Abstract

The walking training is the most basic training of martial arts training. The walking training to train the muscles of lower body and correction of the pelvis improve the health. And the clinical utilization of high Gigong therapy Because anyone can do it without any restrictions on the equipment and space. I introduce NAEGA-walking training of MOOSIM Gigong as items to popularize Gigong treatment. It proposes a program to supply this walking training. So, seeks to promote and help a lot in the treatment of patients with disease prevention.
