댕구알버섯 국내 수집종의 형태적·생태적 특성 및 영양성분

Morphological and ecological characteristics and chemical composition of domestically collected species of Lanopila nipponica Kawam

초록

국내 야생 댕구알버섯에 대한 기초자료로 활용하고자 2015년~2017년 전남지역에서 발생한 댕구알버섯을 채집하여 자실체의 특성을 조사하였고 영양성분을 분석하였다. 댕구알버섯의 발생시기는 7월~10월 중순까지였으며 장마 또는 태풍이 지나간 후 공중습도가 매우 높을 때 발생하였다. 수집일까지 20일동안에 8~15일간 비가 내렸고 평균온도는 23℃ 이상이었다. 자실체 크기는 12.3~28 cm 으로 무게는 크기에 따라 차이가 있었으나 자실체는 하룻밤 사이에 발견 당시 크기로 자라는 것으로 추정되며 이후 바로 노화가 진행되었다. 자실체가 있던 자리의 지표면 흙을 긁어내자 하얀 실타래 모양의 균사체가 길게 늘어져 있었다. 발견 당시 자실체 육질은 흰색이었으며 성숙됨에 따라 표면이 축구공 모양으로 갈라지면서 점차 갈색으로 변하였으며 발생 6일째에는 썩는 냄새를 풍기고 검은 솜덩이 처럼 변하였다. 냉장고에 보관 시 어린 자실체는 며칠 사이에 갈색을 띠면서 물로 내려앉아 소멸하였고 노화가 진행된 자실체는 구형의 모형을 유지하면서 그대로 건조되는 경향이었다. 자실체의 형태적 특성으로 표면은 흰색이었고 모양은 원형 또는 타원형이었다. 포자는 갈색이었고 크기는 6 ㎛ 정도로 원형이었으며 표면에 가시돌기가 있었다. 영양성분 가운데 조단백질 함량이 59% dry weigh 로 높은 경향이었다. 자실체의 기능성 성분 가운데 식이섬유는 33.9% dry weigh 였고 DPPH radical 소거 활성은 167 Vit.C eq. mg/100 g으로 높았다.

This study was conducted to obtain basic data on domestic wild Lanopila nipponica K specimens collected in Jeollanam-do from 2015 to 2017 to investigate the characteristics of fruit bodies and analyze their nutritional components. L. nipponica K. was mainly found near hills, such as in persimmon fields around hills, on mountain trails, and in bamboo fields. L. nipponica K. occurred from July to mid-October, especially after the rainy season or a typhoon, when the air humidity was increased. Rainfall occurred for 8-15 days during the 20 days before the collection date, and the average temperature was ≥23℃. The size of the fruit body was 12.3-28 cm, and the weight varied depending on the size; however, the fruit body was estimated to grow overnight, reaching the size observed at its discovery. As aging progressed, the surface of the fruit body cracked, and it turned dark after 6 days. Spores were lump-shaped when the surface was cut with a knife. When the soil on the surface of the site where the fruit body was located was scratched, a white thread-shaped mycelium expanded. At the time of collection, the flesh of the fruit body was white, but it turned brown and fluffy as maturity progressed. On the sixth day after the mushroom was generated, it produced a pungent odor and became friable, resembling a black cotton ball. The surface of the fruit body was white and had a circular or elliptical shape. Crude protein content tended to be high at 59% of the dry weight. The antioxidant activity, determined using the DPPH radical scavenging analysis method, was 167 vitamin C equivalents/100 g. The spores were brown, approximately 6 ㎛ in size, with protrusions on their surface.
