A Study on a Method to Manage Counselling Records and Archives for Youth - Focused on Korea Youth Counselling and Welfare Institute -

상담기록물 관리 현황 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 한국청소년상담복지개발원을 중심으로 -

Abstract

Counseling records can be used as a tool to identify the function of a counselor and to identify the client's status and will be able to expand functions as research data of academic and social culture. This study aims to investigate current status of management of records and archives on counselling youth and proposes a improved method to manage records and archives in Korea Youth Counseling & Welfare Institute. For this purpose, we performed interviews with the persons who have a role in managing records and archives. Based on the results, we proposed a method to improve problems. Especially, the proposals are considered in two sides administrative and systematic viewpoint.

상담기록은 상담원의 기능 습득과 내담자의 상태를 파악할 수 있는 도구로 활용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 학계, 학문, 사회문화 이해의 연구 데이터로서 기능을 확대 할 수 있을 것이라 전망되고 있다. 본 연구는 여성가족부 산하 공공기관 한국청소년상담복지개발원과 지역 청소년상담복지센터의 기록관리 현황분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제언해 보려한다. 이를 위해 해당 기관 문헌조사 후 이를 기반으로 관계자 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰 결과 도출된 문제점에 대하여 관리적 측면에서 일반 행정기록의 관리와 상담기록의 관리로 나누어 제언하고, 시스템적 측면으로 살펴보았다.
