Study on improvement policy through diagnosis and analysis of success cases of industry-academy internships

Abstract

We will investigate in depth the reasons why companies have a negative mindset and produce complaints about the internship system itself. On the other hand, we try to find out the success factors of domestic companies that have introduced and operate the exemplary internship system, and prepare policies to disseminate them. In order to do this, I would like to diagnose the problems related to the internship system in the current industry through questionnaires or interviews with existing internship students. It is hoped that this will help the participating students to have a positive mindset about the company and further contribute to the career search and adaptation to the firm from the university to the firm.

본 연구에서는 기존의 인턴십 참여학생들을 대상으로 하는 설문 또는 인터뷰의 결과를 제시함으로써 현재의 산학 인턴십 운영 관련 문제점을 진단하고, 대학생의 국내 기업 인턴십 실제 참여사례들을 조사함으로써 산학 인턴십 운영상의 요구사항들을 분석함과 동시에 바람직한 산학 인턴십 운영지침을 도출 및 확산하기 위한 정책방안들을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 참여 학생들이 기업에 대해 긍정적인 마인드를 갖는 데에 도움을 주고 더 나아가 대학에서 기업으로의 진로탐색 및 기업에의 적응이 연착륙되어지는 데에 일조할 수 있기를 기대한다.
