유럽의 광대역 재난통신망 구축을 위한 로드맵

초록

본고에서는 유럽의 PPDR-TC(Public Protection Disaster Relief- Transformation Center)에서 연구한 연구결과를 토대로 광대역 재난통신망 구축을 위한 다양한 고려사항들과 적용 기술들의 특징을 살펴보고, 도출된 여러 가지 진화 경로에 대한 장단점을 분석해본다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 현재 국가재난안전통신망 구축을 추진 중인 우리나라의 입장에서 참조할 점이 무엇인지 제시하고자 한다.
