Abstract

Sustainable development and spirit are alternatives to global warming and the seriousness of the sudden depletion of global energy reserves, and green architecture is a standard and value to realize sustainable environmental and development in the building sector. Although China's green architecture is slower than developed countries such as the United States, Great Britain, Germany and Japan, it is a reality that has rapidly developed and developed in a huge nation. In this paper, it is are summarized, the relevant evaluation standards, certification bodies and certification processes of green building in China, and analysed that the statistical analysis is carried out through the green building certification and LEED certification project and the application of green technology and products. A findings are follows; 1) The most commonly applied green technologies are insulation of outer structure, energy saving windows, optimization of energy consumption simulation, water saving mechanism, soundproofing design / prediction technology. 2) In the field of green technology management, 3 technologies are applied within 10 % of the operational management area. 3) The application of green technology is remarkably more frequent in the big cities and the Yellow Sea, which are the economic frontier regions, compared to other regions in China. 4) The Beijing standard is 2-3 items higher than Shanghai and Guangdong, but the standard item about the operation and management standard is more than twice that of Guangdong province. 5) The technology field of interest is focused on the energy conservation field, and the technical standard for pursuing human residential environment performance such as water saving, air quality and comfort is relatively neglected. The above characteristics of Chinese green architecture will be applied as a standard spreading in the subsequent development area of China, and at the same time, it is important to understand the phenomenon for improvement of green technology in the future.
