  • We study the existence and uniqueness of fixed point for isotone mappings of any number of arguments under Mizoguchi-Takahashi contraction on a complete metric space endowed with a partial order. As an application of our result we study the existence and uniqueness of the solution to integral equation. The results we obtain generalize, extend and unify several very recent related results in the literature.

  • In this paper, the Schur convexity is generalized to Schur $f$-convexity, which contains the Schur geometrical convexity, harmonic convexity and so on. When $f$ : ${\mathbb{R}}_+{\rightarrow}{\mathbb{R}}$ is defined as $f(x)=(x^m-1)/m$ if $m{\neq}0$ and $f(x)$ = ln $x$ if $m=0$, the necessary and sufficient conditions for $f$-convexity (is called Schur $m$-power convexity) of Gini means are given, which generalize and unify certain known results.

  • There have been several papers to illustrate how an information system is used in an automated warehouse system. These papers, however. do not carefully address the role of warehouse planning/control systems nor do they recognize how to integrate the management planning/control systems, and automated warehouse system. This article addresses such issues and shows how a business computer system can be used to integrate and unify the warehouse planning/control systems and the automated warehouse system into it single and highly productive operating system.

  • In this paper, we introduce and analyze a new class of generalized mixed equilibrium-like problems. By using the auxiliary principle technique, we suggest three iterative algorithms for the generalized mixed equilibrium-like problem. Under certain conditions, we establish the convergence of the iterative algorithms. Our results extend, improve and unify several known results in this field.

  • Given an $m{\in}\mathbb{N}$ and two vector spaces V and W, a function f : $V^m{\rightarrow}W$ is called multi-Jensen if it satisfies Jensen's equation in each variable separately. In this paper we unify these m Jensen equations to obtain a single functional equation for f and prove its stability in the sense of Hyers-Ulam, using the so-called direct method.

  • In a uniformly convex Banach space, we introduce a iterative scheme for a finite family of asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings and utilize a new inequality to prove several convergence results for the iterative sequence. The results generalize and unify many important known results of relevant scholars.

  • In this paper we introduce the notion of the generalized Darbo fixed point theorem and prove some fixed and coupled fixed point theorems in Banach space via the measure of non-compactness, which generalize the result of Aghajani et al. [6]. Our results generalize, extend, and unify several well-known comparable results in the literature. One of the applications of our main result is to prove the existence of solutions for the system of integral equations.

  • We establish maximal moment inequalities of partial sums under ${\psi}$-weak dependence, which has been proposed by Doukhan and Louhichi [P. Doukhan and S. Louhichi, A new weak dependence condition and application to moment inequality, Stochastic Process. Appl. 84 (1999), 313-342], to unify weak dependence such as mixing, association, Gaussian sequences and Bernoulli shifts. As an application of maximal moment inequalities, a functional central limit theorem is developed for linear processes with ${\psi}$-weakly dependent innovations.

  • The literature has recorded many models dealing with manpower forecasting and planning. The approaches used by the various authors are clearly disparate. This paper presents a taxonomy for manpower planning and forecasting methodologies and classifies the landmark developments in this field. The taxonomical schema is then applied to unify the models in consideration of the methods and the decision factors used for forecasting and/or planning. The taxonomy allows for the most complex model structure containing all the factors considered germane in the existing literature.
