This report was written to introduce the 4th edition of Korean food exchange lists, which was revised in 2023 by the Korean Diabetes Association, the Korean Nutrition Society, the Korean Society of Clinical Nutrition, the Korean Dietetic Association and the Korean Association of Diabetes Dietetic Educators through a joint research effort. The revision of Korean food exchange lists was supported by the Korean Diabetes Association.
