Tooth avulsion is a severe type of dental trauma in which a tooth is completely displaced from the alveolar bone, requiring immediate emergency care and appropriate follow-up management. Successful tooth replantation depends on the survival of periodontal ligament cells, and the risk of complications increases as the time to replantation is delayed. In particular, if the avulsed tooth is exposed to air for more than 60 minutes, the survival rate of periodontal ligament cells decreases significantly, making root surface treatment necessary to delay resorption. This case report presents the restoration process of multiple maxillary anterior teeth that were avulsed due to trauma and experienced a delayed replantation.
