Abstract

본 고에서는 현재 국내는 물론 전세계적으로 구축이 활발히 진행되고 있는 차세대 가입자망에 대한 정책 방향 및 세부적 규제 을 살펴보고 융합 멀티미디어 서비스의 경쟁 촉진 및 활성화를 위한 정책적 고려사항 및 제도 개선 방향을 살펴보고자한다.
