Effect of extracellular calcium in vitellogenin (VTG) production in response to estradiol-17 $\beta$ $(E_2,\;2\times10^{-6}M)$ was examined in primary hepatocyte culture of rainbow trout, Onchorhynchus mykiss. Total calcium in estrogenized sera significantly increased, compared with the control, while diffusible calcium was insignificant. However, diffusible calcium in the incubation medium with $E_2$ was significantly reduced, compared with the control. The uptake of extracellular calcium by cultured hepatocytes signifIcantly increased 90 min after $E_2$ addition. Moreover, the accumulation of intracellular calcium increased in the cultures with $E_2$, regardless of the calcium concentrations in the incubation media. In addition, $E_2-primed $ VTG production was significantly decreased by withdrawal of E_2$ from the incubation medium. Moreover, VTG production by $E_2-primed$ hepatocytes was reduced by removing calcium from the incubation medium with or without $E_2$. These results suggest that the entry of extracellular calcium into the cytoplasm is an important step for VTG production in primary hepatocyte cultures in rainbow trout.

This study conducted an empirical analysis through the Kaplan-Meier method, which is mainly used for clinical experiment analysis, on the survival rate and the survival duration of small and medium-sized enterprises using B2B e-commerce guarantee provided by credit guarantee institutions for activating B2B e-commerce transactions. The variables presented in this study are analyzed by the subdivision of the survival characteristics of enterprises using B2B e-commerce guaranteee by year, enterprises attribute, representative attribute, and guarantee use amount based on the variables tested through previous studies. According to the empirical analysis, SMEs using B2B e-commerce guarantees have a higher survival rate compared to general enterprises Simply by year and have a variety of survival characteristics, and most of the variables have a significant effect except for some variables. The implication of this study is that the researches conducted on enterprises participating in B2B e-commerce for a long period of time to support the establishment of stable business environment of SMEs and the results of empirical analysis on the survival characteristics are useful information to the stakeholders of B2B e-commerce And it can contribute to enhance the survival rate of related enterprises.

Polarographic behavior of cadmium(II) and copper (II) complexes of 1,5-diphenylcarbohydrazide in dimethylsulfoxide have been investigated by the DC polarography. The reduction processes are estimated as follows; Cd(II)${\cdot}$DPH Complex$\frac{e^-}{(E_{\frac{1}{2}}=-0.12V)}$${\to}$Cd(I)${\cdot}$DPH Complex. Cd(I)${\cdot}$DPH Complex$\frac{e^-}{(E_{\frac{1}{2}}=-0.74V)}$${\to}$Cd(Hg) + nDPH. Cu(II)${\cdot}$DPH Complex$\frac{e^-}{(E_{\frac{1}{2}}=-0.44V)}$${\to}$Cu(I)${\cdot}$DPH Complex. Cu(I)${\cdot}$DPH Complex$\frac{e^-}{(E_{\frac{1}{2}}=-0.84V)}$${\to}$Cu(Hg) + nDPH. The limiting currents of all reduction wave are irreversible. The number of ligand and the dissociation constant for Cu(I)${\cdot}$1.5-diphenylcarbohydrazide complex were found to be 2 and 5.12 ${\times}10^{-8}$, respectively. All reduction waves of complexes are irreversible. Based on the experimental results, the polarographic reductions of complexes in dimethylsulfoxide solution occurred in two one-electron steps.

Recently, the evolution of V2X (Vehicle to Everything) technology is accelerating. In particular, it can be seen that C-V2X (Cellular V2X) technology and services combined with mobile telecommunication network are developing rapidly. However, in Korea, e-Call and emergency communication services are inferior to the developed communication technologies and the proportion of vehicles arriving at Golden Hour is considerably low. Therefore, this paper designed the communication architecture with C-V2X and Android operating systems, and presented ways to improve existing e-Call services using V2N (Vehicle to Nomadic Device) communication based on it.

In the present paper we study the Cauchy problem in a Banach space E for an abstract nonlinear differential equation of form $$\frac{d^2u}{dt^2}=-A{\frac{du}{dt}}+B(t)u+f(t, W)$$ where W=($A_1$(t)u, A_2(t)u)..., A_{\nu}(t)u), A_{i}(t),\;i=1,2,...{\nu}$,(B(t), t{\in}I$=[0, b]) are families of closed operators defined on dense sets in E into E, f is a given abstract nonlinear function on $I{\times}E^{\nu}$ into E and -A is a closed linar operator defined on dense set in e into E which generates a semi-group. Further the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the considered Cauchy problem is studied for a wide class of the families ($A_{i}$(t), i =1.2...${\nu}$), (B(t), $t{\in}I$) An application and some properties are also given for the theory of partial diferential equations.

The new paradigm called the web 2.0 recently appeared in the web environment. We pay attention to the positive effects which may be brought about by application of the web 2.0 to e-learning; we think that it can improve problem solving skills of learners and reinforce their creativity. But until now, e-learning model, which understood the web 2.0 concept completely, has been never developed. In this context, we propose the web 2.0-based e-learning platform which induces all the courses for education such as the selection of topic, preparation of lecture schedule and contents, teaching and learning, to be decided by participants. We believe that this platform can replace or supplement the e-learning of web 1.0 age, and realize the positive effects.

The purpose of this study is to empirically Investigate the critical success factors affecting the participation of B2B e-marketplace from a perspective of buyers and sellers. The research model presented in this study suggests that the success of B2B e-marketplace depends on the degree of participation of buyers and sellers. It is hypothesized that the participation of buyers and sellers is related with several contextual factors. The contextual factors included: (a) industry and market factor; (b) Internal environment factor; (c) product factor; (d) Inter-organizational factor; and (e) B2B e-marketplace system and strategy factor. An analysis of data from 31 buyer firms and 31 seller firms reveals that those five factors have a significant effect on the participation and success of B2B e-marketplace. The implications of the study are discussed and further research directions are proposed.

This paper is empirical study on the trust factors affecting the repurchase intentions in a B2B e-Marketplace by survey instrument based on Likert-style 5 point measurement scale. The objective of this paper is evaluation of relationship between repurchase intentions and trust. The focus of this paper is the antecedents and consequences of buyer trust in a B2B e-Marketplace, not trust intermediaries or in third parties that might mediate between the buyer and e-Marketplace. The findings of this study are expected to increase the awareness of B2B e-Commerce adopter and implementers about the importance of trust in e-commerce participation.

Effects of Estradiol-$17\beta(E_2)$ and 2, 4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (2, 4-D) on vitellogenin(VTG) production were investigated in primary hepatocyte culture of olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus. Highest survival rate of hepatocyte were observed at $27^{\circ}C$, which markedly declined equal to 50% of those of $15^{\circ}C$. Vitellogenin production peaked at the concentration of $10^{-6}M\;E_2$. No effect was observed on VTG production at various concentrations of 2, 4-D. However, a low concentration of 2, 4-D (ie, $10^{-8}M$) only appeared increased VTG production. $E_2$ or $10^{-8}M$ 2, 4-D-primed VTG production was markedly inhibited by the addition of $10^{-6}M$ tamoxifen to the culture medium(P<0.01). Inhibition was not affected by combinational treatment with $10^{-6}M$ $E_2$ and $10^{-6}M$ 2, 4-D. These results from the current investigation suggest that 2, 4-D mimics $E_2$, but the mechanism of reaction in inducing the $E_2$ receptor are different in VTG production in oliver flounder hepatocytes.

Male adults of bean bug, Riptortus clavatus Thunberg (Heteroptera: Alydidae), release aggregation pheromone (AP) which consists of (E)-2-hexenyl (Z)-3-hexenoate (E2HZ3H), (E)-2-hexenyl (E)-2-hexenoate (E2HE2H), and tetradecyl isobutyrate (TI). Variation in the pheromonal secretion were checked by the factors of age, mating status, seasons, body weight and time in a day. There were no significant differences in the amounts of AP secretion by mating, body weight, and time in a day. Higher amount of AP was detected from older males than younger ones. The amount of AP detected was higher in the males collected from April to September than in those collected during October. No AP was detected in the males of November and December. These phenomena in the AP secretion were discussed in relation to food exploitation and reproductive diapause of the bean bug.
