 보고되어졌다. 최근의 많은 이론적, 실험적 결과는 이 표면이 Mott-Hubbard 모형으로 설명되어질 수 있음이 보고되어졌다. 이 표면에서 Si이 좀 더 풍부한 3$\times$3 표면의 여러 모형들에 대해 이론적, 실험적 연구는 Energy적으로 E-J 모형이 가장 안정하다고 보고하였다. E-J모형은 표면에 수직인 dagling bond를 가지며 6H-SiC(0001) {{{{ SQRT { 3} }}}}$\times${{{{ SQRT { 3} }}}} 표면에 비해 1/3배의 밀도를 지닌다. 또한 최근의 연구에서 3$\times$3 표면 또한 단일 전자모형은 이 표면의 반도체적 성질에 위배되며 Mott-Hubbard 모형으로 설명되어질수 있음이 보고되어졌다. 이러한 표면 위에 알칼리금속인 Na을 흡착시키면서 일함수의 변화와 Valence Band의 변화를 측정하였다. XPS를 이용하여 Na이 흡착되면서 발생되는 Si과 C의 내각준위의 변화를 측정하였다. 6-SiC(0001) {{{{ SQRT { 3} }}}}$\times${{{{ SQRT { 3} }}}} 과 3$\times$3 표면 구조 모델을 Na을 흡착한 6H-SiC(0001) {{{{ SQRT { 3} }}}}$\times${{{{ SQRT { 3} }}}} 과 3$\times$3 표면으로부터 측정한 UPS, XPS data들로부터 지금까지 제기되어 있는 각 재배열 구조 모형들을 비교 검토하였다.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this survey is the development on the neck pain for acupuncture and moxibustion clinical guideline. Methods : The survey questionnaire was developed by the committee of experts who major in acupuncture & moxibustion or statistics for acupuncture clinical trial protocol development. The questionnaires were distributed via e-mail to 75 members of Korean Acupuncture & moxibustion society. 57 members completed answers, and the computerized data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical program. Results and Conclusions : 1. The first selected pattern identification on the neck pain This study shows that the meridian pattern identification was selected 35 times(61.4%), the pattern identification based on cause of disease was selected 8 times(14.0%), the visceral pattern identification was selected 7 times(12.3%), the other pattern identification was selected 4 times(7.0%), Qi blood yin yang pattern identification was selected 2 times(3.5%), according to symptoms was selected 1 time(2.4%). 2. Meridian pattern identification Small intestine meridian of hand Taeyang was used 39 times(18.1%), Large intestine meridian of hand Yangmyeong and Bladder meridian of foot Taeyang was used 34 times(15.7%), Gall-bladder meridian of foot Soyang was 32 times(14.8%), Tripple energizer meridian of hand Soyang was used 31 times(14.4%), Governor meridian was used 30 times(13.9%), Lung meridian of hand Taeeum was used 8 times(3.7%), Heart meridian of hand Soeum and Pericarduim meridian of hand Gworeum was used 4 times(1.9%). 3. Pattern identification based on cause of disease Wind-Cold-Dampness was used 31 times(17.5%), Accumulation of the collateral by Phelgm-Dampness was used 16 times(14.0%), affection by exopathogen Wind-Cold(stiff neck, sprain of cervical) was used 13 times (11.4%), Defecient-Cold was used 10 times(8.8%), affection by exopathogen Wind-Dampness was used 9 times(7.9%), Deep Invasion by Wind-Cold was used 8 times(7.0%), Wind-Cold was used 7 times (6.1%), Wind-Cold was used 6 times(5.3%), Accumulation in the Center by Phelgm-Dampness, Imparement of bou fluid by Pathogenic Heat, Wind-Heat with Dampness was used 5 times(4.4%), affection by exopathogen Wind-Dampness and Accumulation of the collateral by Wind-Cold was used 4 times(3.5%), Invasion of Dampness-Heat was used 2 times(1.8%). 4. Visceral pattern identification Rising of the Liver yang was used 16 times(41%), Yin deficiency of Liver and Kidney+pathogens was used 15 times(38.5%), Yin deficiency of Liver and Kidney was used 8 times(20.5%) on this survey.

전남 해안지역의 해수, 개펄, 수족관내 어패류 및 주방환경에서 장염 패혈증균(Vibrio vulnificus)의 분리와 미생물학적 연구 (Microbiological Study and Isolation of the Vibrio vulnificus in the Sea Water, Sediment, Fish and Shellfish, Kithen Environment of Chunnam Coastal Area)

  • 장염 패혈증균으로 알려진 Vibrio vulnificus는 비교적 최근에 알려진 호염성균으로 이 균이 잠복된 어패류를 생식하면 사람에게 패혈증을 일으키며 높은 사망률을 나타내고 있다. 또한 이 균은 주로 해양환경에 서식하며 수온이 높은 하절기에 발생되고 있다. 본 실험에서는 전남 해안지역에서 해수, 개펄, 수족관내의 어패류와 주방환경의 시료원에서 장염 패혈증균의 분리율과 해수와 개펄의 이화학적인 성상과 일반 미생물 수, Vibrio균 수, Coloform 세균수의 분포를 조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 즉 조사된 총 314건의 시료원 중에서 37.9%의 Vibrio 균종의 분리율을 보였으며 V. vulnificus가 7.1%, V parahemolyticus가 9.6%, V. alginolyticus가 12.4%, V. sp.가 8.9%가 나타났다. 또한 V. vulnificus의 시료원별 분리율은 해수에서 33.3% 개펄에서 55.6%, 수족관내 어패류에서 1.7%, 주방환경에서 6.3%로서 개펄에서 가장 높은 분리율을 보였다. 각 지역별 V. vulnificus의 분리율은 대략3.6%에서 11.4%의 범위를 가지고 있었으며 무안, 해남에서 10% 이상의 높은 분리율을 보였다. 그러나 지역별의 분리율 차이는 크게 인정되지 않는 경향이었다. 어패류에 있어서 V. vulnificus의 분리율은 1.7%였으며 주방환경에서는 6.3%였다. 어종별에 따른 차이는 인정할 수가 없었고 행주와 도마에서 높은 분리율을 보였다. 전남 각 지역별의 해수의 이화학적 성상은 염도가 $13.3{\sim}24.8%$, pH는 $7.64{\sim}8.36$, COD는 $0.8{\sim}12.6ppm$, 총인은 $0.003{\sim}0.175ppm$, 총질소량이 $0.219{\sim}1.634ppm$의 범위를 가지고 있었다. 개펄의 이화학적 성상은 총 유기물량이 $2.12{\sim}8.26%$, COD량이 $0.539{\sim}1.562ppm$, 총인은 $0.012{\sim}0.203ppm$, 총질소량이 $0.244{\sim}1.738ppm$의 범위로 나타났다. 한편 해수의 총세균수는 $4.5{\times}10^3{\sim}3.5{\times}10^5\;CFU/ml$, Vibrio 균수는 $1.8{\times}10^2{\sim}4.6{\times}10^3\;CFU/ml$, Coliform 세균수는 $1.9{\times}10^1{\times}3.7{\times}10^2\;CFU/100ml$이었으며, 개펄의 총 세균수는 $4.8{\times}10^3{\sim}5.2{\times}10^5\;CFU/ml$, Vibrio 균수는 $1.9{\times}10^2{\sim}8.4{\times}10^4\;CFU/ml$, Coliform 세균수는 $7.2{\times}10^1{\sim}9.9{\times}10^2\;CFU/100ml$으로 나타났다.

  • All d-homogeneous $C^*$-algebras $T^d$ over $\prod^{s_4}S^4{\times}\prod^{s_2}S^2{\times}\prod^{s_3}S^3{\times}\prod^{s_1}S^1$ are constructed. It is shown that $T^d$ are strongly Morita equivalent to $C(\prod^{s_4}S^4{\times}\prod^{s_2}S^2{\times}\prod^{s_3}S^3{\times}\prod^{s_1}S^1)$.

  • The study presents an efficient design method of Venn Diagram that can be used when implementing the quality design of experiments based on generalizability theory. The paper examines four mixed and combined models that are designed by fixed factor, random factor, crossed factor and nested factor. The models considered in this research are $A^*{\times}B^*{\times}C$, (B: $A^*$)${\times}C$, $A{\times}B{\times}C$ and (B: A)${\times}C$.

Actinomycins에 의한 Adenosine Deaminase의 억제

  • Adenosine deaminase inhibitor was extracted from culture broth of Streptomyces sp. strain V-8 with ethylacetate. The ethylacetate extract showed the characteristic UV absorption spectrum of actinomycins at 440-450 nm. The ethylacetate extract was compared with respect to inhibitory behavior against adenosine deaminase from calf intestinal mucosa with actinomycin D, -C complex and actinomycin V. The Ki values for actnomycin D, -C complex, and actinomycin V against adenosine deaminase were determined to be 9.9 $\times$ 10$^{-6}$ M, 9.6 $\times$ 10$^{-6}$ M and 9.3 $\times$ 10$^{-6}$ M, respectively. The Ki value for the ethylacetate extract of culture broth against adenosine deaminase was determined to be 5.7 $\times$ 10$^{-6}$ M. The kinetic parameters of actinomycin D, -C complex, -V and ethylacetate extract of culture broth for adenosine deaminase were as follows:I$_{50}$ = 1.5 $\times$ 10$^{-5}$ M (actinomycin D), 2.7 $\times$ 10$^{-5}$ M (actinomycin C complex), 3.5 $\times$ 10$^{-5}$ M (actinomycin V), 8.9 $\times$ 10$^{-6}$ M (ethylacetate extract of culture broth). The adenosine deaminase was inhibited noncompetitively by ethylacetate extract of culture broth as well as by actinomycin D, -C complex and actinomycin V.

축산농가에서 목초액을 이용한 암모니아 가스의 제거 특성에 관한 연구 (Ammonia Removal Characteristics by Pyroligneous Liquid at Livestock Farmhouse)

  • This study was carried out to obtain the optimal ammonia removal efficiency using pyroligenous liquid for the economical and environment-friendly odor removal at a petty livestock farmhouse. The ammonia removal efficiencies were evaluated due to changing dilution rates(${\times}$10, ${\times}$20, ${\times}$30, ${\times}$50 and ${\times}$100 times) and different spray amounts(10$m\ell$ and 20$m\ell$) of pyroligenous liquid. The wet scrubber device was used to remove odor in closed-type livestock farmhouse. According to dilution rate of the pyroligenous liquid, the optimum rate was 20 times and the removal efficiency increased by decreasing dilution rates. In the case of spray amounts with the optimum dilution, the amount was 20 me and the removal efficiency increased by increasing spray amount. Also, the removal efficiency by using wet deodorizing device was 83.0-97.0% with 20 times diluted liquid.

Sn, In/Si(III)표면에서의 구조변화 및 이탈에너지에 대한 연구 (The change of Sn, In/Si(111) Surface structure and Investigation of desorption energy)

  • The change of surface structures for the deposition of Sn, In on clean Si(111) surface is investigated as a function of surface coverage by RHEED system. For tin submonolayer films $7{\times}7$, ${\sqrt{3}}{\times}{\sqrt{3}}$ structures are observed depending on the coverage and substrate temperature. For indium submonolayer films $7{\times}7$, ${\sqrt{3}}{\times}{\sqrt{3}}$, ${\sqrt{31}}{\times}{\sqrt{31}}$, $1{\times}1$ structures are observed. We find that at substrate temperature of $500^{\circ}C$, ${\sqrt{3}}{\times}{\sqrt{3}}$ structure is formed at tin coverages of 0.2~0.4 ML and at indium coverages of 0.1~0.3 ML, respectively. From the desorption process, the desorption energies of Sn, In in ${\sqrt{3}}{\times}{\sqrt{3}}$ structure is observed to he 3.25 eV, 2.66eV, respectively.
