재난대응 최적의 In-house Operation: 문제의 방법론에 대한 문헌 조사 및 분석

초록

본 논문에서는 지난 60여 년간의 병원 내(In-house) 프로세스, 그리고 그 안에서의 재난대응과 관련하여 진행 된 연구들을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히, 경영과학 및 계량분석 분야에서 다양하게 다루어진 분야를 크게 1) Planing, 2) Scheduling, 3) Process Design & Patient Flow의 세 가지로 나누어보고, 각 분야에서 지금까지 진행 된 연구들을 소개한다. 조사 결과, 국내 연구 중에는 국내 실정에 맞춘 연구가 부족하고, 또 최근 다양한 학문 분야에서 필요성이 부각 되고 있는 재난대응이 병원 내 프로세스와 밀접한 관련이 있음에도 불구하고 재난대응과 관련된 병원 내 프로세스에 관한 연구는 아직 전반적으로 초기단계에 있음을 발견했다. 마지막으로, 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하고 향후 연구를 위해 관련 자료를 찾을 수 있는 몇 가지 출발점을 제안한다.
