Abstract

2001년 9 11테러 이후 해운 항만 등 국제 물류 전반의 보안 강화와 화물 흐름의 효율성 제고가 국제사회의 중요한 현안으로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 물류보안의 문제점 개선과 물류 전 구간에서 발생할 수 있는 테러와 같은 보안 사고를 사전에 예방하여 우리나라의 물류 보안 시스템이 실시간으로 운영될 수 있도록 물류 선진국 등에서 도입하고 있는 물류 보안 제도에 대한 현황 분석 및 시사점을 도출한다. 그리고 관련 자료들을 수집하여 우리나라가 직면한 물류 보안 부문의 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 전문가와 문헌조사를 통해 우리나라 물류보안의 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방안을 선정하였고, 그 개선 방안들 중 우선적으로 개선해야 할 부분을 설문조사를 통하여 AHP로 분석하였다.
