Subacromial Impingement Syndrome following Hook Plate Fixation for Distal Clavicle Fracture -A Case Report-

원위 쇄골 골절에 대한 금속판 고정술 이후 발생된 견봉하 충돌 증후군 - 증례보고 -

Clavicle Hook pate was commonly used in the injury around distal clavicle such as fractures, acromio-clavicular joint injury. We experienced a case of impingement syndrome following operation of distal clavicle fracture using Clavicle Hook plate. So we report this case with a reiview of current literatures.

갈고리형 금속판(Clavicle Hook Plate)은 원위 쇄골 골절 및 견봉 쇄골 관절 손상 등 쇄골 주변부 손상에 대해 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 내고정물이다. 저자들은 원위 쇄골 골절에서 갈고리형 금속판을 이용한 내 고정술 후 발생된 견관절 충돌증후군 1 예를 경험하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
