Abstract
Objectives: This study aims to develop a decent sallimyok program and provide basic data which are helpful in improving psychological wellbeing for adults who are exposed to stress and fatigue. Methods: Middle-aged women living in Cheongju, Chungbuk were divided into experimental and control groups (10 people each) through convenience sampling, and a questionnaire survey on psychological wellbeing was distributed to them and collected.
