A Study on the Change of Production Strategy and Environment for Alternative Material for Person with Special Needs

장애인용 대체자료 제작 전략 및 환경 변화에 관한 연구

Abstract

Recently, an integrated electronic publishing format that can be used by disabled people and the general public is expected. If applied to national alternative material production strategy, it is expected that not only the problem of alternative material production strategy using existing DTD(Document Type Definition) but also various alternative material corresponding to the demand of consumer can be supplied. In order to cope with changes in the production and management strategy of the substitute materials for the rapidly changing persons with disabilities, it is necessary to develop the substitute materials related to the substitute materials, such as 'production of alternative materials', 'research and education of alternative material', and 'operation of alternative material network' The organization of the National Library for the Disabled should be expanded and reorganized so that a constructed center can be established and demonstrated its expertise.

최근 장애인과 일반인이 공통으로 사용가능한 통합 전자출판 포맷 출현이 예상된다. 이를 국가 대체자료 제작 전략에 적용한다면, 기존 DTD(Document Type Definition)를 이용한 대체자료 제작 전략의 문제점뿐만 아니라 수요자의 요구에 맞는 다양한 대체자료 보급도 가능할 것으로 예상된다. 이와같이 급변하는 장애인용 대체자료 제작 관리 전략의 변화에 대응하기 위해 국립장애인도서관의 주요 역할을 충분히 해내기 위해서는 '대체자료 제작', '대체자료 연구 교육', '대체자료 정보망 운영' 등 각 주요 역할을 중심으로 대체자료 관련 전문 인력으로 구성된 센터를 설립하여 전문 역량을 발휘할 수 있도록 조직을 확대 개편하여야 한다.
