Retrospect and Prospect : 30 Years of the Korean Association for Political Economy from the Perspective of So-called 86 Generation

한국사회경제학회 30년의 회고와 전망: 이른바 86세대의 시각

This article looks back on the past 30 years of the Korean Association for Political Economy from the perspective of so-called 86 generation. It is argued that KAPE should promote effective communication between radical economists and liberal economists who are critical of mainstream economics.

이 글은 이른바 86세대의 시각에서 한국사회경제학회의 지난 30년을 회고하고 전망한다. 한국사회경제학회가 진보라는 정체성을 잃지 않으면서도 넓은 의미에서 주류경제학에 속하나 진보적 자유주의적 입장을 지닌 중견 및 소장 경제학자들과도 소통할 수 있는 공간으로서의 역할을 수행해야 함을 주장한다.
