스마트 그리드 기술 동향

Abstract

본 고에서는 스마트 그리드(또는 지능형 전력망)의 기술 동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 스마트 그리드는 에너지의 효율적 이용, 신 재생 분산형 전원의 보급 확대 기반, 무정전/고품질 전력서비스 제공, 에너지/환경 문제의 주요 해법, 신성장동력 그리고 전국민 녹색생활 가속화를 위해 반드시 이루어야 할 국가적 아젠다의 대표 주자로 평가 받고 있다. 특히 본 고에서는 스마트 그리드에서의 IT역할에 대해 기술하였는데, 전력망 자가치유, 사용자 수요반응, 전력품질 보장, 전력 거래/유통, 전력망 보안 및 표준 등과 같은 스마트 그리드의 특징과 속성을 실현시키는 필수 도구로서의 역할에 대해 살펴본다.
