The fire outbreaking origin of vehicle fire would be classified into two positions such as engine room and passenger room of vehicle. As a firewall is installed between engine room and passenger room, in case of engine fire, it could be assumed that it takes about 10 to 15 minutes for the fire to spread into passenger room There are two different vehicle engine layouts such as transversal and lateral layout, and the fire spreading process and resulting damage patterns on left and right side dash-panel are different depending on the engine layouts. In accordance, the first thing to do for correct and speedy finding of the fire origin place is considered to be an investigation into the dash-panel damage in case of engine room fire investigation.

In this article, this study examines the issue of "Physician-assisted Suicide" and how Ramon Sampedro asserts his right to a dignified death through litigation. Ramon, the protagonist of the movie <The Sea Inside> is a patient, severely paralyzed man who has spent more than 26 years in bed. The only thing he can do is verbally ask his family for help. Ramon can no longer support this worthless existence, so he pursues death with dignity. Ramon files a lawsuit to authorize death with dignity within a legal framework, but is denied on the grounds that life is a duty. Ramon eventually fulfills his desire for death with dignity with the help of his friends. Ramon sets up a camera to document the process of his death and introduces the cyanide, which is used in assisted dying, by inhaling cyanide in front of the camera and dying quietly. Although Ramon is not a terminally ill patient, who can blame him for practicing death with dignity as he chooses to do so. We will need to work to build social consensus and legislate for death with dignity for seriously ill patients like Ramon.

The author analyzed the psychological factors which affected on the way of Mrs. Park in the became a virtuous woman and compared these psychological factors with a virtuous women in Samganghaengsildo based on the relationship between Mrs. Park in and Samganghaengsildo's the virtuous women volume. First of all, it's about the power of authority on women. The volume of Samganghaengsildo's virtuous women was about the group of women who were recognized as virtuous women by the king who had absolute power at the time period. The volume of Samganghaengsildo's virtuous women was very well known for women. This book had a huge impact on women since the government authority educated the women using this book. In addition, the incredible events which were written in Samganghaengsildo indicated that the behavior of virtue was the right thing to follow since even super power recognized it as a good thing to do and the woman might be punished when she didn't follow the behavior of virtue. Second, it was based on the similarity of circumstance and uncertainty for the future. Mrs. Park in showed similar behavioral patterns with a virtuous woman in Samganghaengsildo since she took her role model from the virtuous woman. When Mrs. Park lost her husband, she was not sure about her future and the volume of Samganghaengsildo pointed out that there was another world after the death and she would meet her husband again after the death. In addition, the incorrect information that she would feel better psychologically when she followed her dead husband instead of living herself. Third, it is about the resemblance of obsessive mind and self internalization. The examination of the record of Mrs. Park showed that Mrs. Park tried to internalize integrity, loyalty, and virtue of virtuous women in Samganghaengsildo and became herself like virtuous women. In addition, the woman's obsessive mindset remarkly reflected in Samganghaengsildo. For instance, Mrs. Park in held to the time of death of her husband and the writer who wrote about the behavior of Mrs. Park also emphasized that the time of death of Mrs. Park was closed to the time of the death of her husband. This explained that the obsessive mindset of women in the epic of virtue women could have influence on the women's mind who tried to show the similar behavior with a virtue woman and internalize it. Finally, the people of the day also were not free from it.
So far I have reviewed the two controversial opinions of the North Korean and the South Korean linguists concerning the position of the Koguryeo language in the formation of Korean. Many South Korean scholars in favor of the Altaic Language Family Hypothesis argue that the ancient Korean language consisted of two different languages, one of which was the northern dialect including four languages such as the Koguryeo language (the largest one within the area), the Puyo language, the Okche language, the Yemaek language, and the other was the southern dialect, the largest language of which is the Shinla language. On the other hand, the linguists of North Korea claim that in Koguryeo and Shinla the same language was spoken and that modern Korean is formed based on the Koguryeo language. Before evaluating which of these claims is correct I would like to turn to the scarcity of the linguistic data of the Koguryeo language. Compared with the pragmatic methodology of the South Korean linguists in the studies on the Altaic affinity of Korean, the North Korean scholars need to present still more evidences in order to support their argument. In Chung (1993) I argued that studies on the genealogy of the Korean language or history had to be performed regardless of tile political purpose or for the purposes. We should admit the historical fact that there had been many tribal states in the Korean peninsula before the ancient Korean stage, those of which had been emerged to become three kingdoms. Those kingdoms were unified by Shinla, which was connected to Koryeo Dynasty. We cannot disregard the fact that the Korean language has been developed hand in hand with these historical process with those steps related with each age. The first thing we should do right now is to collect the remaining data of the Koguryeo language recorded in the old written materials, which have been found in North Korea as many as possible. Also, 1 hope that the linguists of South Korea achieve more academic success in the comparative studies of the Paekjae language, the Shinla language, and other adjacent Altaic languages.

Most clinical nurses mainly agree with the item. "Health care providers must always be honest to the patient and/or his/her family". However, most nurses disagree with the item, "When a patient is on the verge of death after an accident, it is justifiable to soothe his/her family by saying 'he/she is OK' instead of telling them the truth, in order to avoid a sudden shock befalling on them". Most clinical nurses mainly disagree with the items, "When a patient is on the verge of death after an accident, it is justiable to soothe his/her family by saying 'he/she is OK' instead of telling them the truth, in order to avoid a sudden shock befalling on them" and "It is justiable that various new ways of treatment should be applied to patient at his/her terminal stage to prolong his/her life, even for the purpose of research". There were significant differences in some items of ethical value according by clinical nurse's age and professional experience, current position, religion, education, marital status, continued education on ethics, and the experience of holing on life saving treatment. Conclusion: It is intensifying the notion of ethical underpinning for human rights, truthfulness is essential to a trust relationship under what circumstances. Also most clinical nurses agree with that It is essential to trust in the nurse-patient relationship, patients have the right to know and it is the ethical thing to do as health care provider.
The purpose of this study is to suggest a response and solution through Christian educational care to the crisis and change of the era of low birth rate faced by Korean society and the Korean church. This study proposes to find an alternative to the biblical aspect of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood as God's blessing for the demographic cliff and low birth rate problem that have become a reality in Korean society and churches. Being a parent in an age of low birth rate is very difficult, but on the other hand, it gives happiness and joy. Being a parent is a blessing from God, and is the most important and valuable thing in life. However, modern society emphasizes the right and necessity to choose one's own parenthood status. In the nuclear family, the decrease in the number of children, and the development of child research, parents feel more responsibility and economic burden for raising children than ever before. Therefore, it is a reality that the number of people who delay becoming parents or voluntarily do not have children is gradually increasing. To improve the perception of becoming a parent due to a decrease in responsibility for raising children, it is necessary to shed light on marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, and childrearing from a Christian educational point of view. In addition, it is necessary to understand the recognition of being a parent and the characteristics of childbirth and rearing, and to analyze past and present value changes. This study will also discuss the causes of low birthrate and try to provide Christian educational care for childcare including solving the low birthrate problem.
The purpose of this article is to elucidate Plotinus' concept of freedom. Particular attention is paid to two terms, 'what is self-determined' (to autexousion) and 'what is up to us' (to $eph^{\prime}h{\hat{e}}min$), which Plotinus employs in order to articulate the meaning of freedom. It is shown that freedom in Plotinus consists in the power of doing whatever one wills while willing the good. We first situate Plotinus' concept of freedom in the Socratic tradition. Next we investigate how Plotinus and Alexander of Aphrodisias conceptualize freedom in terms of self-determination in the context of criticizing determinism. It is shown that Alexander tries to secure the psychological grounds for human moral responsibility by introducing a causally undetermined power of choice between alternatives. In contrast, Plotinus is interested in psychological conditions that allow humans to do the right thing. For this purpose, he establishes the concept of will ($boul{\hat{e}}sis$) as the power of wanting and choosing the best. We then try to clarify his claim that free will cannot choose otherwise by appealing to his concept of divine freedom, which idealizes the power of doing one's best and being oneself at one's best. Finally, we discuss Plotinus' view of the limitations and possibilities of human freedom and indicate its practical implications. In conclusion we claim that Plotinus pleads for an active way of living which spreads inner freedom out into the world, rather than living in seclusion so as to protect an inner freedom which is pure.
This article focuses on Yeheon's consideration and solution for the hostile of social circumstances during the time of the Japanese invasions. Yeheon thought that the Chosun dynasty must have faced such disorder before the war happened. People including the king and his subjects did not live their life according to the righteous principle, and the state was not under control in a way that it should accomplish the Dao. Yeheon thought that the Japanese invasion, which is more like a flood or certain disasters, was not primarily responsible for the harshest of environments. Yeheon paid his attention to the fact that even after the Japanese invasions ended, people were still in disorder losing their mind-and-heart. People's mind-and-heart became that of animals because of starvation and disease. This is because the government made people trapped in a difficult situation by forcing them to prepare for military operations, rather than taking care of them. As a result, in Yeheon's view, the main cause of the social disorder was people's lack of mind-and-heart, which brought about their actions of brutality like those of animals. Although Yeheon himself did not form righteous armies, he instead suggested a right path to overcome and solve the social disorder by describing and analyzing in detail the reality of the war as well as the problems of policies. In particular, Yeheon studied the Zhou yi at the time because understanding the principle of fortune and misfortune, as well as the rise and fall of a state, could give a proper solution to the social turmoil of his times. In Yeheon's eyes, the most important thing to do in the time of people's losing mind-and-heart was to follow li and accomplish the Dao in their daily life. And this was what he, as a gentleman, should do. Yeheon thought that in spite of the harshest of environments, one can still preserve one's grace and dignity, which would overcome one's adversity. This gives us the following questions: should one put aside one's grace and dignity to overcome wartime perils? Or in so doing, one should face more severe time after a short period of peace and stability? These questions concern the relationship between one's morality and the state's responsibility, and what is the right way of doing one's duty to the state is the main philosophical subject in this article.

Today's sports, by themselves, express a wide variety of phenomena and reproduce or imply complex social symbols. The definition of sports being transformed in combination with ideology, which has become a central issue in each era, has become more diverse in recent years. Recently, with the 4th Industrial Revolution leading the social phenomenon, sports culture is producing a new phenomenon. In this era, we need the study in the question of how to understand and interpret sports culture is the right approach. The struggle for survival in each discipline was expressed as a reinterpretation of sports culture. This is to answer questions about how sports culture is consumed, spread and reinterpreted. The purpose of this study is to find out the direction and directing point of sports culture. Based on such problem recognition, five types of answers to what sports culture consumes were presented. Based on this, the fairness related to school sports, sports society-club(sports clubs), sports events, sports media, and sports was suggested as a medium for the spread of sports culture. We are accepting and transforming numerous scientific civilizations to improve sports culture and to promote consumers. However, there is a pity not to define such a thing. Efforts at a more fundamental level, such as cultural regulation and fundamental directions, need to be discussed. The framework of reinterpretation of sports culture should be constantly looking for directions and answers about what to do, not just the level of interpretation.
