MOD법을 이용 제조한 Bi3.25Nd0.75Ti3O12 강유전 박막의 열처리 온도에 따른 전기적 특성 (Electrical Characteristics of Bi3.25Nd0.75Ti3O12 Ferroelectric Thin Films Prepared by MOD Process Depending on Annealing Temperatures)

  • Ferroelectric B $i_4$$_{-x}$N $d_{x}$ $Ti_3$ $O_{12}$ (BNdT) thin films with the composition(x=0.75) were prepared on Pt/Ti/ $SiO_2$(100) substrate by metal-organic deposition. The films were annealed by various temperatures from 550 to $650^{\circ}C$ and then the electrical and structural characteristics of BNdT films were investigated for the application of FRAM. Electrical properties such as dielectric constant, 2Pr and capacitance were quite dependent on the thermal heat treatment. The measured 2Pr value on the BNdT capacitor annealed at $650^{\circ}C$ was 56$\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at an applied voltage of 5V. In fatigue characteristics value remained constant up to 8$\times$10$^{10}$ read/write switching cycles at a frequency of 1Mhz regardless of annealing temperatures.

  • This study has been carried out to investigate the cause symptom and treatment of wind-coughing ( 風嗽 ) by referring to 38 literatures. The results were obtained as follows; 1. The factors causing wind-coughing ( 風嗽 ) is wind-air. The 1st factors are mistaking of transport lung-air ( 肺氣不宣 ) and cleaning lung (肺失淸肅). 2. The symptom of wind-coughing ( 風嗽 ) is as follows. Bi Saek Sung Jung ( 鼻塞聲重 ), Gu Gun Hu Yang ( 口乾喉痒 ), A Mi Kung I Hae ( 語未竟而咳 ), Maek Bu ( 脈浮 ), Jeang Han Jang Yul ( 憎寒壯熱 ), Ja Han OU Pung ( 自汗惡風 ), Bun Jo ( 煩躁 ), Bi Ryu Chung Chae ( 鼻流淸?), Ya Jung 11 Jyung ( 夜重日輕 ). 3. The treatment-method of wind-coughing ( 風嗽 ) is as follow. Bal San Bul Ga Ha ( 發散 不可下 ), So Pung San Han ( 疏風散寒 ), Chung Yul ( 淸熱 ), Sun Pae Ji Hae ( 宣肺止咳 ). 4. The treatment-herbs of wind-coughing ( 風嗽 ) is as follow. Kwan Dong Hwa San ( 款冬花散 ), Gun Bi Cho San ( 金沸草散 ), Sam Yo Tang ( 三拗湯 ), Ji Hae San ( 止嗽散 ), Hang So San ( 杏蘇散), Sang Kuk Yeam ( 桑菊飮).

In Vitro Assessment on Biological Activities of Methanol Extracts from Several Compositae Edible Plants

  • Phytotoxicity, antioxidant activity, and cytotoxicity of the aqueous or methanol extracts from the young sprouts of the six Compositae medicinal plants were determined. Aqueous leachates at 40g dry tissue $L^{-1}$ (g $L^{-1}$) Cirsium japonicum and Aster yomena showed the highest inhibitory effect on alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.). Total phenolic content showed the highest amount in methanol extracts from Ixeris dentata, and followed by A. yomena, and Cephalonoplos segetum. Methanol extracts of C. segetum and I. dentata at 25${\mu}g$ m$L^{-1}$ exhibited the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity by 87.2, and 52.8%, respectively. By means of HPLC analysis, MeOH extracts of C. segetum had the highest amount of antioxidant chlorogenic acid. Based on MTT assay, the methanol extracts from Y. sonchifolia ($IC_{50}$ = 65.7${\mu}g$ $mL^{-1}$) showed the highest cytotoxicity against Calu-6. These results suggest that plant extracts had a dose-dependent biological potentials including phytotoxicity, antioxidant activity, and anticancer activity, and that their activities exhibited differently depending on plant species.

  • The glass-electroceramics were composed of glass composition(CaO, $SiO_2$, $B_2$ $O_3$) and electroceramic composition(BaO, N $d_2$ $O_3$, B $i_2$ $O_3$ and Ti $O_2$) Their dielectric properties have been investigated as a function of sintering temperature and glass contents. In the ceramics composed of 0.16BaO-0.15(N $d_{0.87}$,B $i_{0.13}$)$_2$ $O_3$-0.69Ti $O_2$with glass [EG-2782] 3wt% addition and sintered at 108$0^{\circ}C$ for 2h, we could obtain microwave properties of dielectric constant $\varepsilon$$_{r}$ = 80.1, quality factor Q $\times$f = 810(at 3.5 GHz) and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency $\tau$$_{f}$ = -1.3 [ppm/$^{\circ}C$]. These experimental results show that dielectric constant and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency could be estimated by empirical equations involving the rule of mixture.e.

열전발전소자 제작 및 발전특성 분석 (Fabrication of Thermoelectric Module and Analysis of its Power Generation Characteristics)

  • 본 연구에서는 산업현장에서 미활용되는 열에너지를 회수하여 유용한 전기에너지로 변환하기 위한 Bi2Te3 계열 열전소자를 제작하고 에너지회수 성능 및 물성을 도출하였다. 성능시험을 위하여 카트리지 히터 가열 방식의 가열블록과 냉매가 흐르는 냉각블록으로 구성된 전용 실험장치를 구성하였으며, 가열블록과 냉각블록에는 3×3 배열의 열전대를 장착하여 소자 양 면 온도와 열전달율을 도출하였다. 최소 온도차 27K부터 최대 온도차 172.2K까지 총 9가지의 온도차에 대해 실험을 수행하여 V-I curve와 P-R curve를 도출하였고 성능에 주요한 영향을 미치는 제벡계수 등 변수 7가지에 대하여 온도차에 대한 함수로 결과를 제시하였다. 최대 발전양 7.5W와 변환효율 11.3%의 결과로부터 개발된 열전소자의 열에너지 회수 성능의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • The notion of rough sets was introduced by Z. Pawlak in the year 1982. The notion of a $\Gamma$-semigroup was introduced by M. K. Sen in the year 1981. In 2003, Y. B. Jun studied the roughness of sub$\Gamma$-semigroups, ideals and bi-ideals in i-semigroups. In this paper, we study rough prime ideals and rough fuzzy prime ideals in $\Gamma$-semigroups.

  • 열전재료 분말을 AI관에 진공봉입하고 형틀가입한 후 소결하는 새로운 방법으로 n형 B $i_{2}$T $e_{2.4}$S $e_{0.6}$를 제조하여 소결조건에 따른 소결성과 열전특성을 조사.분석하였다. AI은 소결시 열전재료와 반응하지 않아 보호 용기로 적합하였으며, 평균입도 195$\mu\textrm{m}$의 분말을 사용하여 성형압 280 MPa, 온도 400에서 50$0^{\circ}C$에서 소결할 경우 성능지수는 1.9x $10^{-3}$K였다.다.

DeepAct: A Deep Neural Network Model for Activity Detection in Untrimmed Videos

  • We propose a novel deep neural network model for detecting human activities in untrimmed videos. The process of human activity detection in a video involves two steps: a step to extract features that are effective in recognizing human activities in a long untrimmed video, followed by a step to detect human activities from those extracted features. To extract the rich features from video segments that could express unique patterns for each activity, we employ two different convolutional neural network models, C3D and I-ResNet. For detecting human activities from the sequence of extracted feature vectors, we use BLSTM, a bi-directional recurrent neural network model. By conducting experiments with ActivityNet 200, a large-scale benchmark dataset, we show the high performance of the proposed DeepAct model.

고온초전도 전력케이블용 1000A급 multistrand conductor의 제조 및 특성분석 (Fabrication and the transportation properties of 1000A class multistrand conductor for HTS power cable)

  • For the fabrication of HTS power cable, multifilamentary Bi-2223/Ag tapes have been prepared using the powder-in-tube (PIT) process. After final heat treatment, these tapes have $I_{c}$ value of 43A, and$ J_{c}$ value of $28,000A/\textrm{cm}^2$(77K, 0T). Prototype 1000A class multistrand conductor(length~1m) was fabricated using these tapes(length~300m). This multistrand conductor was impregnated with low-temperature epoxy. The transportation properties of prototype 1000A class multistrand conductor has been evaluated at 77K, and yielding a current capacity up to 1200A.A.A.

  • Capacitors among the embedded passive components are most widely studied because they are the major components in terms of size and number and hard to embed compared with resistors and inductors due to the more complicated structure. To fabricate a capacitor-embedded PCB for in-line process, it is essential to adopt a low temperature process (<$200^{\circ}C$). However, high dielectric materials such as ferroelectrics show a low permittivity and a high dielectric loss when they are processed at low temperatures. To solve these contradicting problems, we studied BMN materials as a candidate for dielectric capacitors. processed at PCB-compatible temperatures. The morphologies of BMN thin films were investigated by AFM and SEM equipment. The electric properties (C-F, I-V) of Pt/BMN/Cu/polymer were evaluated using an impedance analysis (HP 4194A) and semiconductor parameter analyzer (HP4156A). $Bi_2Mg_{2/3}Nb_{4/3}O_7$(BMN) thin films deposited on copper clad laminate substrates by sputtering system as a function of Ar/$O_2$ flow rate at room temperature showed smooth surface morphologies having root mean square roughness of approximately 5.0 nm. 200-nm-thick films deposited at RT exhibit a dielectric constant of 40, a capacitance density of approximately $150\;nF/cm^2$, and breakdown voltage above 6 V. The crystallinity of the BMN thin films was studied by TEM and XRD. BMN thin film capacitors are expected to be promising candidates as embedded capacitors for printed circuit board (PCB).
