통과대해역병재${\ulcorner}$동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)${\lrcorner}$중적상관내용여현대의학적비교연구(中的相關內容與現代醫學的比較硏究), 가류추출여하결론(可類推出如下結論): ${\ulcorner}$내경(內經)${\lrcorner}$중출현적해역병, 재척부혹맥적진단법급자침적류오인식상(在尺部或脈的診斷法及刺針的謬誤認識上), 언급도해역병. 저시인위파열(這是因爲把熱), 혈소(血少), 비토허(脾土虛), 상화작위료기근원적연고(相火作爲了其根源的緣故). 해역병적증상시‘한불한(寒不寒), 열불열(熱不熱), 약불약(弱不弱), 장불장(壯不壯)’급(及)‘소삭, 행산, 불능거(不能去)’ 재(在)${\ulcorner}$동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)${\lrcorner}$중칭위‘기병가유(其病可愈)’, 이종현대의학적각도진행연구결과(而從現代醫學的角度進行硏究結果), 인위유류사여말초신경적병증(認爲有類似與末稍神經的病證). 종현대의학적원인래간(從現代醫學的原因來看), 유어단백질(由於蛋白質)-능량적영양결핍화유생소급미량원소적부족(能量的營養缺乏和維生素及微量原素的不足), 출현말초신경병증(出現末稍神經病證). 재(在)${\ulcorner}$동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)${\lrcorner}$적약물중(的藥物中), 야유능량화유생소급미량원소등성분(也有能量和維生素及微量原素等成分), 소이인위대태양인적처방(所以認爲對太陽人的處方), 종영양학각도진행분석연구시유가치적(從營養學角度進行分析硏究是有價値的).

1. Purpose: This study was intended to consider through a bibliographical comparison between the system of Kabo-Bon ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ and that of Shinehook-Pan ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$. 2. Method: This study was based on the ${\ulcorner}$Hamsansachon Dongyi Soose Bowon old Kabo-Bon${\lrcorner}$, which was compared with a bibliographical data from Shinchook-Pan ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ and the collection of manuscripts left unpublished in Lee Je-ma's lifetime. 3. Result & Conclusion: Exterior-Interior Pathological system was found in the system of Kabo-Bon ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$, and it might be referred to that of Jang Joong-kyung's ${\ulcorner}$Shanghan Ron${\lrcorner}$. There were no 'the Discourse on the Origin of oriental Medicine' and 'the Discourse on the General Health Maintenance' in the Kabo-Bon ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$. And it was supposed to be many changes of contents on 'the Discourse on Nature and Order', 'the Discourse on the Four Principles', 'the Discourse on the Establishment and Supplement' and 'the Discourse on Viscera and Bowels' in the Shinchook-Pan ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ compared with those in the Kabo-Bon ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$.

1. Objectives This study is written to investigate the biblographical facts on the book ${\ulcorner}$Dogyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$(東醫壽世保元) quoted from ${\ulcorner}Dongeuibogam{\lrcorner}$(東醫寶鑑). 2. Methods It was researched on the comparative and literal study about the relation to ${\ulcorner}$Dogyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}Dongeuibogam{\lrcorner}$and several books quoted from ${\ulcorner}Dongeuibogam{\lrcorner}$. 3. Results and Conclusions In this study, We found out${\ulcorner}$Dogyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$has several wrong quoted expressions. 1) There are 22 wrong expressions of quoted book 2) There are 6 wrong expressions of writer 3) There are 6 wrong expressions of contents

1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to search the descriptions of feces in the text of Lee, Je-Ma for the physiological feces and pathological feces in constitutional medicine. 2. Methods We searched the descriptions of feces mentioned in the text of $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsasangchobongwon$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowongabobon$\lrcorner$, and $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsinchukbon$\lrcorner$ and classified the feces into physiological feces and pathological feces by the solidity, color, impurities of feces, and the frequency of defecation. 3. Results For Soyangin and Taeyangin, there are formal descriptions of feces related to the constipation in Dongyisusebowon sasang chobongwon, but for Soeumin and Taeumin, there is not formal description of feces related to the constipation in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsasangchobongwon$\lrcorner$ and for all 4 Type Constitution, there are various formal descriptions of feces related to the diarrhea in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsasangchobongwon$\lrcorner$. For all 4 Type Constitution, there are various formal descriptions of feces related to the constipation in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowongabobon$\lrcorner$, except Taeumin. and for all 4 Type Constitution, yhere are various formal descriptions of feces related to the diarrhea in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowongabobon$\lrcorner$. For Soeumin, especially there are the formal descriptions of color and impurities of feces. For all 4 Type Constitution, there are various formal descriptions of feces related to the constipation and the diarrhea in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsinchukbon$\lrcorner$. For Soeumin, especially there are formal descriptions of color and impurities of feces. 4. Conclusions The diarrhea in Soeumin is serious illness rather than the constipation, and the constipation in Soyangin is serious illness rather than diarrhea. Especially In Yin Exhausted Syndrome in Soyangin, the diarrhea is the important standard of diagnosis in Soyangin's constitutional symptom. The description of feces in Taeumin is not systematic, compared with Soeumin's and Soyangin's. The description of feces in Taeyangin is not yet scientifically established compared with Soeumin's, Soyangin's, Taeumin's.

1. Objectives This study classifies xylographica of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ written by Lee, Je-Ma from 1901 to 1945. 2. Methods Through researching the phrases, I collected and analyzed data from rare book lists for this study 3. Results and Conclusions 1) The first edition of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ was issued in 1901, and the second, the third, the forth, the fifth, the sixth, the seventh, in 1911, 1913, 1914, 1921, 1936, 1941 respectively. 2) The popularized printed editions of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ are not the forth and the seventh, but the fifth and the seventh. 3) The xylographica of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ was mainly issued in Seoul and Hahmhung 4) No further data except the first to seventh editions were found in Korea, although some appear to be in error.

${\ulcorner}$Hamsansachon Dongyi Suse Bowon Gabogubon${\lrcorner}$ , discovered in 2000, can give very precious information in order to study the formation and development process of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ ${\ulcorner}$The Dircourse on the Constitutional Symptoms and Disease${\lrcorner}$ . I examined, by comparison, changes in understanding pathology explained in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ ${\ulcorner}$The Discourse on the Constitutional Symptoms and Disease${\lrcorner}$ of Gabobon and Sinchukbon, and consequently tried to define the concept of Dispositional Symptom(Dispositional disease) as below, in a point of view that ‘Dispositional Symptom(Dispositional disease)’ should be the key word in explaining the changes in understanding of pathology. Dispositional Symptom(dispositional disease) is a new concept that was first troduced in the Kyongjabon, not found in the Gabobon, and that played a key role in editing ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ ${\ulcorner}$The Discourse on the Constitutional Symptom and Disease${\lrcorner}$ . Dispositional Symptom(dispositional disease) means an innate temperament or a pathological tendency, which is already constructed in the system of an individual, prior to expression of specific diseases and symptoms, and can be a primary basis to tell the susceptibility and developing pattern of a certain disease, to decide how to treat and forecast the prognosis. Sinchukbon inductively categorized symptoms of the dispositional symptom (dispositional disease) into the concept of ‘Eight principles’, or eight standards of diagnosis, such as superficies-interior, cold-heat, and weakness-strength.

1. Objectvies The study is purposed to find the role of the six-channels of shanghan(傷寒六經) on the relation between ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusaebowon(東醫壽世保元)${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$Shanghanlun(傷寒論)${\lrcorner}$ 2. Methods The study is compared ${\ulcorner}$Euiwonleun(醫源論)${\lrcorner}$ with the process of study on the ${\ulcorner}$Shanghanlun(傷寒論)${\lrcorner}$, origin and theorys of the Shanghan six-channels(傷寒六經). 3. Results and Conclusions Just as Dong-mu fully understood the concepts of ${\ulcorner}$Shanghanlun(傷寒論)${\lrcorner}$ through the six of Shanghan(傷寒六經) proposed by Chu-gueng(朱肱), the ideas of Differential Diagnostic System(辨證體系) of ${\ulcorner}$Shanghanlun(傷寒論)${\lrcorner}$ had much influence on ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusaebowon(東醫壽世保元)${\lrcorner}$. Therefore a new medical theory could be born.

1. Objectives The purpose of this study is to verify whether one's constitutional medicine can be used for others or not. The results of this study will help us to understand sasang constitutional medicine. 2. Methods In Dong-Mu's writings - ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGo${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Sasang ChobonGuen${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi sasang shinpyun${\lrcorner}$-, I found out that one's constitutional medicine has been used for others. 3. Results and Conclusions 1) There are 13 medicines that have been used and mixed with other constitutional medicines in ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGo${\lrcorner}$. 2) There are 3 medicines that have been used and mixed with other constitutional medicines in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Sasang ChobonGuen${\lrcorner}$. 3) There are 18 prescriptions that have combined with other constitutional medicines in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi sasang shinpyun${\lrcorner}$.

${\ulcorner}$동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)${\lrcorner}$소음인편(少陰人篇), 유신수열표열병화위수한리한병양대부분조성(由賢受熱表熱病和胃受寒畵寒病兩大部分組成). 신수열표열병(賢受熱表熱病), 분위울광증(分爲鬱狂證), 망양증(亡陽證), 태양병궐음증등삼개병증(太陽病厥陰證等三個病證). 상한론적하초축혈증시사기재하조적혈증(傷寒論的下焦血證是邪氣在下蕉魚的血證), 용저당탕(用抵當湯), 도인승기탕등파열해열지제치료(桃仁承氣湯等破血解熱之劑治療). 단동무인위상한하초축혈증위울축방광증(但東武認爲傷寒下蕉蓄血證爲鬱蓄醫謗胱證) 기병기시신국양기피사소거(其病機是賢局陽氣被邪所拒), 불능상소어비국(不能上疏於脾局), 울축방광(鬱蓄膀胱). 고동무장양기울축적병증시(故東武將陽氣鬱蓄的縮的病證視), 위울광증(爲鬱狂證), 장양기누설적한출시위망양증(將陽氣漏泄的汗出視寫亡陽證). 동무장태양상풍무한증(東武將太陽傷風無汗證), 하조축혈증(下蕉蓄血證), 귀속우울광초증(歸屬于鬱狂初證), 장열입혈실증(將熱入血室證), 양명병위가가실증(陽明病胃家實證), 귀속우울광중증(歸屬于鬱狂中證), 장양명병조열광언증(將陽明病湖熱狂言證), 귀속우울광말증(歸屬手驚狂末證), 장태양상풍한출증(將太陽傷風出證), 귀속우망양초증(歸屬于亡陽初證), 장양명병(將陽明病), 불오한(不惡寒) 반오열(反惡熱) 한자출증(汗自出證), 귀속우망양중증(歸屬手亡陽中證), 장양명병(將陽明病), 발열한다증(發熱汗多證), 귀속우망양말증(歸屬手亡陽末證). 타인위소음인음병당유복만자리(他認爲少陰人陰病當有腹題滿自利), 시병등증상(時病等症狀). 초기약무복통자리적증상이견궐음증(初起若無複痛自利的症狀而見厥歐陰證), 인위시정사상지일구이경기쇠갈소치(認爲是正邪相持日久而正氣衰竭所致).
