In this paper, we introduce the (4k-1)-diagonal algebra $Alg{\iota}(\array{4k-1\\\infty}\)$ and investigate the necessary and sufficient condition that isomorphisms of $Alg{\iota}(\array{4k-1\\\infty}\)$ are quasi-spatial.
