Mo-Hf-C계 합금의 열처리에 따른 미세조직 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Microstructures by Heat-treatment in Mo-Hf-C Alloys)

  • 플라즈마 아크 용해에 의해 0.31-1.14at%Hf과 0.08-1.00at%C의 조성을 갖는 Mo시편을 제조하여, 열처리에 따른 미세조직 변화를 광학현미경, AES(Auger Electron Spectroscopy)및 투과전자현미경(TEM)으로 조사하였다. 산소함량이 약 830ppm인 초기분말을 압분체로 성형하여 용해한 결과, 산소함량 약 40-130ppm의 시편으로 제조할 수 있었으며, 이때 Hf및 C의 첨가량이 증가할수록 시편의 결정립은 미세화되었다. Mo-1.14at% Hf-1.00at % C 조성의 시편을 열처리한 결과 130$0^{\circ}C$에서 결정립내의 편상의 ${\beta}$-Mo 탄화물(molybdenum carbide)이 열역학적으로 더욱 안정한 $\alpha$-Mo 탄화물로 변태되기 시작하고, 1400-150$0^{\circ}C$온도 구간에서는 급내에 의해 고용되어 있던 Hf과 C이 반응하여 미량의 Hf탄화물이 석출되었으며, 150$0^{\circ}C$에서는 결정립계에 Hf 탄화물이 편석되었다. 1500-170$0^{\circ}C$에서는 결정립계에 편석된 Hf탄화물이 분해되고 열역학적으로 더욱 안정한 Hf 산화물(Hafnium oxide)이 석출되었으며, 결정립내에도 미세한 Hf 산화물이 석출되었다.

인간 말초혈액 단핵구 유래 수지상세포의 면역반응에 미치는 Gefitinib의 영향 (The Effect of Gefitinib on Immune Response of Human Peripheral Blood Monocyte-Derived Dendritic Cells)

  • Background: Synergistic antitumor effects of the combined chemoimmunotherapy based on dendritic cells have been reported recently. The aim of this study is to search new applicability of gefitinib into the combination treatment through the confirmation of gefitinib effects on the monocyte derived dendritic cells (moDCs); most potent antigen presenting cell (APC). Methods: Immature and mature monocyte-derived dendritic cell (im, mMoDC)s were generated from peripheral blood monocyte (PBMC) in Opti-MEM culture medium supplemented with IL-4, GM-CSF and cocktail, consisting of TNF-${\alpha}$ (10 ng/mL), IL-$1{\beta}$ (10 ng/mL), IL-6 (1,000 U/mL) and $PGE_2$ ($1{\mu}/mL$). Various concentrations of gefitinib also added on day 6 to see the influence on immature and mature MoDCs. Immunophenotyping of DCs under the gefitinib was performed by using monoclonal antibodies (CD14, CD80, CD83, CD86, HLA-ABC, HLA-DR). Supernatant IL-12 production and apoptosis of DCs was evaluated. And MLR assay with $[^3H]$-thymidine uptake assay was done. Results: Expression of CD83, MHC I were decreased in mMoDCs and MHC I was decreased in imMoDCs under gefitinib. IL-12 production from mMoDCs was decreased under $10{\mu}M$ of gefitinib sinificantly. Differences of T cell proliferation capacity were not observed in each concentration of geftinib. Conclusion: In spite of decreased expressions of some dendritic cell surface molecules and IL-12 production under $10{\mu}M$ of gefitinib, significant negative influences of gefitinib in antigen presenting capacity and T cell stimulation were not observed.

삼기음(三氣飮)이 흰쥐의 Monosodium Iodoacetate 유발 골관절염에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Samgi-eum(Sānqì-yǐn) Treatment on the Monosodium Iodoacetate-induced Osteoarthritis in Rats)

  • Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Samgi-eum($S{\bar{a}}nq{\grave{i}}-y{\check{i}}n$) on the monosodium iodoacetate-induced osteoarthritis in rats. Methods : Osteoarthritis was induced by injection of monosodium iodoacetate intraarticularly in both knee joints. Arthritic rats were divided into control and treated group. Control group were taken distilled water for 20days. Treated group were taken extracts of Samgi-eum($S{\bar{a}}nq{\grave{i}}-y{\check{i}}n$) by orally for the same duration. Normal group were injected normal saline and taken distilled water. Body weights were measured at 0, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th day after injection. At the end of the experiment, gross and histopathological examination on the articular cartilages of the knee joints were performed. Proteoglycan contents of articular cartilages were analyzed by safranine O staining method. The contents of $TNF-{\alpha}$, $IL-1{\beta}$ and IL-6 in synovial fluids were analyzed by ELISA method. Results : 1. Body weights of the treated group were significantly increased compared with control at 20days after injection. 2. Grossly, the severity of osteoarthritis in the treated group were alleviated compared with control. 3. Histopathologically, degenerative and necrotic lesion of articular cartilages in the treated group were alleviated compared with those of the control and histopathological scores of treated group were significantly decreased compared with control. 4. PG contents in articular cartilages of the treated group were significantly increased compared with control. 5. $TNF-{\alpha}$ contents in synovial fluids of the treated group were significantly decreased compared with control. Conclusions : According to above results, Samgi-eum($S{\bar{a}}nq{\grave{i}}-y{\check{i}}n$) has anti-arthritic effects on the monosodium iodoacetate-induced osteoarthritis in rats. And it is related with reduced secretion of $TNF-{\alpha}$ from osteoarthritic chondrocytes and synovial membranes.

SPS 소결에 의한 $SiC-ZrB_2$ 도전성 세라믹 복합체 특성 (Properties of $SiC-ZrB_2$ Electroconductive Ceramic Composites by Spark Plasma Sintering)

  • The composites were fabricated by adding 0, 15, 20, 25[vol.%] Zirconium Diboride(hereafter, $ZrB_2$) powders as a second phase to Silicon Carbide(hereafter, SiC) matrix. The physical, mechanical and electrical properties of electroconductive SiC ceramic composites by Spark Plasma Sintering(hereafter, SPS) were examined. Reactions between ${\beta}-SiC$ and $ZrB_2$ were not observed in the XRD analysis. The relative density of mono SiC, SiC+15[vol.%]$ZrB_2$, SiC+20[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ and SiC+25[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ composites are 90.93[%], 74.62[%], 74.99[%] and 72.61[%], respectively. The XRD phase analysis of the electroconductive SiC ceramic composites reveals high of SiC and $ZrB_2$ and low of $ZrO_2$ phase. The lowest flexural strength, 108.79[MPa], shown in SiC+15[vol.%] $ZrB_2$ composite and the highest - 220.15[MPa] - in SiC+20[vol.%] $ZrB_2$composite at room temperature. The trend of the mechanical properties of the electroconductive SiC ceramic composites moves in accord with that of the relative density. The electrical resistivities of mono SiC, SiC+15[vol.%]$ZrB_2$, SiC+20[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ and SiC+25[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ composites are 4.57${\times}10^{-1}$, 2.13${\times}10^{-1}$, 1.53${\times}10^{-1}$ and 6.37${\times}10^{-2}$[${\Omega}$ cm] at room temperature, respectively. The electrical resistivity of mono SiC, SiC+15[vol.%]$ZrB_2$. SiC+20[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ and SiC+25[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ are Negative Temperature Coefficient Resistance(hereafter, NTCR) in temperature ranges from 25[$^{\circ}C$] to 100[$^{\circ}C$]. The declination of V-I characteristics of SiC+20[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ composite is 3.72${\times}10^{-1}$. It is convinced that SiC+20[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ composite by SPS can be applied for heater or electrode above 1000[$^{\circ}C$]

고체분산체로부터 비페닐디메칠디카르복실레이트의 용출 및 투과 증전 (Enhanced Dissolution and Permeation of Biphenyl Dimethyl Dicarboxylate Using Solid Dispersions)

  • Solid dispersions were prepared to increase the dissolution rate of biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate (DDB) using water-soluble carriers such as povidone, copolyvidone, $2-hydroxypropyl-{\beta}-cyclodextrin (HPCD)$, sodium salicylate or sodium benzoate by solvent evaporation method. Solid dispersions were characterized by infrared spectrometry, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and powder X-ray diffractometry, dissolution and permeation studies. DDB tablets (7.5 mg) were prepared by compressing the powder mixtures composed of solid dispersions, lactose, com starch, crospovidone and magnesium stearate using a single-punch press. DDB capsules (7.5 mg) were also prepared by filling the mixtures in empty hard gelatin capsules (size No.1). From the DSC and powder x-ray diffractometric studies, it was found that DDB was amorphous in the HPCD or copolyvidone solid dispersions. Dissolution rates after 10 min of DDB alone and solid dispersions (1 : 10) in sodium benzoate, sodium salicylate and copolyvidone were 11.8, 23.5, 22.8 and 82.5%, respectively. Dissolution rates of DDB after 30 min from 1 : 10 and 1 : 20 copolyvidone solid dispersions were 80.5 and 95.0%, respectively. For the DDB tablets prepared using solid dispersions (1 : 20), the initial dissolution rate was dependent on carrier material, and was ranked in order, $Kollidon\;30\;{\ll}$ copolyvidone < HPCD. For the HPCD solid dispersion tablets, dissolution rate reached 97.4% after 15 min, but thereafter slowly decreased to 80.7% after 2 hr due to the precipitation of DDB. However, in the case of copolyvidone solid dispersion tablets, dissolution increased linearly and reached 93.4% after 2 hr. Reducing the volume of test medium from 900 to 300 ml markedly decreased the dissolution rate of the tablets containing 1 : 20 HPCD solid dispersions and 1 : 10 copolyvidone solid dispersion. For 1 : 20 copolyvidone solid dispersion tablets, there was no significant change in dissolution rate up to 1 hr with different volumes of test medium. Preparation of the copolyvidone solid dispersion (1 : 20) in capsules markedly delayed the dissolution (31.2 % after 2hr) due to the limited diffusion within capsules. The permeation rate $(13.4\;g/cm^2\;after\;8\;hr)$ of DDB through rabbit duodenal mucosa from copolyvidone solid dispersion (1 : 10) was markedly enhanced, when compared with drug alone or physical mixtures. From overall findings, DDB formulations containing copolyvidone solid dispersions (1 : 20) could be used to remarkably improve the dissolution rate in dosage form of powders and tablets.

바난 정(세프포독심 프록세틸 100mg)에 대한 포독스 정의 생물학적 동등성 (Bioequivalence of Podox Tablet to Banan Tablet (Cefpodoxime Proxetil 100 mg))

  • Bioequivalence study of two cefpodoxime preparations, the test drug ($Banan^{\circledR}$: Hanil Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference drug ($Podox^{\circledR}$: Chong Kun Dang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), was conducted according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Sixteen healthy male volunteers, $23.8{\pm}2.13$ years old and $63.34{\pm}4.84kg$ of body weight in average, were divided randomly into two groups and administered the drug orally at the dose of 200 mg as cefpodoxime proxetil in a $2{\times}2$ crossover study. Plasma concentrations of cefpodoxime were analysed by HPLC method for 12 hr after administration. The $AUC_{0-12hr}$ was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. The $C_{max}$, and $T_{max}$ were compiled directly from the plasma drug concentration-time data. Student's t-test indicated no significant differences between the formulations in these parameters. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that there were no differences in AUC, $C_{max}$, and $T_{max}$ between the formulations. The apparent differences between the formulations were far less than 20% (e.g., 4.31, 1.99 and 4.30% for AUC, $C_{max}$, and $T_{max}$, respectively). Minimum detectable differences (%) between the formulations at ${\alpha}=\;0.05$ and $1-{\beta}=\;0.8$ were less than 20% (e.g., 13.89, 13.88, and 16.97% for AUC, $C_{max}$, and $T_{max}$, respectively). The 90% confidence intervals for these parameters were also within ${\times}20%$ (e.g., $-5,58{\sim}14.20$, $-7.89{\sim}11.88$, and $-7.78{\sim}16.38%$ for AUC, $C_{max}$, and $T_{max}$, respectively). These results satisfied the bioequivalence criteria of KFDA guidelines, indicating that the two formulations of cefpodoxime were bioequivalent.

이완 유도 향으로 발생된 생리적 효과 (Physiological effect induced by relaxation aroma)

  • Aromatherapy는 향을 이용하여 생리적 및 심리적 효과를 나타내는 치료법이다. 향의 종류에 따라 여러 효과들이 나타나고 있는데 본 연구에서는 이완 유도향 제품을 개발하기 위해 자율신경계로부터의 신호인 Galvanic skin resistance(GSR), 피부온도, 심박수 등과 뇌파에서의 변화를 측정하여 이완의 정도를 측정하고자 하였다. 실험방법은 4 종류의 aromatherapy용으로 조제된 복합향(#2033, #2026, #11, #13)을 이용하고 피검자는 후각기능이 정상이며 물리적 및 심리적 stress가 없고, 음주, 담배를 3일전까지 경험이 없는 군을 택하였다. 향을 주는 시간은 1분으로 하였으며 순서에 의한 효과를 없애기 위해 4 종류를 random order에 의해 실시하였다. 대조군으로는 증류수를 이용하여 실험 전, 실험 중, 실험 후에서 각각 측정하였으며 또한 각성효과가 좋은 jasmine과 이완 효과를 보이는 lavender를 같은 protocol로 시행하여 이완의 효과를 비교하였다. 뇌파는 FFT분석에 따라 각 주파수 영역 즉 beta, alpha, theta, delta로 나누어 분석하였다. Jasmine과 lavender의 이완 효과에서는 GSR의 변화와 HRV의 변화를 보고한 바 있다(백,1998). 또한 심리불안 효과와 향 이미지 검사를 동시에 시행하여 주관적지표로 삼았다. 실험 결과에서는 이러한 4 종류의 향은 모두 GSR의 현저한 감소 효과를 보였으며, 심박수와 피부온도의 감소경향을 나타내었다. 자율신경계 반응에 따라 4 종류 향의 이완 효과의 순서를 결정할 수 있었다. 주관적 검사와의 상관관계도 잘 나타났으며 이미지는 이완 정도와 섬세하다 항목이 잘 반영되었다. 뇌파의 변화에서는 의미 있는 변화는 보이지 않았다. 결론적으로 relaxation 효과는 GSR를 비롯한 자율신경계지표에서 잘 반영되었다.^2$=.792가 되었다. 설명되는 누적분산값은 67.18%였다.주관적 평가의 결과와 객관적 평가 결과를 이용해 마직물의 태를 평가하는 산출식을 제시하였다. 태 평가치의 경우 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법과 stepwise 방법, 또 Kawabatark 사용한 순차적 군 회귀법의 세가지 방법의 회귀식 중 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법의 결정계수가 가장 높았다.tosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea. 한국 여성 유방암 경험자의 식사섭취실태 (Dietary Intake Status among Korean Female Breast Cancer Survivors)

  • Objectives: We aimed to evaluate dietary intake among female breast cancer survivors in a cross-sectional study. Methods: A total of 127 women who had breast cancer surgery at least 6 months before baseline were included. Dietary intake of female breast cancer survivors was assessed through self-reported 3 day-dietary records. To compare dietary intake between breast cancer survivors and general female population without cancer, we selected the 1:4 age matched women from the 2011 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). In the KNHANES, participants were asked about their dietary intake using the 24-hour dietary recalls. We also examined whether dietary intake varied by age group, cancer stage, or time since surgery among breast cancer survivors. We used the generalized linear model to compare their dietary intakes. Results: Intakes of total energy, beta-carotene, folate, vitamin C, plant iron and fruits were lower among breast cancer survivors with longer time since surgery compared to those with shorter time (p<0.05). Breast cancer patients with higher stage at diagnosis tended to consume less legumes (p=0.01) than those with lower stage. When we compared dietary intake between breast cancer survivors and the general female population without cancer, breast cancer survivors were more likely to consume most of macro- and micro-nutrients in larger quantity (p<0.05) and adhere to healthier diet characterized by higher intakes of legumes, seed and nuts, vegetables and fishes and shells than the general female population who never had been diagnosed with cancer (p<0.05). Conclusions: Our study results suggested that the intakes of nutrients and foods varied by time since surgery and cancer stage among breast cancer survivors and dietary intakes among breast cancer survivors differed from that in the general population. Further prospective studies are warranted to explore the association between dietary intakes of specific food items and survival among Korean breast cancer survivors.

벼의 저온발아성에 관한 유전분석 (Genetic Analysis of Low Temperature Germinability of Rice)

  • 수도 저하발아성에 대한 유전 양상을 구명하여 저온발아성 품종 육성의 기초 자료를 얻고자 숙기가 다른 세 그룹에서 10품종을 선정 '94년에 15일 간격 4시기로 파종 및 이앙을 실시하여 수량한 종자를 '95년 4~5월에 13$^{\circ}C$ 항온 실내 시험과, 건답 직파의 포장 시험으로 저온발아성을 조사하고, 저온발아성 고 1품종, 저 1품종, 중 4품종을 선정 '94 하계에 절영법에 의한 정역이면교잡을 실시하여 얻어진 F$_1$ 교배입을 '95년 5월에 13$^{\circ}C$ 항온에서 저온발아 시험을 실시하여 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 재배 시기를 달리하여 수량된 종자의 실내 및 포장에서의 저온발아성 분산분석 결과 품종에 따라 재배시기간에 고도의 유의차가 인정되었다. 2. 실내 13$^{\circ}C$ 항온 저온발아계수와 포장의 자연상태 건답직파에서의 출아계수와의 상관분석 결과 고도의 유의한 상관(r=0.5111)이 인정되었다. 3. 조합능력 분석 결과 일반조합능력 및 특정조합능력 모두 고도의 유의성이 인정되었으며, 일반조합능력이 특정조합능력보다 커서 상가적작용이 상위성 작용보다 더 크게 나타났다. 4. 정역차이 분산분석 결과 정역간에 고도의 유의차가 인정되었다. 5. 부친열 공분산/모친열 공분산 Graph에서 6개의 교배열 모두가 모본 효과를 보였으며, Alpha와 Beta 유전 분석 결과, 저온발아성의 정역간 차이는 Alpha 유전의 효과로 나타났다. 6. 평균우성도 분석 결과, 30개 조합 중 17개 조합에서 초월분리를 보였으며, 그 중 9개 조합이 저온발아성이 낮은 쪽으로 초월분리를 보였다.

지식자산위험을 고려한 기술가치평가 할인율 적산모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Build-up Model for the Discount Rate of Technology Valuation including Intellectual Property Risk)

  • 기술가치평가에서 적절한 할인율의 적용은 가치평가의 신뢰성을 확보하는데 중요한 요소이다. 개별 기술가치평가 할인율은 개별 지식자산에 내재된 위험과 기회를 반영하는 것이기 때문에, 기업가치평가 표준 할인율인 WACC 과 상당히 다르다고 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 기술가치평가 할인율 적산모형의 위험구조와 위험프리미엄 추정방법을 제안하는 것이다. 적산모형의 성분은 무위험이자율, 전반적 시장위험프리미엄과 베타, 지식자산위험프리미엄 등 세 가지로 구성하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서 할인율 구성의 핵심인 지식자산위험 수준을 평가할 수 있는 10개 항목을 제안하였고, 위험수준 결과를 위험프리미엄으로 변환하기 위한 추정함수인 선형함수, 자연로그함수, 지수함수 등을 적용하였다. 상기 논리와 결과는 기술가치평가 할인율 추정의 객관성을 개선할 수 있는 실무적 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다.
