Since the beginning of human society, there have always been struggles and competitions for survival and prosperity, terrorism is not a recent phenomenon, however in modern times it has progressed to reflect the advances in civilization and power structures. At the time of the 9.11 terrorist attacks in the U.S. A., a new world order was in the process of being established after the breakdown of the Cold War era. The attacks drove both the Western and the Islamic worlds into heightened fear of terrorism and war, which threatened the quality of life of the whole mankind. Through two war campaigns against the Islamic world, it seems the U.S. has been pushing its own militaristic security road map of the Greater Middle East democratic initiative, justifying it as a means to retaliate and eradicate the terrorist threats towards themselves. However, with its five-year lopsided victories that cost the nation almost four thousand military casualties, and the war expenses that could match the Vietnam war, the U.S. does not yet seem to be totally emancipated from the fears of terrorism. Terrorism, in itself, is a means of resisting forced rules a form of alternative competition by the weak against the strong, and a way of expressing a dismissive response against dictatorial ideas or orders which allow for no normal changes. Intrinsically, the nature of terrorism is a reaction opposing power logics. Confronted with the absolute military power of the U.S., the Islamic strategies of terrorism have begun to rapidly evolve into a new stage. The new strategies take advantage of their civilization and circumstances, they train and inspire their front-line fighters on the Internet, and issue their orders through the clandestine network of the Al Qaeda operatives. These spontaneously generated strategies have been gained speed among the second, and third Islamic generations, many of whom are now spread throughout western societies. This represents a failure of the power-driven, one-sided overseas security initiatives by the U.S., and is creating a culture of fear and distrust in western societies. It is feared that the U.S. war campaigns have made the clash of religions far worse than before, and may ever lead to global ethnic separations and large-scale population movements. Eventually, it may result in the terrorist groups, enlarged and secretly supported by the huge sums of oil money, driving all mankind into a series of irreparable catastrophes.

The text has always been an important recording channel for the development of human civilization. The delete text function is essential. The current method of deleting text is to "press" the delete button to complete the operation. It does not meet the user's need to delete large amounts of text. This article focuses on a new interactive approach to this problem. We consider problems and find solutions from the perspective of zero-order position control and first-order rate control. Through experimental design analysis and comparison, the new keyboard interaction method greatly improves efficiency and user experience. This article hopes to evaluate the usability of the new keyboard through usability studies.

The rapid development of mechanical civilization has brought us convenience in every aspects. But, on the other hands, it has also threatened us with the various industrial accidents. Such industrial accidents have given a big loss of many lives and property damage. People's awareness and concerns on the industrial accidents and safety have recently been increased. This study proposes a methodology to improve the safety education and training through the analysis of the recent industrial accidents. The research on workers' safety awareness and the status of safety education in industrial field was conducted in order to reduce the industrial accidents.

There were increased number of maxillofacial trauma in recent years accompanied by the change in the type and the severity of the injury thus it was necessary to set up new therapeutic concepts. Among many fixation methods, miniplate osteosynthesis, compression osteosynthesis, wire osteosynthesis and so forth were considered. In this paper we are reporting case of the multiple facial bone fracture, which mainly treated with miniplate osteosynthesis and the additionally used craniofacial suspension wire and transpaltal wire. It was concluded that miniplate osteosynthesis was useful in multiple facial bone fractures.

오늘날 건강은 생존하는 인간이 지녀야 할 기본권리로 인정되고 있으며 국민의 복지향상이 없는 경제발전은 국제사회에서도 신망을 얻지 못하는 시대에 이르렀다. 국민의 건강수준은 그 사회전체의 문명척도를 의미하는 것이기 때문에 세계도처에서 인간의 복지향상과 인권보존을 위해 여러가지 형태로 건강사업을 추진하고 있으며 건강관리를 수행하는데 있어서 중추적 역할을 담당하는 간호의 교육은 매우 중요하게 다루어지고 있다. 1903년, 외국 선교사에 의해 간호교육기관이 설립된 이후 사회 정치적 배경에 따라 교육제도상 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 대학과정은 1950년에 개설했으나 6.25동란으로 첫번 학사 간호원은 1959년에 배출되었으며 현재 14개 대학이 있어 대학원과정도 운영하고 있다. 3년제 간호교육은 간호교육이념에 따라 1962년부터 초급대학 수준으로 승격되었고 1970년에는 교육법령이 개정되면서 전문학교로 개칭하게 되었으며 1979년 부터는 전문대학으로 개편하여 입학수준을 대학입학예비고사 합격자로 수준을 높였다. 계속 교육제도에 있어서는 석사 및 박사과정 이외에 여러가지 전문분야의 연구과정 및 실무 수련과정이 마련되어 있다. 간호교육 이념정립과 제도 개선을 위해 학계에서는 꾸준한 연구를 지속하여 정책수립에 반영했다. 지금까지의 진료중심의 간호에서 지역사회 건강중심의 간호역할로의 전환기에 있음을 인식하여 바람직한 변화가 올 수 있도록 교육목표를 설정하는 일은 매우 중요하다고 본다. 전문기관에서는 양적, 질적 간호인력 수급계획을 마련해야 할 것이며 간호원의 사회 경제적 지위향상은 물론 간호원의 역할을 법적으로 규정하여 효율적인 인력활용을 위해 계속 연구하는 일은 매우 중요한 과제라고 생각한다. 앞으로의 간호교육은 첫째, 현직 간호원의 사회 경제적 지위를 향상하고 둘째, 적성에 맞는 학생을 선발하고 셋째, 유능한 교수를 확보하는 일이라고 본다.

농업ㆍ농촌이 우리에게 어떤 의미를 지니는가. 흔히 산업의 한 분야로 분류되지만, 문명과 함께 태동해 자연과 소통하며 이루어내는 인류의 끝없는 도전, 생명과 직결되는 분야기에 더 많은 관심을 요구한다면 지나친 편애일까. '농업ㆍ농촌이 무엇인가'라는 근본적인 질문을 던져보는 행사가 펼쳐져 농축산계의 관심이 모아지고 있다. 농촌진흥청은 오는 8월 30일 부터 9월 3일까지 5일간 청내에서 농업관련 기관과 단체 및 학계 등이 공동으로 참여하는 '한국농업 근현대화 100년 기념사업'을 개최한다. 특히 오랜 농민단체 생활을 통해 농정 관련 현장 경험이 풍브, 지난 2월 농축산계의 뜨거운 관심 속에 부임한 김인식 농촌진흥청장은 "이번 사업을 우리 농업과 농촌이 재도약할 수 있는 발판을 다지는 계기로 삼을 것"이라는 포부를 밝혔다. 김 청장은 경상대학교 축산학과를 졸업한 1992년부터 전국농민단체협의회 사무총장. 한국낙농육우협회 전무, WTO 국민연대 사무총장에 이어 정책실장실 농어촌 비서관 등을 역임, 효율적인 대외협상과 함께 농진청의 농업연구와 지도사업에 새로운 방향을 제시할 것으로 기대되고 있다. FTA, DDA협상 등 개방화의 물결 속에 농촌이 어느 때보다 어려움을 겪고 있는 시점에 피드저널 유동준 발행인 겸 편집인은 7월12일 농촌진흥청 청장실에서 김 청장을 만나 '한국농업 근현대화 100년 기념사업 추진 방향과 농어축산업 발전'을 주제로 대담을 나눴다.

과학문명의 발전으로 인간은 점차 보다 윤택한 싫을 영위하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 지구의 유한한 자원, 특히 화석연료만으로는 폭발적으로 늘어가는 에너지의 소비는 인류의 안락함을 보장해 줄 수 없게 되었다. 이에 따라 인간의 삶에 비한다면 무한한 태양에너지를 효율적으로 활용하는 것은 무엇보다 중요한 일이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재 활용되고 있는 무기 태양전지는 30%에 못 미치는 에너지 변환 효율은 아직 미래의 에너지로 활용하기 위해서 많은 연구와 개발이 필요한 분야이다. 또한 무기재료를 이용한 광기전소자는 비싼 가격으로 인하여 대중적으로 이용하기에는 어려움이 뒤따르고 있다. 하지만 유기재료를 소재로 이용한 광기전소자는 상대적으로 저렴한 가격과 유연한 소자의 제작에 유리한 점 때문에 많은 연구자들의 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 연구에서는 광기전소자의 개발에 널리 활용되는 ZnPc를 이용하여 주파수 응답 특성을 살펴봄으로써 재료가 가지고 있는 전기적인 특성을 살펴보았다.

Italian industrial design influences strong impression worldwidely by their identity of free style, unique and artistic character, and get a very important status in aspect of the history of design and economy. Also, italy has many common feature with Korea in the geographic back- ground, character of history, culture, and nationality that is well-oriented by emotion, and it seems to be formed a valuable study. This study is based on the book 'Italian Design Through Generations' by kazuko Sato and tried to examine the character of Italian design by searching history, exam- ples, representative designers and enterprises of Italy, and to draw some lesson from it for establishiment identity of Korean design by reflecting to the origin character of Korea. Also, this study aims to inspect change of the civilization paradigm which is entering new aspect, and to suggest an ablity of our origin character and direction of the development.

21세기를 접하면서 산업전자 분야의 비약적인 발전과 함께 과학문명은 눈부시게 발전해 나아가고 있다. 이것의 원천은 바로 전기(Electric)이다. 우리는 풍요로운 삶 자체를 전기 공급에서 누리고 있으며 또 비극적인 사태를 맞이할 때도 있다. 즉, 전기기기를 이용하면 원하건 원치 않건 전자기파가 발생이 된다 이것이 자연현상이며 전자기파는 IT, BT, CT를 비롯하여 산업 전체에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 일반적으로 우리가 말하는 전자기파 장해의 기본 요소는 노이즈원(잡음원), 경로매체, 피해장치 등으로 구성되는 데 잡음원(Noise Source)은 각종 시스템에서 구성되고 있는 전자기 에너지의 발생원으로 볼 수 있으며 이 발생원에서 경로매체(금속:전도성, 대기중:전파성 등)를 통하여 피해장치(전기전자통신기기류)에 방해를 주고 있는 상태를 전자기파 장해라고 설명할 수 있다. 전자기파 잡음원에서 경로를 거쳐 전자기파에 대하여 피해장치가 안정된 상태로 동작하도록 규정하는 용어 즉, 전자파 양립성 또는 적합성 (EMC : Electro Magnetic Compatibility))이란 용어를 가지고 전기 전자 통신기기에서 발생되는 불필요한 전자파와 전자파 내성시험을 만족하도록 의무화하고 있다. EMC 는 EMI (불요 전자파 또는 전자파 간섭 : Electro Magnetic Interference) + EMS (전자파 내성 : Electro Magnetic Susceptibility) 2가지 시험을 함께 전자파 적합성 (EMC) 시험으로 표현되고 있다. 전자파 적합성 시험의 목적으로 EMl는 전도성 또는 전파성에 대한 주파수 대역(잡음)을 보호하기 위한 것이 목적이고 EMS는 프로세서가 내장된 기기류의 오동작을 방지하기 위하여 감응평가를 하는 것이다. 즉, 감응(Susceptibility)이란 어떤 장비나 시스템이 전자기파 장해에 쉽게 영향을 받는 것을 뜻하는 데 전자파 장해를 견디면서 본래의 기능을 충분하게 발휘하며 동작할 수 있는 능력을 말한다.

The esthetics of 'grotesque' and its entertaining values have many things in common with the characteristics and properties of animation as a medium of expression. The ways to express grotesque images in animation have expanded its realm of expression with the development of modern image digitalization technologies. The grotesque images that were expressed by the combination of photographs and animations and objet animations have been developing its disharmony in a more realistic manner with full 3D animation technology and realistic motions of virtual characters with motion capture. The subject matter also has become more diverse with the advance of modern scientific civilization. An example is the appearance of Cyborg(cybernetic+organism) characters and the grotesque images in the modern times mainly start to appear in animations dealing with the isolation of human beings among its characteristics. Also, the changes of the expression methods of grotesque images along with the development of visual technology development in the future will transform its methodological forms by changing its expression methods to VR forms and interactive visuals. Thus it is expected that the grotesque images and characteristics will change into a visual genre which emphasizes dehumanization.
