딸기의 엽병조직(葉柄組織)에서 BA와 2, 4-D가 Shoot 및 Root의 분화(分化)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of BA and 2, 4-D on Shoot and Root Formation from Petiole Segments of Strawberry Plant in In Vitro Culture)

  • 딸기의 엽병(葉柄)을 하단부(下端部)와 상단부(上端部)로 구분(區分)하여 MS배지(培地)에 사용(使用)하였고, 여기에 $BA \;2mg/{\ell}$, 2, 4-D $0.02mg/{\ell}$를 단착(單獨) 복합처리(複合處理)하였다. Shoot의 분화(分化)는 이식체(移植體)의 위치(位置)에 따라 차이(差異)를 나타냈다. shoot의 분화(分化)는 상단부(上端部)에서는 거의 보이지 않았고, $BA\;2mg/{\ell}$구(區) 및 $BA\;2mg/{\ell}+2,4-D$ $0.02mg/{\ell}$구(區)에서 하단부이식체(下端部移植體)의 55%이상의 이식체(移植體)에서 분화(分化)가 일어났다. 그러나 두 처리 간에는 별차이가 보이기 않았으나, BA는 뿌리의 분화(分化)에는 억제적인 효과를 보였다. 2,4-D $0.02mg/{\ell}$처리는 shoot의 분화(分化)에는 효과가 없었지만 뿌리의 분화(分化)에는 촉진적 효과가 있었고 아울러 상단부(上端部)의 이식체(移植體)에서 보다 하단부(下端部) 이식체(移植體)에서 뿌리의 분화(分化)가 좋았다.

Ba2Mg(PO4)2:Eu 형광체의 합성과 자외선 여기하의 발광특성 (Preparation of Ba2Mg(PO4)2:Eu Phosphors and Their Photoluminescence Properties Under UV Excitation)

  • For possible applications as luminescent materials for white-light emission using UV-LEDs, $Ba_2Mg(PO_4)_2:Eu^{2+}$ phosphors were prepared by a solid state reaction. The photoluminescence properties of the phosphor were investigated under ultraviolet ray (UV) excitation. The prepared phosphor powders were characterized to from a single phase of a monoclinic crystalline structure by a powder X-ray diffraction analysis. In the photoluminescence spectra, the $Ba_2Mg(PO_4)_2:Eu^{2+}$ phosphor showed an intense emission band centered at the 584 nm wavelength due to the f-d transition of the $Eu^{2+}$ activator. The optimum concentration of $Eu^{2+}$ activator in the $Ba_2Mg(PO_4)_2$ host, indicating the maximum emission intensity under the excitation of a 395 nm wavelength, was 5 at%. In addition, it was confirmed that the $Eu^{2+}$ ions are substituted at both $Ba^{2+}$ sites in the $Ba_2Mg(PO_4)_2$ crystal. On the other hand, the critical distance of energy transfer between $Eu^{2+}$ ions in the $Ba_2Mg(PO_4)_2$ host was evaluated to be approximately 19.3 A. With increasing temperature, the emission intensity of the $Ba_2Mg(PO_4)_2$:Eu phosphor was considerably decreased and the central wavelength of the emission peak was shifted toward a short wavelength.

다단 침전법에 의한 구형 BaMgAl10O17:Eu 형광체의 제조 및 특성 (Preparation and Properties of Spherical BaMgAl10O17:Eu Phosphor by Multi-step Precipitation Method)

  • A spherical $BaMgAl_{10}$ $O_{17}$ :Eu phosphor has been synthesized by a multi-step precipitation route. In order to successfully synthesize the phosphor with spherical shape, the hydrated-alumina particles should be controlled for spherical shape. In this process, the hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) was used as a dispersing reagent. This reagent plays an important role in that the particles were controlled to have the uniform size of sub-micron. The final product prepared by the multi-step precipitation method maintained spherical shape with uniform size of 0.4$\mu\textrm{m}$. It can be seen in X-ray diffraction patterns, formation of the single phase of $BaMgAl_{10}$ $O_{17}$ :Eu phosphor prepared by the multi-step precipitation method at $1350^{\circ}C$. Also, the emission spectra of spherical $BaMgAl_{O}$ $10_{17}$ :Eu phosphor in the present case was compared with those of commercially-available blue phosphor under VUV (Vacuum Ultra Violet) excitation. The luminescence process of the $BaMgAl_{10}$ $O_{17}$ :Eu phosphor is characterized by the $4f^{6}$$5d^1$longrightarrow4f$^{7}$ transition (blue) of the $Eu^{2+}$ ion acting as an activating center and the maximum luminescence intensity was obtained by reduction treatment at 145$0^{\circ}C$.

  • The microwave dielectric properties of The Dielectric Properties of $Ba_{1-x}$A$_{x}$(Mg$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_3$ (A = Sr, Ca, x = 0, 0.2 ,0.4 ,0.6, 0.8, 1.0) were investigated. In composition of $Ba_{1-x}$A$_{x}$(Mg$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O, densities are decreased with increasing x values. Grain sizes are decreased with Sr content and Increased with Ca content. The hexagonally ordered superstructure was observed in $Ba_{1-x}$Sr$_{x}$(Mg$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_3$(BSMN) systems, the intensity of superlattice increased with x value. In $Ba_{1-x}$Cr$_{x}$(Mg$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_3$(BSMN) systems, the additional diffraction patterns were shown. The highest value of $\varepsilon$$_{r}$ was shown in x=0.2 of BCMN systems and the value was 41.9. The highest Q$\times$f was shown in x=0.2 of BSMN systems and the value was 68,000. $\tau$$_{f}$ were shown 0 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ near x=0.8.TEX> near x=0.8.0.8.

전남지역 약수의 미네랄 특성 (Mineral Characteristics of Spring Water in Chonam)

  • 전남지역 약수의 수질특성을 파악하고자 오랫동안 음용되어온 전남 도내 47개 약수터를 대상으로 약수 중에 함유되어 있는 성분 중 가장 함유량이 많은 미네랄 성분을 분석하였으며 아울러 건강하고 맛있는 물에 대한 지표를 설정하기 위한 기본자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 17종의 미네랄 성분을 분석한 결과, 최대분포율을 보이는 주요 미네랄 성분의 평균농도(mg/L)는 Ca 3.9, K 0.78, Na 7.4, Mg 0.7, Si 9.4, Ba 0.004, Ni 0.007, F 0.16, Cl 4.9, $SO_4$ 1.5, Fe 0.001, Zn 0.002이었으며 항목별 상관성 분석결과 Na, K, Ca, Mg, $SO_4$, Cl, Ba, Ni은 통계적으로 유의한 상관성(p<0.05)을 보였다. 건강한 물의 지표인 K index와 맛있는 물의 지표인 O index를 적용한 결과 도내 약수의 98%는 건강에 도움이 되거나 맛있는 물로 확인되었고 이 중 건강에 유익하고 맛있는 그룹에 속하는 약수의 K와 O index값은 각각 6.3과 5.2로 나타났다.

Microwave Dielectric Properties of (Ba1-xNax)(Mg0.5-2xY2xW0.5-xTax)O3 Ceramics

  • The phase evolution, microstructure, and microwave dielectric properties of (Ba1-xNax)(Mg0.5-2xY2xW0.5-xTax)O3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.05) ceramics were investigated. All compositions exhibited a 1:1 ordered perovskite structure. As the value of x increased, the dielectric constant (εr) exhibited a tendency to increase slightly. The quality factor reached the maximum value at x = 0.01. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) increased from -19.32 ppm/℃ to -5.64 ppm/℃ in the positive direction as x increased. The dielectric constant (εr), quality factor (Q × f0), and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of the composition x = 0.05, i.e., (Ba0.95Na0.05)(Mg0.4Y0.1W0.45Ta0.05)O3 were 19.9, 128,553 GHz, and -5.6 ppm/℃, respectively.

  • The microwave dielectric properties of (1-x)Ba(Mg$_{1}$3/Ta$_{2}$3/)O$_3$-xBa(Co$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3)O$_3$(x=0.25~0.5) ceramics depending on the Ba(Co$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_3$[BCN] contents and the possibility of application as a microwave dielectric resonator were investigated. The specimens were prepared by he conventional mixed oxide method using there sintering temperature of 1575$^{\circ}C$. It was found that Ba(Mg$_{1}$3/Ta$_{2}$3/)O$_3$[BMT] and BCN formed a solid solution with complex perovskite structure. As the mole fraction of BCN increased, dielectric constant increased while temperature coefficient of resonant frequency decreased. The highest value of quality factor, Qxf$_{0}$=138,205GHz, obtained in the sample of 0.9BMT-0.1BCN ceramics. In the range of x$\geq$0.4, the dielectric constant was about 30. The 0.55BMT-0.45BCN ceramics showed excellent microwave dielectric properties with $\varepsilon$$_{r}$=30.84, Qxf$_{0}$=75,325GHz and $\tau$$_{f}$=2.9015ppm/$^{\circ}C$.EX>.EX>.

  • SrWO4가 첨가된 (Sr1-xBax)(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3의 마이크로파 유전특성에 관하여 조사하였다. 관찰된 조성영역에서 Sr(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3과 Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3은 (Sr1-xBax)(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3고용체를 형성하고 SrWO4의 첨가는 고용체의 소결성을 향상시켜 소결온도 155$0^{\circ}C$에서 상대밀도 97% 이상을 얻었다. 소결한 시편의 EDS분석결과, SrWO4의 첨가량이 많은 시편에서 2차상이 존재하는 것을 알수 있었다. 순수한 Sr(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3에 SrWO4를 0.01 mole첨가하여 1550~1$600^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 시편의 유전특성은 $\varepsilon$r 30, Q$\times$fo$\geq$55000,$ au$f -23 ppm/$^{\circ}C$이었다. 0.01 mole SrWO4가 첨가된 (Sr1-xBax)(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 고용체의 유전율과 온도계숙가 x에 따라 점차적으로 계속 증가하였고 Q$\times$fo는 x$\leq$0.25에서 x에 따라 감소하고 x$\geq$0.3에서 다시 증가하였다. (Sr0.65Ba0.35)(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3+0.01SrWO4의 조성을 갖는 시편에서 $\varepsilon$r 34.4, Q$\times$fo$\geq$55000,$\tau$f 0 ppm/$^{\circ}C$이었다.

Scattering법을 이용한 BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+ 청색형광체의 구조와 발광특성 연구 (A Study of the Structure and Luminescence Properly of BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+ Blue Phosphor using Scattering Method)

  • A phosphor for Plasma Display Panel, BaMgAl$_{10}$ O$_{17}$ :Eu$^{2+}$, showing a blue emission band at about 450nm was prepared by a solid-state reaction using BaCO$_3$, $Al_2$O$_3$, MgO, Eu$_2$O$_3$ as starting materials wish flux AlF$_3$. The study of the behaviour of Eu in BAM phosphor was carried out by the photoluminescence spectra and the Rietveld method with X-ray and neutron powder diffraction data to refine the structural parameters such as lattice constants, the valence state of Eu, the preferential site of Mg atom and the site fraction of each atom. The phenomenon of the concentration quenching was abound 2.25~2.3wt% of Eu due to a decrease in the critical distance for energy transfer of inter-atomic Eu. Through the combined Rietveld refinement, R-factor, R$_{wp}$, was 8.11%, and the occupancy of Eu and Mg was 0.0882 and 0.526 at critical concentration. The critical distance of Eu$^{2+}$ in BAM was 18.8$\AA$ at 2.25% Eu of the concentration quenching. Furthermore, c/a ratio was decreased to 3.0wt% and no more change was observed over that concentration. The maximum entropy electron density was found that the modeling of $\beta$-alumina structure in BaMgAl$_{10}$ O$_{17}$ :Eu$^{2+}$correct coincided showing Ba, Eu, O atoms of z= 1/4 mirror plane.e.ane.e.
