Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify Influence on resilience of verbal abuse experience of dental hygienists Methods; The subjects of this study were to 190 dental hygienists who work in dental hospital, clinics and public official in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam, and through the internet link using web questionnaire from June 1 to October 30, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using an IBM SPSS ver. 26. Results: At result multiple regression analyzed, factors affecting resilience include more total clinical career, better health, a number of times verbal abuse experience within a month whether or not one has experience verbal abuse, higher average monthly income, less verbal abuse experience. Conclusions: From the above result, in order to increase the resilience of dental hygienists, dental medical institutions need to have a campaign within patients and guardians, cowork hygienist, dentistry for prevention verbal abuse, manufacturing of coping manual need to leader's voluntary effort and patients and guardian conflict situation. dental hygienist themselfs need to make work envirenment for take care health. Suitable dental experience and appropriate salary agreement are required.
