The Effects of Blood Transfusion education of the Nursing Students

간호대학생의 수혈요법 교육 효과에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study was attempted to find out the effect of blood transfusion education for nursing university students. The results of the study on the effectiveness of blood transfusion education of 54 nursing university students (29 experimental groups and 25 control groups) who were selected in a university in Gyeonggi Province were as follows. First, the difference in blood transfusion knowledge before and after the experiment was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Second, the difference in subjective confidence in blood transfusion before and after the experiment was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Through this, it is believed that blood transfusion education conducted on nursing university students affects blood transfusion knowledge and subjective confidence of blood transfusion.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 수혈요법 교육의 효과를 알아보고자 시도되었다. 경기도 일 대학의 간호대학생 54명(실험군 29명, 대조군 25명)을 대상으로 수혈요법 교육의 효과를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험 전·후 수혈요법 지식의 차이는 실험군이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 둘째, 실험 전·후 수혈요법 주관적 자신감의 차이는 실험군이 대조군보다 유의하게 높았다. 이를 통해 간호대학생에게 시행한 수혈요법 교육은 수혈요법 지식과 수혈요법 주관적 자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다.
