A Study on Roadmap Strategies of Construction Project Information System using SWOT Analysis

SWOT 분석을 통한 건설사업정보시스템 로드맵 전략에 관한 연구

Abstract

Construction Project Information System, which has promoted to improve the system during the past five years, is recently required to revise the new Roadmap of this system based on the rapidly changing construction industry's environment. For this reason, the present study was investigated the present condition of construction information, drawn CSF using SWOT method, presented the project direction, strategy, the priority plan, the specific task, and WBS by taskes. This Roadmap may be used to a basis data in measuring the result of construction informatization, and presented to the progress direction of information system in construction field.

건설사업정보시스템은 지난 5년동안 3차 건설CALS기본계획에 따라 시스템 개편을 추진하였으나, 최근 급변하는 건설산업 환경변화를 반영하여 새로운 건설사업정보시스템 로드맵 마련이 요구되었다. 이를 위해 건설분야의 내 외부환경 분석을 바탕으로 SWOT 분석기법을 이용하여 건설사업정보시스템의 핵심성공요인(CSF)를 도출하고, 이를 근거로 건설사업정보시스템의 추진방향, 추진전략, 중점 세부추진과제 및 향후 일정계획을 제시하였다. 이러한 건설사업정보시스템 로드맵은 건설정보화 성과 측정시 근거자료로 활용되고, 건설분야 정보시스템의 향후 추진 방향을 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다.
