초록

In this study, acrylic resin-based ultraviolet curable oligomers were synthesized for a dual-crosslinking system applicable to thermosetting pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs). In addition, dual-curable PSA tapes were prepared by blending thermoset PSAs and UV curable oligomers. UV curable oligomers were synthesized using acrylate monomers, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), and propylene imine (PI). Acrylate monomers were added at a constant rate to IPDI for selective bonding to a single isocyanate group of IPDI, and a polymerization inhibitor was added to prevent polymerization. Additionally, the binding sites that were bonded to the adhesive backbone were formed by adding PI at a constant rate, after solvent addition. The synthesized UV oligomers were confirmed by ATR-FTIR spectroscopy and 1H NMR, and then the adhesive properties of the PSA tapes prepared by blending thermoset PSAs and UV curable oligomers were measured.
