앤더슨 모형을 적용한 일부 성인의 치과 의료이용 행태에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Dental Service Utilization of Adult: An Application of the Andersen Model)

  • 본 연구는 수도권 일부지역의 성인을 대상으로 치과 의료이용에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 수행하였다. 앤더슨 모형을 기반으로 하는 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2013년 5월 7일부터 6월 20일까지 실시하였으며 SPSS 통계 Package version 20.0을 사용하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 대상자의 51.7%는 여성이며, 남성은 48.3%이다. 연령은 만 18세 이상 29세 미만 31.2%, 30대 31.1%, 40대 24.5%, 50세 이상 64세까지는 13%이다. 지난 1년간 치과 의료이용을 한 응답은 57.5%이다. 치과 의료이용에 영향을 미치는 특성으로 연령(p<0.001), 지역(p=0.005), 흡연유무(p<0.001), 구강보조용품사용(p<0.001), 건강신념 중 유익성(p=0.004), 자기효능감(p<0.001), 장애성(p=0.028)으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 치과 의료이용여부를 위계적 방법으로 분석한 결과 모델 1, 2에서는 구강보조용품 사용중 치실, 전동칫솔, 치간칫솔 사용이 유의하였으며, 모델3에서는 구강보조용품중 치실, 전동칫솔, 치간칫솔과 더불어 건강신념 중 자기효능감과 장애성이 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 따라서 소인성 요인의 구강보조용품 사용과 필요 요인의 건강신념 자기효능감과 장애성이 치과의료에 영향을 미치므로, 이에 따른 구강 보건교육의 중요성을 강조하며, 치과 의료 이용의 접근성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 고려해야 할 것이다.

IRI 모델을 이용한 저궤도 전리층 지연값 배율 결정 (Determination of Ionospheric Delay Scale Factor for Low Earth Orbit using the International Reference Ionosphere Model)

  • 지상기반 전리층모델로 계산한 전리층 지연값을 저궤도에서의 전리층 지연값으로 변환하기 위해서는 전리층 변환 배율 적용해야 하는데, 이러한 배율을 IRI 전리층모델을 사용하여 결정하는 기법을 제안하였다. IGS 전리층모델에 전리층 배율을 적용하여 계산한 전리층 지연값을 NASA GRACE 위성의 관측값과 비교하였다. 약 480 km 고도에서 2004년 평균 배율은 0.25이며, 표준편차는 0.01이다. 전리층 배율은 주간에 비해 야간에 상대적으로 증가하며, 계절적으로는 봄, 가을에 높은 값을 가진다. IGS모델에 전리층배율을 결합해서 추정한 저궤도 전리층 지연값 추정 오차 평균은 3.50 TECU이다.

남녀 대학생들의 방사선 인식 정도에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Radiation Awareness of University Students Gender in Chungbuk Area)

  • This study was conducted to provide fundamental data on the awareness of radiation, specifically the differences between general awareness, psychological state and harmful effects. Data was collected from 334 University students in the Chungbuk region through a self-administered questionnaire. According to the results of the reliability and factor analysis, the awareness of radiation was 2.80, with a Cronbach alpha coefficient of 0.815 and KMO of 0.798. Factor analysis extracted three components of the awareness of radiation, which we named general awareness (factor 1), psychological state (factor 2), and harmful effect (factor 3). There were significant differences in the general awareness of natural radiation and radiation-containing foods (p<0.05), whereas no significant differences were found in the general awareness of radiation food supply (p>0.05). Also, the psychological state showed a significant difference in exposure inspection, future exposure, and radiation-containing food (p<0.05), whereas no significant differences were found in the refusal of radiation inspection (p>0.05). The harmful effects showed a significant difference in the rejection of radiation (p<0.05), but no significant differences in the cancer and genetic effects, diseases and physical harmfulness (p>0.05). A significant positive result (p<0.05) was found for the psychological state according to the harmful effects of radiation. Based on this study, detailed and continuous education must be accomplished by increasing the awareness of radiation and the acceptance level, conveying a proper understanding of radiation and assisting subjects with receiving the information they desire through various educational mediums.

  • The Lie algebra analogue of Schur's result which is proved by Moneyhun in 1994, states that if L is a Lie algebra such that dimL/Z(L) = n, then $dimL_{(2)}={\frac{1}{2}}n(n-1)-s$ for some non-negative integer s. In the present paper, we determine the structure of central factor (for s = 0) and the factor Lie algebra $L/Z_2(L)$ (for all $s{\geq}0$) of a finite dimensional nilpotent Lie algebra L, with n-dimensional central factor. Furthermore, by using the concept of n-isoclinism, we discuss an upper bound for the dimension of $L/Z_n(L)$ in terms of $dimL_{(n+1)}$, when the factor Lie algebra $L/Z_n(L)$ is finitely generated and $n{\geq}1$.

음성 진단 지표와 보중익기탕 적응증과의 상관성 연구 (Correlation between Vocal Indicators and Buzhongyiqi-Tang Questionnaire)

  • Purpose : To find out correlation between the Vocal indicators and the 'Buzhongyiqi-Tang questionnaire'. Method : The 'Buzhongyiqi-Tang questionnaire' is given to 83 healthy adults and collected their voice /a/ /e/ /i/ /o/ /u/. Analyze mean values of each factors of the Vocal indicators and the 'Buzhongyiqi-Tang questionnaire'. Conclusions : R square values of /i/ sound in factor 1 and factor 3 of 'Buzhongyiqi-Tang questionnaire' are noticeably high. The value of vocal diagnosis index F0, Fundamental Frequency, in Factor 1 and factor 3 of 'Buzhongyiqi-Tang questionnaire' are considerable. The research has shown conclusively that there is a link between The value of vocal diagnosis index F0 and Factor 3, lung deficiency factor, of 'Buzhongyiqi-Tang questionnaire'.

Notes on the biomass expansion factors of Quercus mongolica and Quercus variabilis forests in Korea

  • Biomass expansion factors, which convert timber volume (or dry weight) to biomass, are used for estimating the forest biomass and accounting for the carbon budget at a regional or national scale. We estimated the biomass conversion and expansion factors (BCEF), biomass expansion factors (BEF), root to shoot ratio (R), and ecosystem biomass expansion factor (EBEF) for Quercus mongolica Fisch. and Quercus variabilis Bl. forests based on publications in Korea. The mean BCEF, BEF, and R for Q. mongolica was 1.0383 Mg/$m^3$ (N = 27; standard deviation [SD], 0.5515), 1.3572 (N = 27; SD, 0.1355), and 0.2017 (N = 32; SD, 0.0447), respectively. The mean BCEF, BEF, and R for Q. variabilis was 0.7164 Mg/$m^3$ (N = 17; SD, 0.3232), 1.2464 (N = 17; SD, 0.0823), and 0.1660 (N = 8; SD, 0.0632), respectively. The mean EBEF, as a simple method for estimating the ground vegetation biomass, was 1.0216 (N = 7; SD, 0.0232) for Q. mongolica forest ecosystems, and 1.0496 (N = 8; SD, 0.0725) for Q. variabilis forest ecosystems. The biomass expansion factor values in this study may be better estimates of forest biomass in Q. mongolica or Q. variabilis forests of Korea compared with the default values given by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

와동의 형태가 상아질과 복합레진 사이의 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향 (THE INFLUENCE OF CAVITY CONFIGURATION ON THE MICROTENSILE BOND STRENGTH BETWEEN COMPOSITE RESIN AND DENTIN)

  • 이 실험의 목적은 동일한 깊이의 상아질에서 제 6세대의 self-etching system을 사용하여 C-factor가 상아질과 복합레진 사이의 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 건전한 대구치 80개를 선정하여 와동의 바닥면적은 각각 $16mm^2$로 동일하게 하고 깊이를 조절하여 C-factor가 각각 0.25, 2, 3, 4인 4개의 군으로 나누었다. 각 군별로 총 20개의 치아를 할당하였으며 접착제와 복합레진의 조합에 따라 다시 4개의 소군에 치아 5개씩을 배정하였다 상아질 접착제는 AQ Bond Plus 또는 Xeno III를 사용하였고, 복합레진은 fantasists 또는 Ceram-X mono를 사용하였다. 제조사의 지시대로 상아질 접착제를 도포한 후 60초간 광중합하였다. 24시간 동안증류수에 보관후 단면적이 $1.0{\times}1.0mm^2$인 복합레진-상아질 beam을 형성하여 1mm/min의 속도로 미세 인장결합강도를 측정하였다. One-way ANOVA와 Tukey test, 그리고 Pearson correlation test로 통계 처리하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. XenoIII와 Ceram-X mono군에서는 C-factor가 증가할수록 미세 인장결합강도가 유의하게 감소했으나 (p<0.05), 나머지 재료군에서 C-factor군간에 미세 인장결합강도의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 2. C-factor 3군에서는 Ad Bond Plus와 Fantasista군이 Xeno III와 Ceram-X mono군에 비해 높은 결합력을 보였으나 (p<0.05), C-factor 0.25군, 2군, 4군에서 4가지 접착제와 수복 레진의 조합 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3. Fantasista군에서 C-factor와 미세 인장결합강도 사이에 일정한 상관관계를 발견할 수 없었고, Ceram-X mono군에서 C-factor가 증가할수록 미세 인장결합강도가 감소하는 경향을 보였다 (p<0.05). 이번 연구의 결과로 상아질의 깊이가 동일하고 6세대의 self-etching system을 사용하여 복합레진을 충전하는 경우 와동의 C-factor가 수복물의 미세 인장결합강도에 크게 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

Effects of γ-aminobutyric acid-enriched fermented sea tangle (Laminaria japonica) on brain derived neurotrophic factor-related muscle growth and lipolysis in middle aged women

  • This study evaluated the effects of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA)-enriched fermented sea tangle (GFST), as a functional food, on brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)-related muscle growth and lipolysis, in a sarcopenic obesity high-risk group. Twenty-one middle-aged women (53-63 y) participated in this randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study. Participants ingested either 1,000 mg of GFST (n = 10) or a sucrose placebo (CON) (n = 11) everyday, for 8 weeks. Subjects were asked to abstain from any regular exercise. Fasting venous blood samples, body composition and muscular strength were measured before and after supplementation period. Collectively, we demonstrated that GFST significantly decreased total fat mass and triglyceride in body composition, as well as significantly increasing serum BDNF (p < 0.001), angiotensin converting enzyme (p < 0.001), human growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 levels (p < 0.05 and p < 0.05, respectively) accompanied by increased total lean mass (p < 0.01). Furthermore, the reported improvements in total work, knee extension and flexion at 60° s−1 (p < 0.05), and peak torque normalized to body weight of knee flexion at 60° s−1 (p < 0.05), support an ergogenic effect of GABA associated with increased growth factor levels. The use of GFST, as a functional food ingredient, to elicit anti-obesity effects and stimulate the release of muscle-related growth factors with increasing serum BDNF levels may provide a protective intervention for age-related degeneration such as sarcopenic obesity.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the priority order in the factors influencing college choice of students who are majoring in culinary art in Chungcheong-do. For the study, we set the decision-making factors of upper hierarchies and nineteen bottom hierarchies based on the literature review and employed the analytical hierarchical process(AHP). As a result, the first considering factor among 4 upper hierarchies for college choice was the educational environments of the department(0.378). The next came in the order named as follows: college and university grade(0.263), the educational environments of colleges or universities(0.244), recommendation(0.115). The first considering factor among the educational environments of the department was the aptitude for the major(0.323). The first considering factor in college and university grade was the entrance competitive rate(0.397). The first considering factors among the educational environments of the colleges or universities were scholarships and tuition fees(0.325). The first considering factor in recommendation was the recommendation of a high school teacher(0.295). This results of this study will contribute to the development of colleges and universities under the turbulent changes of educational environments.

임상간호사의 업무수행 평정도구개발 (Development of a Task Performance Evaluation Instrument for Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument of task performance evaluation for clinical nurses, thus testing the validity and the reliability of the scale. Method: Data was collected from 84 Head Nurses and 255 General Nurses. A conceptual framework, composed of 4 factors of meaning in task performance evaluation, was identified through review of the relevant literature. A total of 78 items were developed and were used on a five-point likert scale. Through factor analysis, items whose factor loading was below 0.50 were deleted, thus 35 items remained. To test the validity and reliability of the instrument, the SPSS 11.0 windows program was used. Result: The results of the factor analysis indicated that 4 factors were classified and the cumulative percent of variance was 67.54%. The results of the reliability test indicated that Cronbach's coefficient of the total 35 items was over 0.9176. The results of the factor analysis indicated that factor loadings of all items was over 0.50. Conclusively, the validity and the reliability of the scale were proven. Conclusion: This study was identified as a tool with a high degree of reliability and validity.
