Abstract

This paper analyzes the state of the digital divide which targets the farmers and fishermen. They are the information alienation social class that derives from the digital divide between social members which occurs from digital economy period.

본 논문은 디지털 경제시대에 발생하는 사회 구성원간의 정보격차 중 정보소외 계층인 농어민들을 대상으로 정보격차 실태를 분석하였다.
