Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify Influence on resilience of verbal abuse experience of dental hygienists Methods; The subjects of this study were to 190 dental hygienists who work in dental hospital, clinics and public official in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam, and through the internet link using web questionnaire from June 1 to October 30, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using an IBM SPSS ver. 26. Results: At result multiple regression analyzed, factors affecting resilience include more total clinical career, better health, a number of times verbal abuse experience within a month whether or not one has experience verbal abuse, higher average monthly income, less verbal abuse experience. Conclusions: From the above result, in order to increase the resilience of dental hygienists, dental medical institutions need to have a campaign within patients and guardians, cowork hygienist, dentistry for prevention verbal abuse, manufacturing of coping manual need to leader's voluntary effort and patients and guardian conflict situation. dental hygienist themselfs need to make work envirenment for take care health. Suitable dental experience and appropriate salary agreement are required.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine correlation analysis of central corneal thickness, myopia ,and astigmatism in Koreans aged 20 to 24 years using the Pentacam tool. Methods: The subjects of this study were 42 Korean adults with healthy eyes. The central corneal thickness(CCT) was measured with Pentacam device. The myopia and astigmatism power was measured with ARK device. Data was analyzed by means of the Pearson's correlation coefficient. P-values<0.001 were considered statistically significant. Results: Mean age of subjects was 22.0±2.01 years. The mean +/- central corneal thickness of the right eye and left eye were 535.696±35.763 um and 537.815±32.137um, respectively. Also The mean central cornea thickness was 536.76 um in the whole sample. The mean spherical equivalent value in the right eye and left eye was -4.068±2.565diopter and -4.002±2.791 diopter, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between central corneal thickness and spherical power of myopia. Also there was no statistically significant difference between central cornea thickness and astigmatism of myopia. Also there was no statistically significant difference between central cornea thickness and spherical equivalent power of myopia. Conclusion: The results of this study could be used as a clinical reference data for diagnosis and treatment of cornea on 20 to 24 years old population in Korea.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to survey occupational therapists' awareness of the field of community occupational therapy and to provide basic data on community occupational therapy and to identify the work elements necessary for performing a more specialized role. Methods: The research subjects were surveyed among occupational therapist living in Gyeongsangnam-do and analyzed 46 questionnaires from December 2023 to February 2024. Results: The results of this study showed that awareness of community rehabilitation and the need for treatment programs was high, and that assistance and therapeutic approaches in daily life was very important for community life. Community rehabilitation showed high necessity for functional improvement of patients and high efficiency of treatment, and it was shown to be helpful not only for the correlation between occupational therapists' work but also for community participation. Community rehabilitation was shown to be essential for dementia and cognitive support patients who needs long-term rehabilitation or patients with central nervous system, and it was said that community rehabilitation was necessary not only to expand the treatment area of occupational therapists but also to form relationships with patients and increase accessibility to the community. The need and utilization of artificial intelligence and community rehabilitation were shown to be high, and in addition, it was said that remote support services related to rehabilitation also needs to be activated. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study was that it was necessary to establish a connection between treatment work and the community by expanding the role of occupational therapists in the community. In addition, it was thought that it will be possible to reduce complications and rehabilitation problems in advance by ensuring continuity in the continuous treatment of patients. Community rehabilitation will be necessary for patients with cognitive decline, including dementia, and it was thought that it was necessary to develop treatment programs suitable for the community using artificial intelligence and advanced information systems, and to activate artificial intelligence, including remote treatment.

purpose: This study investigates the relationship between social support, self-efficacy, and test anxiety of students preparing for the national examination in the Department of Dental Hygiene, and identifies the factors affecting test anxiety of students preparing for the national exam and uses them as basic data for dental hygiene education. Methods: The data collected in this study used the lBM SPSS Statistics 21 program, and the significance level was tested at 0.05. Variables according to general characteristics were analyzed by t-test and one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe's post-test was performed. Pearson's correlation analysis was performed for the correlation between variables, and multiple regression analysis was performed to identify the factors influencing test anxiety. Results: There was a positive correlation (r=0.948) between test anxiety and social support, and a negative correlation (r=-0.425) between test anxiety and self-efficacy. There was a negative correlation (r=-0.435) between social support and self-efficacy. The factor that most affected test anxiety was social support (β=0.902, p<0.001). Conclusions: From the above results, it is necessary to develop a student management education program linking families, schools, and communities, along with a view that the factors that affect the test anxiety of students preparing for the national exam are more comprehensive than individual aspects.
