인천지역 중소기업 정보화 현황 및 발전방안

A Study on Information Technology Infrastructure Development Strategy of Small and Midium Enterprises Case of Incheon Metropolitan Area

정보화는 지금의 급 변화 하는 경영환경 속에서는 기업이 꼭 갖추어야 할 요소로 자리 잡았다. 인천의 중소기업은 경제규모나 고용증대 면에서 많은 역할을 하고 있다. 하지만 규모와 자본의 영세함으로 정보화 이루지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인천소재 중소기업을 대상으로 정보화에 대한 전반적인 현황을 파악하였고 정보화 방안을 분석하였다. 현재 인천 소재의 중소기업들의 정보하는 도입기와 성장기 사이에 도달해 있는 것으로 파악 되며, 중소기업 간에도 규모가 큰 중소기업이 정보화에 대한 노력과 성과가 규모가 작은 기업보다 더 많이 나타나고 있었다. 또 중소기업 입장에서 정부나 자치단체에게 건의사항을 파악하였다.

The current status of information management and information strategy of an enterprise may determine the future capability of the firm, thus the competitiveness in the market. Especially, in case of SME(small and medium enterprise), the level of information management and strategy gives the company readiness in the ever changing business environment. In this study, we investigate the information infrastructure of SMEs operating in Incheon Metropolitan areas whether they can meet the challenge in terms of network, software, IT education, IT finance, etc. We came up some suggestions which might be good alternatives and choices for IT decision makers in local and central government.
