1. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report one case of the Taeumin Hangwol Syndrome diagnosed as Upper Respiratory Infection with unknown cause. 2. Methods: The patient had the symptoms including chilling sensation, general weakness and fatigue. We diagnosed him as Taeeumin Hangwol Syndrome. So we treated him by Handayeolso-tang(寒多熱少湯), and acupuncture. The serial changes of his symptoms were evaluated in hospital. 3. Results and Conclusions: After treated by Handayeolso-tang(寒多熱少湯), his symptoms were improved.
