A Study on Characteristics of Spatial Planning and Program in Comprehensive Social Welfare Center

Recently we're on the brink of entering into the age of an aging society due to rapid increase of the elderly population. The Comprehensive Welfare Facilities for The Elderly were originally planned to aim at providing effective amenities in terms of function, efficiency, institution, management and operation, etc. However it lacked a lot in the aspects of mutual exchange and connecting with local community because its service target was limited only to the elderly. The purpose of this study is through characteristics of spatial planning and program to understand the users how to use a combination of space in the social welfare center.
