한·중 관광객의 만족도에 미치는 영향요인 비교분석 -인천 차이나타운을 대상으로-

초록

본 연구는 한국과 중국관광객이 인천 차이나타운을 관광할 때 느끼는 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 쌍방 비교를 통해, 양국가 관광객에게 어떤 요인들이 차별적으로 중요한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 한국과 중국대학생을 중심으로 연구한 1:1 설문결과 인적 서비스는 한국관광객에게 보다 큰 영향력을 행사하였고, 반면 중국관광객에게는 정보서비스가 보다 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 차이는 한국 관광객에게는 서비스가, 중국 관광객에는 관광지 및 시설에 대한 정보전달이 보다 중요한 역할을 하는데 기인한 것으로 여겨지며, 이러한 차이점은 향후 한 중 관광객간의 만족요인에 대한 반응이 상이하여 관련업계 종사자에게 다양한 형태로 의미에 대한 개발 가능성을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

This study is a comparative study of the factors to affect Korean and Chinese tourism satisfaction in Incheon Chinatown. Namely, by showing the tourism satisfaction of Korean and Chinese to examine which factors affecting tourism satisfaction each of both. As a result, first, tourism infrastructure affected the tourism satisfaction of two countries tourists. Second, human service affected Korean tourism satisfaction but not to Chinese. Third, information service affected Chinese tourism satisfaction but not to Korean. so that, we can find the differences between the factors to affect Korean and Chinese tourism satisfaction and expect to provide suggestions to the relevant industry professionals.
