광역 긴급차량 우선신호시스템 효과분석 연구: 경기도를 중심으로

본 연구는 기존 지자체 단위로 한정되어 지역 내에서만 운영한 긴급차량 우선신호 시스템을 지역 경계를 넘어 광역단위로 운영할 수 있는 긴급차량 우선신호시스템에 대한 운영평가를 수행하였다. 긴급차량의 출동데이터와 통행속도 데이터를 활용하여 광역 및 지역 긴급차량 운행시 통행속도 단축률을 분석하였다. 고양시 지역출동은 50.8%, 광역출동은 55.8% 단축되었고, 파주시 지역출동은 55.1%, 광역출동은 62.5% 단축되었다. 응급구조시 주변 큰 병원이 없는 경우 파주시에서 고양시로 출동이 많은 것을 확인하는 등 광역 긴급차량 우선신호시스템은 지역 경계를 벗어나 긴급차량이 출동때 효과성이 입증되었다. 본 연구를 통해 광역 긴급차량 우선신호시스템의 확산에 도움을 주고자 한다.

This study conducted an operational evaluation of an emergency vehicle preemption system that can be operated as a wide-area unit beyond the boundaries of local governments. Analyzed the speed reduction rate of emergency vehicle dispatch data and traffic speed data to analyze the speed reduction rate of emergency vehicles operating in a wide area and region. In Goyang City, local dispatches were reduced by 50.8% and regional dispatches by 55.8%, while in Paju City, local dispatches were reduced by 55.1% and regional dispatches by 62.5%. The wide-area emergency vehicle preemption system proved to be effective when emergency vehicles were dispatched outside of local boundaries, such as confirming that there were many dispatches from Paju-si to Goyang-si when there were no large hospitals nearby.
