This study examines the applicability of 'Lego Serious Play (LSP)' as a practical tool for the learning region and regional innovation. The learning region is a concept that promotes regional innovation through knowledge sharing and cooperation among local stakeholders and can be realized through collective and cooperative learning. LSP can be used to implement learning regions as a means of promoting creative problem solving and collective learning using LEGO blocks. This study proposes the possibility of linking learning regions with LSP, and proposes 'LSP Regional Innovation Workshop' and 'LSP Collaboration Session' as practical measures for activating learning regions. The 'LSP Regional Innovation Workshop' is carried out in the procedure of problem definition, trust building, creative problem solving, vision establishment, and derivation of action plans to strengthen collective learning and cooperation. The 'LSP Collaboration Session' can be used as a learning tool to promote cooperation within the region by promoting goal setting and mutual understanding and deriving cooperative problem-solving methods together with participants.
