Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors influencing nurse educator job satisfaction through a sociological approach, focusing on personal, interpersonal, and organizational factors. We examined the effects of resilience (personal), role conflict and social support(interpersonal), and positive nursing organizational culture(organizational) on job satisfaction. Methods: The study involved 165 nurse educators with over 3 years of clinical experience in large hospitals across S City, D Metropolitan City, and G City. The data were collected between July 10 and September 20, 2024. Results: Nurse educators had a jobsatisfactionscore above the midpoint, with significant differences depending on religion, marital status, and age. Among the key factors influencing job satisfaction, resilience had the strongest impact, followed by positive nursing organizational culture and social support. Together, these factors explained 75.8% of the variance in job satisfaction ,indicating their strong relationship with nurse educator satisfaction. Conclusion: The key approaches to improve satisfaction are enhancing resilience, improving social support, and fostering a positive organizational culture. On the basis of the results of this study, we recommend establishing systems and intervention programs to improve the job satisfaction of nurse educators.
